Great location. The apartment was clean, well prepared and had a friendly, and helpful housekeeper. Priced very reasonably for london. It was a very comfortable stay for me and 2 of my colleagues a big plus is that it always stocked by the housekeeper! The description and images provided by the listing match the reality.

Sockets were only UK no universal adapters for tourists, maybe expecting such is entitled but some places do offer. One of the windows was missing the right holding latch. The bathroom is rather small if you are tall but still sufficient(bumped my head multiple times) also one of the TVs was not working but besides that it was alright.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful and looked after us, nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was big and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely touches in the bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a small supply of tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen was equipped with all the facilities needed for a short stay. Location was good. Everything we needed to visit in Marylebone was only 10-15 mins away. Therefore, we walked everywhere, and tube station, if needed was only 5 mins away, so perfect. There is a Tesco express just round the corner as well as a couple of nice bars and coffee shop.

The building is very old and there are 5 apartments in total and we had number 4 & 5 so had quite a few stairs to contend with which is not ideal with a baby, pushchair and mobility problems, so bear in mind when booking and request apartment 1 or 2. Apartment 5 has stairs as you come out of the lounge or bedroom to your front door, so it's not ideal with children. Kitchen and bathroom are extremely small.

An exceptionally clean apartment that feels like a 5-star hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to Marylebone Station, offering direct access to Bicester Village via Chiltern Railways. Nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to popular tourist attractions and shopping districts. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron. Additionally, the housekeeper is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Please note that there is no lift, and the stairways are narrow, which might be challenging for those with large or heavy luggage. The streets can be quite quiet at night, especially towards Edgware Road, so it’s advisable to stay alert and aware of your surroundings while walking during late hours.

We stayed here to attend a concert in Hyde park and while it was a great location to get to the concert it was a little way out of central London, however it was really easy to get into central London by way of the underground which was quick and easy. The apartment was a very quick walk to Marylebone station and the high street with lots of shops and restaurants. Madame Tussaud’s was a short walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Any staff we came into contact with were all really friendly and helpful namely Bhutti (Berti) in house keeping he was super friendly and kind. The apartment is equipped with all the things needed for a short stay. Hairdryer ,washing machine , iron and ironing board. A nice garden area as the weather was great. The fans in the Rooms were well needed as it was over 30 degrees while we were there .I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I was attending another concert in Hyde park.

Nothing we didn’t like .

Very clean and smelt fresh as we walked into the apartment. It was compact yet spacious We both agreed the mattresses are high quality deep and firm. We a wonderful sleep. The apartment had multiple good quality fans, although we didn't need them, it would come in handy for others on hot days. The small outside space was a great bonus. We felt safe and secure. Upon leaving we bumped into the housekeeping man who was very friendly and asked if we had a good stay. We felt right to let him know we had a wonderful stay and to give thanks to him for keeping the place clean. Will definitely return again if I go to London in the future.

Location was amazing. Close to Baker St Station. Easy access for central London. Lovely parks nearby. We were going to an event in Hyde Park so location was perfect. housekeeping arrived (early) but were really lovely and helpful and left us to get sorted. Lovely shower and kitchenette. We stayed on a very hot night so the two fans were a total bonus. All in all an excellent apartment for the price and location.

The only aspect that may be an issue we could find was that our rooms were on the 5th floor, so lots of steps and a narrow hallway. As we only had hand luggage and are fairly fit this was not an issue. But one to bear in mind if you have heavy bags or cannot manage a fair few flights of stairs

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! It was clean, well-maintained, and warm, which made us feel right at home. The location is simply fantastic—right in the heart of London, close to everything! There are two underground stations, a train station, and plenty of buses just a short walk away, making it super easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Mr. Bhatti, who welcomed us with a big smile and a warm attitude. He was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, even sharing his direct contact in case we needed anything—such a thoughtful gesture! I have been staying Marylebone apartments for 9 years so know what to expect. Pluses are that it is more spacious and cheaper than the average hotel room and we can do our own cooking, or breakfast. Plus not disturbed by hotel staff all the time. Fit and finish is rather basic but it is comfortable enough, not withstanding the heat. Location is superb between Marylebone and Edgware Road stops on Tube. It presents good value compared to a hotel.

Huge lumpy pillows, there is no air con, and if you are in the rooms at the top of the house you have to drag your bags up to 50+ stairs.

Firstly,the location was perfect for tourists like us,we had the pleasure to be around all the main underground and buss stations and also some touristic attractions,many shops and dining places. Secondly,the room exceeded our expectations considering that it was on the basement floor:the flat was spacios and the bed's were comfortable and big,the place was very clean and staff came everyday to change the towels and take out the trash. Lastly,we had no problem entering,there was easy access with the pin code and we felt safe inside the flat.

The only inconvenience we had was the sound of the underground passing by every 10 minutes until mid-night,but the sound was not too loud so it was just a small bother.

Liked the layout of the apartment with a separate bedroom, sitting/eating area and kitchen with good cooking facilities. Enjoyed the area - lots of eating places of all nationalities. Liked the fact that there was tea, coffee and milk, and we were visited by the friendly cleaner/caretaker to make sure we had everything we needed.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were quite hard. Would have liked a reading light on both sides. The kitchen was very good, but lacked a tin-opener. Being next to the main entrance hall we heard all the comings and goings, and also the faint rumblings of tube trains.
