- Everything was perfect. - I did not eat at the hotel but my husband ate an omelette for breakfast and thought it was nice. There is a Costa Coffee opposite and some restaurants in the area if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. - We had to ask for kettle (tea set) to be brought to the room, which happened quickly. Not necessarily a bad thing as without it there is more space if you need it. - A discretionary service charge is added on at the end. You are informed about this at the beginning of your stay. - Be warned there are stairs, no lift.

It’s a lot of money for such a small room. I suppose you’re paying for location which was perfect for us. We liked it, but yes it’s small. Ours was a Superior room.

Everything. Marina and the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The property was spotless and was within walking distance to many spots.

Very comfortable boutique hotel 2 minute walk from Marleybone Station and in very close proximity to Oxford Street. The staff were all incredibly helpful and the hotel is absolutely immaculate.

Cosy little bar/restaurant in the basement area but the public spaces are generally quite small, which is typical for this type of building. But please don't let this put you off staying at the hotel, the quality of everything else makes up for it.

The best granola in the world- and I'm a granola maker! the staff, the quality and the ambience was consistent--I was there for four nights. I felt completely cared for and was working each day and would return with a wonderful "home" feel to relax into. As a woman traveling alone, it was perfect and I highly recommend Dorset Square Hotel. The location was perfect and I could walk everywhere with shops nearby and all I needed.

Our stay at the Dorset Square Hotel was fine. Our rooms were very very small, but comfortable and well-outfitted. The location was central. Staff recommendations for nearby lunch spots were disappointing. The subterranean breakfast room was a bit depressing and the breakfast was unimpressive.

We stayed in several Firmdale Hotels and this is the original one. It is a small but excellent hotel with very attentive staff with a personal touch. You feel at home and the location is great. It is only one stop with the Jubilee line from Baker Street to Bond street. Breakfast was excellent. Overal an exceptional good hotel as can be expected from a Firmdale hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at the Dorset Square Hotel. On our arrival, we were kindly welcomed by reception and were thrilled to learn when checking -in that our room was already ready for us. The hotel is absolutely stunning throughout, the choice of decor is exquisite and the hotel is immaculate and very clean; our room was wonderful. The hotel’s restaurant, The Potting Shed, was also very nice, the staff were very attentive and friendly, the food was exceptional and the decor was beautiful. The hotel has a super calming aura throughout, it felt like a home from home and you wouldn’t know that the hustle and bustle of central London is right outside the door (the location is very good indeed). I would say without hesitation that this is the best hotel I have stayed in in London. I honestly cannot recommend The Dorset Square Hotel enough.

I told them I’d fractured my ankle and they assigned me a room on the ground floor with a huge bathroom. There was a lift to breakfast and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. The interiors by kit kemp looked fresh, modern and inviting. A most delightful and luxurious boutique hotel with its own restaurant and bar. Will be back in a heartbeat.

I have stayed at the Dorset Square a few times, on my own and with my husband. The first time was just after it opened. Love the location, close to the Marlybone High Street, Baker Street tube very accessible, a safe area to walk in. When travelling solo, it is a welcoming, homely space. Love the cricket themed Kit Kemp decor.

My most recent stay I had a desperately small room. Granted it was just an overnight. It’s expensive.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel has a small lobby, and homely feel. Well curated, with personal service.

The room's location, main window without a view, looking into the middle of the building - large air- conditioning pipes made the room slightly darker. There were frosted window panes though.
