Excellent location. Flat was well stocked with all the items you'd need for the stay, except for there was no laundry detergent. Ideal.of you don't have too much luggage. Perfect for a couple with a child.

Tight space, as expected for Central London. Washroom exhaust didn't work. Second bed was a futon, not a pull out bed. It was too small for an adult to sleep on. Flat was on the 2nd floor with very tight stairs. It was hard to take luggage up. Manager didn't respond to messages after the first check in.

The location is quite good. There was a bunch of shops, restaurants, coffee places and groceries shops around and it was super easy to reach different tube stations. It was also super convenient to have an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The internet was super slow and we had some issues to work from there. We were in 4 people and the sofa bed wouldn't fit 2 adults, however the house manager was kind to provide us with a spare mattress and fix some minor issues we had. It didn't matter for us, but the flat is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! It’s located in an incredible area, just a stone’s throw from Marble Arch and within walking distance to the heart of Mayfair. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, with top-tier restaurants, shops, and Hyde Park just around the corner. The property itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in central London. Will definitely return!

The location in Marble Arch is unbeatable. right in the heart of London, surrounded by world-class restaurants, high-end shopping, and beautiful parks. The apartment itself was immaculate, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Comfortable beds, nice living room, and good location for using public transportation to visit tourist sights. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Kitchen didn’t have much cooking accessories. Communication before we got to London was not quickly replied. However, the person who was responsible for checking us in was easily contacted by text. It would be nice to have a place to leave luggage after check out.

Great location in London, transportation, shops, restaurants nearby....but the street remains pretty quiet. Communication with the apartment manager went smoothly. We could drop our luggage (unguarded) at the reception of their headquarters nearby.

Very steep stairs to access the flat, maybe it's common in London? Fortunately we were on the 1st floor :)

Apartment has good Location, in the middle of quiet and safe neighborhood. Good proximity to transportation & attractions & thatres. Felt safe to walk at any hour. Lot of places with healthy and vegetarian options.

Facility will benefit from small improvements: the lock box for the keys hard to operate, bathroom heating, … They are all usable, functional - but will improve experience, and raise score. Will feel “upscale” if the bed will be bigger.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in London! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to public transport and great restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I felt at home the entire time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location of the apartment is very good and most of the tourist attractions are in 15-25 min distance by metro or bus. There is a super market right behind the apartment which basically has everything. The person who was in contact with us was always available for help. The cleanness of the apartment was delightful.

Some of the facilities that were mentioned in the ad wasn't available in the apartment, e.g. game consoles. However they were not among necessary things, so we were OK with not having them in the apartment.

Very clean. Very central location and yet very quiet. Check-in and check-out was very easy. I had everything I need in the kitchen. Perfect place for business trip. Great value for money.
