It was a big enough room for four of us, and very clean. Great location too.

Nothing, everything was great

I absolutely loved my short stay in this comfy hotel. The room was really tiny but it is amazing that so many things can fit in just 6 m2. Private bathroom with free toiletries, The kitchenette contained fridge, ironing facilities (yes!), kettle, microwave, kitchenware, The window overlooked a tiny patio, so it was very quiet in the room. The localization of the hotel is excellent - walking distance from Bond Street tube station on the Elizabeth line that connects Oxford Street with Heathrow Airport, also walking distance to Baker Street tube station. The staff is very kind and most helpful. Next time in London I will definitely choose the same hotel.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but it was not a problem for me.

I stayed here for a short visit and absolutely loved it. Although the room was very compact—just 6 m²—it’s impressive how well everything fit. It had a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and a surprisingly well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave, kitchenware, and even ironing facilities. The window faced a small patio, making the room exceptionally quiet. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to various Street station offering short access to both Oxford Street and Heathrow Airport. Baker Street station is also nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The overall condition and cleanliness was very good.

The size of a single room - it is almost ridiculously small! Not much complaints, as it was listed as 6 sq.m., but until I checked in I wouldn't believe that it is possible to squeeze the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom in 2x3 metres. In such cramped conditions I'd suggest adding towel hooks on the bathroom door. And, yes, soundproofing wasn't great, I could hear everything in the hallway. Walls are thick, but there was only one thin door between my bed and the rest of the building.

Perfectly located for Marleybone , Harley Street . An affordable clean simple accommodation : if you can do without the fancy bits and want convenience , this place is it . An Old building that had been partitioned into rooms ( awkwardly in places / small rooms ) , but it is a clean bed , simple no fuss furnishings , small fridge , some cutlery , induction stovetop and a microwave . The bathroom ever so Small , but Clean with good water pressure and good hot water . This is not a fancy place , but a solid basic accommodation for convenient location . Staff brilliantly attentive and helpful . / Love the scent when entering the front door , lobby .

Noisy street - but really : what could They do about it ? Be aware there’s no elevator : some / most of the rooms are up up up a steep staircase . So long you go with ‘low expectations’ and are satisfied with a Clean convenient bed and shower , I can’t fault this place in the slightest .

A great option for a short stay. Great location, just a 10-minute walk to Oxford Street. The room has everything you need, even kitchen stuff. The room is in a semi-basement, but we only came there to sleep. The reception staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out.

In three days, the trash was never taken out. The cleaning only consisted of folding the towels.

-Really good price especially for location and a whole studio to ourselves! (Kitchen, table & chairs, sofa, bed, massive wardrobe, Tv & ensuite bathroom &heater!!) -Even though we stayed in the basement room it was so great for the price, location and the friendly staff -felt safe during the whole stay -Let us check in early which was great as we had heavy luggage -Allowed us to keep luggage there when checking in/out.

-Bed was alittle hard so it wasn’t very comfortable and woke up in back pain -Bathroom smelt a lot I think that’s due to no window in bathroom? But our room was the basement room so that’s fair enough.

Comfy beds, kitchenette well equipped with washing up liquid and cloths etc provided, good location in a quiet area, room didn't feel too cramped.

Curtains didn't cover the whole window properly so very bright in the morning, shower wouldn't run at a consistent temperature. Lot of stairs up to top floor - didn't bother us as we are fit, but might be an issue for others. Check in not until 5pm (although we arrived 15 mins early and it was fine)

The staff was very nice and helpful! I was even offered a free room upgrade as there were better rooms available. The room was simple but had everything I needed, including a small kitchen including cutlery, utensils and pots. I was able to have a nice, warm breakfast everyday before heading out for the whole day. I definitely recommend it for longer stays as it is pretty convenient. The location was also great, very well connected to any must-sees in London.

My room was on the basement floor, which was not clear from the pictures. After initial skepticism, I felt comfortable as there were windows allowing some natural light to come in.

Cleanliness very good. Staff very friendly. Room had small kitchenette which was useful. Stayed 2 nights. Didn't expect room to be cleaned after the first night, but it was along with clean towels and clean bedding. Well situated. Quiet.

Mattress on bed could have been better quality. No lift. A vending machine or at least a water cooler would have been nice. Bathroom very small, though very clean.
