The location is very nice, it's a good price for such a central location in London. Although the place is small, there are all the necessary facilities so the stay was comfy in general. I see many comments talking about how surprisingly small the room is, my response would be: that's the reality in London. I wasn't too shocked about the size.

1. It could be mentioned on the booking webpage that the studio is actually a basement. 2. Guests from other rooms are very rude and loud. For example, on the first night we stayed there, a girl was banging on the main door then two girls started to loudly argue around 1am/2am. My husband had to open the door and shout at them at the end. This is really not ideal. 3. There aren't many breakfast options around the neighborhood. We ended up having a very overpriced breakfast at a place called "Potting shed" and spent 50 pounds on two English breakfasts.

The property had everything you need for a short stay like ours. Kitchen well equipped, clean towels and bedding

It was hot (due to weather of course) so in order to sleep you need to keep windows open and it was a very noisy corner when it comes to traffic. Things like very old and braking dish sponge should be replaced.

Accommodation was cozy, close to metro, great location

It was very hot in there even though the thermostat was off. The heat was coming from the floor, so it was impossible to sleep at night with the windows closed. Because the street is busy, there was a lot of noise with the windows open.

Was very nice overall, clean and had all the appliances needed.

I’d only suggest the chair in front of the closet is extra. Could be better if it’s moved as it limits the use of the closet.

Communication from the owner was easy and they resolved any queries extremely quickly. The apartment was spacious and clean with a modern kitchen and bathroom. It's location to central london is very useful and was perfect for a walk in Regent park. The other reviews on here make it out to be a hellhole with an awkward owner but that definitely isnt the truth. I received my deposit back within 2 hours of checking out and id be more than happy to book a stay for the next trip to London.

Obviously with all things you get what you pay for and this is advertised as cheap so dont expect the ritz and complain when it isnt perfect. The toilet room is too small to close the door which wasnt really an issue for me but that would be my only complaint

the sink gets clogged the fan in the bathroom had not been cleaned for a very long time and was full of dust the table was broken on the right side the toaster was very dirty and could not be used the electric stove does not work

The clean up was not ok

Location is great, walk from Bakery Street and Marylebone Station just for 5-7 minuets, there’s a bus stop (X) station just next to the apartment. The price is reasonable for 3 pp. (max) kitchen were, toilet and heater is effective.

The mattress in the bedroom was very poor quality. Caused to back-ache in the morning. Mattress in sofa-bed was even worst, cannot to sleep properly. Wood structure is broken caused to mattress’s surface was not flat. And toilet paper was provided just only little one for nine nights, pillows and duvet wasn’t not enough for people.

Had everything that I wanted. Was able to come and go as I pleased which I was happy about. Apartment was clean on arrival. Shower was really good. I had a really good experience.

Room was a bit hot at times in the day when it was sunny, air con wouldn't have gone a miss. Didn't see any air conditioning in the flat so was quite hot when I would come back in the afternoon and get ready to go out later.

Location was super convenient and everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the park a lot and loved the ducks and swans there.

The Location is superb! And the customer service is amazing! It makes the whole place feel like home.
