Great location. The apartment was clean, well prepared and had a friendly, and helpful housekeeper. Priced very reasonably for london. It was a very comfortable stay for me and 2 of my colleagues a big plus is that it always stocked by the housekeeper! The description and images provided by the listing match the reality.

Sockets were only UK no universal adapters for tourists, maybe expecting such is entitled but some places do offer. One of the windows was missing the right holding latch. The bathroom is rather small if you are tall but still sufficient(bumped my head multiple times) also one of the TVs was not working but besides that it was alright.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful and looked after us, nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was big and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely touches in the bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a small supply of tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen was equipped with all the facilities needed for a short stay. Location was good. Everything we needed to visit in Marylebone was only 10-15 mins away. Therefore, we walked everywhere, and tube station, if needed was only 5 mins away, so perfect. There is a Tesco express just round the corner as well as a couple of nice bars and coffee shop.

The building is very old and there are 5 apartments in total and we had number 4 & 5 so had quite a few stairs to contend with which is not ideal with a baby, pushchair and mobility problems, so bear in mind when booking and request apartment 1 or 2. Apartment 5 has stairs as you come out of the lounge or bedroom to your front door, so it's not ideal with children. Kitchen and bathroom are extremely small.

An exceptionally clean apartment that feels like a 5-star hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to Marylebone Station, offering direct access to Bicester Village via Chiltern Railways. Nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to popular tourist attractions and shopping districts. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron. Additionally, the housekeeper is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Please note that there is no lift, and the stairways are narrow, which might be challenging for those with large or heavy luggage. The streets can be quite quiet at night, especially towards Edgware Road, so it’s advisable to stay alert and aware of your surroundings while walking during late hours.

This wonderful apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with two metrostations very nearby. The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is tidy with nice toiletries and has a rainshower. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can do your own cooking (if you want to). Instantcoffee and tea are available with milkcups in the fridge. There is even a washing machine at your disposal. The outside seating was a bonus. As we arrived early in the morning Mr. Bhatti was so kind to let us store our luggage prior to check-in. This way we could easily start exploring the city. We would book again in future.

On the first night we only had two sets of towels, while we were four. As a set has 1 big and 1 small towel, we managed. Nevertheless it was rectified the next day.

The location was perfect for a family wedding in Marylebone. We were only there for one night but the apartment had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was great. We met Mr Bhatti when we arrived, he was very welcoming and extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble, making sure the apartment was properly cleaned and the baby cot (we requested) was erected in the correct bedroom. When we left the apartment we accidentally left a small item behind. I messaged Mr Bhatti who confirmed he had the item and asked for my address so it can be returned, what a great service.

We stayed here to attend a concert in Hyde park and while it was a great location to get to the concert it was a little way out of central London, however it was really easy to get into central London by way of the underground which was quick and easy. The apartment was a very quick walk to Marylebone station and the high street with lots of shops and restaurants. Madame Tussaud’s was a short walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Any staff we came into contact with were all really friendly and helpful namely Bhutti (Berti) in house keeping he was super friendly and kind. The apartment is equipped with all the things needed for a short stay. Hairdryer ,washing machine , iron and ironing board. A nice garden area as the weather was great. The fans in the Rooms were well needed as it was over 30 degrees while we were there .I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I was attending another concert in Hyde park.

Well presented in a quiet street. Entrance hall very clean and tidy. Apartment is small/compact but had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Nice touch with small milks in fridge, small tea & coffee, kitchen roll and cleaning products. Toiletries in bathroom. Sofa bed was already made up and all bedding clean and fresh. Comfortable beds. Decent shower. Quiet location. Lovely housekeeper Bhatti called by 30mins before checkout to see if we wanted our luggage stored and check everything had been ok. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Great location, nice and quiet neighborhood, no noise from sirens or tube disturbing our sleep. Very clean and everything was there ready for our stay including linen and plenty of towels. The sofa bed was already made up. Mattresses high quality, comfortable. Hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Kitchen functional for what you need it for on a short stay. In the morning, the staff knocked politely on our door and asked if we needed anything.

For the 5 of us, there weren't enough hooks or space in the bathroom to hang our towels, but that is easily solved.

Very clean and smelt fresh as we walked into the apartment. It was compact yet spacious We both agreed the mattresses are high quality deep and firm. We a wonderful sleep. The apartment had multiple good quality fans, although we didn't need them, it would come in handy for others on hot days. The small outside space was a great bonus. We felt safe and secure. Upon leaving we bumped into the housekeeping man who was very friendly and asked if we had a good stay. We felt right to let him know we had a wonderful stay and to give thanks to him for keeping the place clean. Will definitely return again if I go to London in the future.

Location was amazing. Close to Baker St Station. Easy access for central London. Lovely parks nearby. We were going to an event in Hyde Park so location was perfect. housekeeping arrived (early) but were really lovely and helpful and left us to get sorted. Lovely shower and kitchenette. We stayed on a very hot night so the two fans were a total bonus. All in all an excellent apartment for the price and location.

The only aspect that may be an issue we could find was that our rooms were on the 5th floor, so lots of steps and a narrow hallway. As we only had hand luggage and are fairly fit this was not an issue. But one to bear in mind if you have heavy bags or cannot manage a fair few flights of stairs
