Nice room (it was an upgrade) and remarkably spacious. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was genuinely excellent. Proper coffee, excellent orange juice, and perfectly cooked poached eggs.

Chose this property because we wanted a 1-bedroom suite (traveling with kids), which can be very difficult to find in London. The room did not disappoint, it had ample space for our family. The staff was amazing and the location couldn't have been better for exploring London. Great value for the price, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is old - but it is clean and well kept up, like a capsule from the 1940's. It has a lot of charm, but don't expect a modern, updated look or conveniences.

Excellent location for the West End of London and only 2 mins walk to Marble Arch tube station so very easy to get around London. It is a nice quirky hotel with character. My room was quiet and up a flight of stairs which did not have lift access, however, the concierge carried my luggage to my room without hesitation and showed me how the heating worked. Very comfortable bed. The staff I dealt with at this hotel are exceptional and were very helpful during my stay. I needed a sewing kit to fix a dress urgently and they supplied it quickly on request. The needle in the sewing kit had a very small eye so I couldn't thread it. The guys on reception and concierge were really helpful in doing it for me using various innovative techniques! I really appreciated this and they took on board my feedback that the sewing kits need better needles which they would pass on to the relevant person. The complimentary mini mince pies on reception were also very good!

The bathroom was a little cold even though it had a radiator.

Good value for money. We had a two bedroom suite. The beds and more importantly pillows were comfy, the rooms, bathroom and sitting room were clean and had all the facilities you would require. The staff were polite, attentive and efficient. Room service was quicker than many five star hotels I have stayed in London.

There was nothing I specifically didn't like. My only comments would be the decor was a little dated and the room service menu was perhaps a little limited. But overall given the good points above these are of no concern.

The staff made it so welcoming! I loved the boutique feel of the hotel. It was very quaint and in the heart of London. The decorations for Christmas made it so cozy. They had a bar, a restaurant, and gave free treat samples at the check in table!

The TV had to be reprogrammed every day so that was definitely annoying. I understand the hotel was an older building but our front door would not close unless you slammed it. I did like that there was a doorbell at the front of our door, though!

We are a family of six, and we stayed in Suite 22, a spacious two-bedroom accommodation. The suite consisted of a large living room and dining area, a small kitchen, and two generously sized bedrooms, each equipped with two showers and a full bath. Despite some slightly uneven floors and aging fixtures and furniture, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, finding charm in the hotel's character. The breakfast, served in-room, was excellent for both adults and children. The staff were attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just minutes away from Marble Arch tube and bus stops, as well as Oxford Street.

A lot of things. First of all, the staffs were very friendly and respectful. They allowed us to checked in. And they always smiling and giving help with a pleasure. Secondly, the location is amazing, close to everything. Then, i love the hotel’s theme (English classic). The hotel is clean, safe and cozy. The hotel provides all your needs such as good a/c in summer and water bidet.
