We wanted a classic English experience to show our kids whilst staying in London and that's exactly what we got here! From exquisitely decorated spaces with comfortable modern amenities, to an authentic dining menu complete with afternoon tea, the Leonard excelled at that. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The a/c was fierce, the large beds comfortable, housekeeping excellent, and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around with fantastic restaurants and shopping nearby. Anytime you stay in a hotel in London please know that the plumbing is always going to be a little temperamental, but the Leonard immediately addressed the issue and was genuinely helpful in making our stay comfortable. The Buckingham Suite we stayed at was huge for UK standards, the lighting fantastic, and the kitchen menu was amazing, we felt the price we paid for this entire experience was more than fair.

Nice room (it was an upgrade) and remarkably spacious. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was genuinely excellent. Proper coffee, excellent orange juice, and perfectly cooked poached eggs.

Excellent location for the West End of London and only 2 mins walk to Marble Arch tube station so very easy to get around London. It is a nice quirky hotel with character. My room was quiet and up a flight of stairs which did not have lift access, however, the concierge carried my luggage to my room without hesitation and showed me how the heating worked. Very comfortable bed. The staff I dealt with at this hotel are exceptional and were very helpful during my stay. I needed a sewing kit to fix a dress urgently and they supplied it quickly on request. The needle in the sewing kit had a very small eye so I couldn't thread it. The guys on reception and concierge were really helpful in doing it for me using various innovative techniques! I really appreciated this and they took on board my feedback that the sewing kits need better needles which they would pass on to the relevant person. The complimentary mini mince pies on reception were also very good!

The bathroom was a little cold even though it had a radiator.

This lovely boutique hotel has a nice mix of classic British style and friendly service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Check-in was easy, and they were happy to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated in a traditional English style. It had everything I needed and felt very comfortable just like being at home

This is my second time here, and I wished I had a city view

The staff were amazing. Friendly helpful and made me have a great experience. I want to thank the following in particular. 1. Mohammed- A Moroccan porter...fantastic guy deserves a bonus 2. Martina- Front desk manager. A very helpful and empathetic person.

Although it is understandable that the hotel was undergoing renovations, the hallways were too dirty. There was no intercom phone in my room, though I was on the 5th floor....not good. I will stay here again though
