The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast started at 7am and was delicious. The air conditioning worked well and I could open the windows for fresh air. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. A previous review mentions that there is no USB port by the bed for charging. While this is true, there is a USB port on the TV that can be used for charging. Very close to Marble Arch Underground station. My room was more than big enough for one person for 2 nights.

I would suggest an additional trash can in the room or visible somewhere in the lobby or halls. There was only a small bathroom trash that wasn’t big enough for things like empty water bottles and the other random trash that one collects as a tourist.

I chose this hotel first because of its charm, and it is definitely a very charming and cute hotel in Marylebone area. I really love its proximity with the subway station and very well located in the center of London. The room itself is very cute and clean, however it's very small but very very functional. Everything you need is there. Surprisingly for a small room, the bathroom was pretty spacious ! They have options for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was simply okay. Globally my stay there was great and I recommend this place for sure.

Even though very charming place, it needs some refresh at some point. One negative point is the walkup, I guess the elevator was not working by that time, so had to walk up 4 floors.

The location was absolutely perfect. It's super close to Oxford Street and Hyde Park, Marylebone and Notting Hill. It was truly ideally located. I also felt very welcomed by the staff. The bathroom was huge!! And the room itself was very quiet, cozy, and calm. The design of the hotel was also really beautiful. And they delivered my bag to my room, which I found to be a very kind extra touch!

The room itself was quite small, but fine as I was solo traveling. I was surprised there was no kettle in the room. There were only tiny espresso cups for coffee. Small issues tbh!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home Grown, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in the heart of London, this boutique hotel offers a unique blend of luxury, comfort, and exclusivity that sets it apart from other accommodations in the city.

However, my main issue was with the room assignment. We were accommodated in an accessible (disabled) room, which was not what we had booked. While I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to be inclusive, the room was not ideal for us. The toilet and bathroom setup were designed for accessibility, which is great for those who need it but was less comfortable for us. The facilities were functional but not as convenient or comfortable as a standard room would have been.

I know London well. I've stayed everywhere from PubLove to The Connaught and in between. Tje last few years, I have generally gone for a budget option, you know the 2 or 3 star which rates above 8,usually Russell Square or King's Cross but this deal was too good to be true and I had business in Mayfair so voila. The entrance was a bit underwhelming, but the interior befit the address. The bed was great. The shower was great. The breakfast and dinners offered value for pound. Also, the study was a great place to network and hold meetings!

Staff were lovely. Breakfast staff were so friendly and generous. Desk staff were receptive to comments. The decor is absolutely stylish - very happy with that. Great shower. Comfy bed. And was that Matt Berry's voice in the lift?? Very tasty breakfasts.

Bit of a cramped room, but it's fine as a crash pad. There was - every few minutes - a high pitched sound, coming from the Aircon?? It was frequent enough that I could record it and play it back on checkout, so they could hear it (feedback received with a very good attitude and a promise to fix). Woke me up a few times. That's pretty much it though.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore popular landmarks, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were fantastic – spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite being in such a central area, the room was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. The staff were another highlight of my stay. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. And the breakfast – simply amazing! A wide variety of choices, from fresh pastries and fruit to made-to-order hot dishes. The quality of the food was top-notch. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, service, and convenience in the heart of London. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a weekend break for my daughter to visit BST Hyde park. My wife and I did not go to this but just done the London Sightseeing. We also took our two Cavapoochons with us. They were very welcome to stay also, Wow thankyou. We had two rooms booked being to a high standard. Our room on the first floor and my daughters on the third(Lift available) Set just a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park. We did not have breakfast as our pets were not allowed in the restaurant, so can’t comment on the food. We were made very welcome with all staff being pleasant. We shall return, thank you.

Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

The breakfast was very good...little more attention to orders would be nice.Need to be careful as to what breakfast is what,I.e a la carte or standard.

Communication with desk staff,we were told breakfast was included and upon leaving was told we had a bill for over £100 for breakfast. Explained that the staff had checked on the booking and told us it was included..having spoke to the hotel they downgraded the price to standard but still charged me.........poor customer relations.

Loved the style and vibe of the building. Bar staff were especially nice - professional but fun as well and they checked and cleared the bar area continuously. Quality of bar snack food was good - tasty and served nicely. Style of bedroom was chic and thought the use and adaptation of the other communal spaces was very well done. Great use of space and thoughtful touches. Location was brilliant.

Disappointing that discounted access to a nearby carpark was not properly explained with confirmation of my booking. I emailed and telephoned the Club to ask for the address of the car park and proceeded to book online. As I had paid for the car park online/in advance I was not then able to obtain the £15 discount retrospectively. This needs to be better explained.
