I appreciated how close this hotel was to the restaurants and the train. I liked being able to stock the fridge and sit and eat at a table in my room. I had everything I needed.

I can handle no air conditioning, however, the street is bright and loud when you have the window open. If you are a light sleeper bring headphones and an eye mask. If it's a heat wave, book another hotel because there is only a high speed fan and it's sad to be sleep deprived on vacation. If you have any kind of disability, note that each flight of stairs skips a story. So if it says floor one, it is up two flights of stairs. I had knee surgery so I will never look at stairs the same way and it is not just about getting your luggage up there, it's going up and down over and over. The kind man in the office carried my bags and I was so grateful.

We loved the location. It was very close to Baker Street and all its restaurants. The neighbourhood was clean, safe and accessible by public means. The view was lovely and it was nice and quiet where our room was. Comfy beds, clean and very warm room. We loved it and would consider coming back!

There was no electric outlet on the counter level in the kitchen corner so we had to use the one by the skirting board for boiling water. The kettle cord was not long enough to have it on the counter and so it had to be on the ground, which, with a lively four-year old in tow, was a little bit dangerous. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Excellent location - near Marylebone station and convenient for Oxford Street. Whole premises were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was very spacious, with sitting area and large comfortable bed as well as a microwave, kettle and small sink, and refrigerator. Good, and very clean bathroom (shower). Staff were helpful and kept our case after checking out until later in the day. Would recommend and use again.

Only slight reservation was that the room (third floor) was a little too warm. However the window opened well, and there was a fan in the room, so that we could maintain a reasonable temperature

The hotel manager was really friendly as was his son, Oscar. The room was clean, comfortable and cute.

There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom on arrival, that was the only fault. Everything else was perfect.

The location of the hotel is excellent - being around the corner from Baker Street underground station, with lots of buses running nearby too. Plenty of restaurants a short walk (5 - 10 minutes) away with great variety. The room was an ok size for 4 adults (1 couple, 2 others) who needed 3 beds. The kitchenette was a nice surprise as it made having food in the room much easier. The beds were quite comfortable but definitely on the firmer side - great for me, but not so good for my wife & friends. Staff were friendly and helpful, though we didn't really require anything much. Be warned they are quite firm on the check in time of 2pm.

The tap in the room's kitchenette was marked as not drinking water, which I think needs changing as otherwise there isn't much point having the tap

It’s located within a 5 minute walk of Baker Street subway station and Regent’s Park. Lots of options of restaurants around as well. Wi-fi was great in the room. The reception staff was very friendly and checked with me before my arrival, and made sure my room was ready, even before the regular check in time. They also gave me an option of a room in the ground floor or 4th floor. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The entire premises of the hotel were clean. I have an overall very postive opinion of this hotel and would probably stay there again.

It’s already well publicized on the hotel’s page, but worth mentioning, there’s no elevator, all 4 floors are stairs only. It wasnt a problem for me, but everyone should keep it in mind. What i really disliked was that in the room i got (4th floor), every time the water pump for the hotel was activated, i would hear it almost above my room. Also, water would flow down the toilet, adding to the noises. That gets a little annoying. To the staff reading this, please do check this out on room 41. There’s also no AC in the room, so if you want to have air circulating you’ll have to open the window. I was there on a pretty chilly day, so it wasn’t a problem, but i imagine that it could be one in the summer.

Nice big family room with wooden floors and space to play; big shower, sofa bed for our child, mini fridge, cereal bowls, microwave and sink for washing up (water not suitable for drinking though) are great additions for families with small children. We had a room on the 3rd (33) floor with a view of BT tower. Very friendly and helpful staff (Daniel, Ania, another Ania and Oskar the cat). Daniel kindly offered a box of LEGO and a cuddly toy to our 5 yo to play with during our stay. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and collect them later. Great location to explore central London, short walk to Baker Street Station and Marylebone Railway Station.

No drinking tap water, but hard to blame anyone for that. Stairs are spiral and steep so it’s tricky to climb with small children and there are gaps on the bends that a small child could fall through.

The hall and room was extremely clean. The room was recently renovated and very modern. Brilliant location. We stayed here for a concert at Wembley and it was the perfect location to get to and from Waterloo (3 tube stops away), only 2 tube stops away from Wembley & walkable distance to Oxford Street, Soho etc. Check in was easy. Safe location.

The room (third floor) was very hot but there was a good, strong powered fan which was appreciated. Would be great to add Air con but the fan did the job.

I really like the neighbourhood; the hotel is close to the Baker street underground station and the Marylebone train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable for me. The receptionist does not stay at the reception all the time, but he promptly appears when I rang the bell there. Also they let me leave my luggage after I checked out, which helped me a lot.

There is no elevator and first time here I had my room on the fourth floor - it was a bit hard to get up with luggage, and even without. Next time thankfully I was accommodated on the ground floor. The windows could not be opened, but this might have been due to security issues. The bathroom had a small shower and I was worrying I might break the glass as I usually need some space.

I needed to check out early (before the reception opened) on the last day of my stay but leave my bag somewhere secure for the day whilst I ran the London Marathon, and after speaking to the manager I was allowed to leave my bag in my room and pick it up later on that day at no extra charge. They were extremely friendly, polite, courteous and helpful whenever I spoke to them. The hotel location is fantastic for access to Marylebone and Baker street tube stations making it a short trip to paddington or in to central London.
