The hotel is unique, the lobby makes you feel happy, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. All hotel staff are courteous, respectful and provide exceptional service to guests.

The hotel is unique and the staff are excellent And the breakfast is wonderful But spoons, forks and teapots are silver-plated Therefore, we cannot use it or eat in it because this is forbidden in our Islamic religion. Therefore, I hope to find alternatives and other options that are not plated with silver, such as spoons, forks, and jugs made of iron, copper, or plastic. Because silver-plated spoons, forks, and jugs, as well as gold-plated ones, are forbidden in our Islamic religion.

The whole experience was great , very prestigious service and value to money . The staff were amazing and very helpful. The most important aspect is the high level of security and professionalism .

We loved our 4-days stay in the hotel! It was beautiful and confortable. The staff was quite attentive and I loved finding in our room a little cake and a card for my birthday. Also, a positive point I want to highlight is the spa/pool hours for kids. I saw in the comments that some parents are not that happy with the fact that the hours when the kids are allowed at the pool are not that long, but I must say that I do appreciate that. Every morning we had to go to the pool so that we could leave the area at 9:00 am sharp if we wanted some quiet time. At 9:00 or event 10 minutes before, kids would barge in and I can tell you that it is a very very noisy moment (not only their arrival, but ever after). Huge difference between the moments when kids are in the pool area and when they are not.

There were some small things that could be improved, but overall, I loved our stay, so there’s no point in getting into much details on what was not perfect.

Everything!!!! The staff were simply mindblowing- I didn’t lift a finger during my whole visit. From arrival, having a smiling concierge (dressed to the nines) open my taxi door and carrying my bags, room service including a full table setup including flowers, again the concierges allowing us to wait under cover whilst flagging down our taxi for us. Each and every member of staff I encountered seemed dedicated to making our stay the best it could be. We were made to feel special at every turn. The actual hotel itself is breathtaking, every nook and cranny could be a magazine cover. When it comes to the details of the interior, they have left no stone unturned. The rooms are 10/10- can’t be faulted. Spacious, luxurious, clean and just the most gorgeous bathrooms! The pictures don’t even do it justice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect and conveniently situated near key attractions and easy to get around. My room was impressively spacious, tastefully decorated, and featured a sleek, modern bathroom that added a touch of luxury to the experience. I also tried the room service, and the food exceeded expectations.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return. My only wish is that the pricing could be a bit more budget-friendly, but the quality of the experience certainly made it feel worthwhile.

At first, the hotel is gorgeous and in a really good area, you have underground and railway station and bus stops close to you. Safe to walk around. Friendly staff. There's carpets everywhere love it!! We had an upgrade which was perfect, the room was spacious and the details were beautiful, I told the hotel about my neice graduation and they brought a cake with a very nice card and sweet box as a gift, it was a lovely gesture. Asked for a mattress topper and it was delivered. Actually everything I asked for when i booked was delivered. The bathroom is clean and there was a bidet which was great for us (cold water but was fine 😋). Regardless the few cons that I will write now, this hotel is perfectly fine ❤️

The water in the sink overflowed and did not flash right away but I didn't say anything about it and lived with it. The TV was unfortunate, you have to pay to watch movies and the mirroring feature won't work on apple nor android, we end up not using it. At last, when I checked out i asked for a late checkout and unfortunately got rejected, i wanted to pray and use the bathroom, but I end up praying at the lobby and used the restroom which was unfortunately without bidet.

The welcome was excellent. I loved the hotel. It was wonderful from the inside. The reception and service were excellent. The room was big and wonderful.

As for the price of the hotel per night, it is exaggerated.. Also the bathroom was big and wonderful, but there are some notes that for the better, when we open the tap water, there is an annoying sound when the water goes away.. In the room, the ceramic toilet had yellow rust as if it was dirty, and the garbage container was very small and could not accommodate three people.. The room mirror was dirty. I hope you pay more attention to cleaning. Thank you.

We stayed here the night before and night of our wedding at the Marylebone Town Hall. We stayed here for our special occasion and the Landmark did not disappoint. All parts of our stay were excellent, the staff, the room, the food, spa and everything in-between. We will be back in future years for our anniversaries.

The only issue we had was that our room was not cleaned properly beforehand. There was dirty cutlery and napkins left from the previous occupant. We were offered a different room but we did not like this room compared to our first one so we went back to the first room. Housekeeping were sent and the issue rectified. We are also surprised by a complimentary bottle of champagne and snacks for the inconvenient which was excellent and made up for the inconvenience.

Our experience at the Landmark London was spectacular from beginning to end. First, walking into the property with the jaw-dropping lobby, complete with palm trees, a grand piano, playing beautiful music, and lots of light beckoned us to discover more. Next, the front desk personnel were gracious, friendly, and fun, upgrading us to a corner suite and making us feel like valued guests. All of the staff, from the Bellman, concierge, housekeepers to the front desk people aimed to please. The room was absolutely stunning, comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect and more. We dined in several of your restaurants, and loved all of the food and service. The location of the property was wonderful, and we walked around the city, to the shops, pubs, and restaurants. Thank you to all the staff and management at the Landmark hotel. We will be back.
