Superb location. In the middle of Oxford St, Baker St, Marylebone High St and Marble Arch. Our Superior Room was large in London standards. Spotlessly clean, the hotel consists of 6 adjacent buildings.

The bed matress should definitely be changed. It even interrupts your sleep. The only downfall of the hotel.

Our experience was amazing at this hotel from Arianna at front desk making us feel so welcome with her warm hospitality. And Arani who created a beautiful love heart towel display for our anniversary! Alberto, the manager, who was amazing at promptly fixing any issues in our room. Such a fantastic experience!

Only thing we would have changed was the ability to dim the lights in the main room or have a bed side lamp. Other than that, nothing!

Nice boutique style hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent cafe for real food inside the hotel. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet location and rooms. Close to underground station.

There is no privacy in the bathroom as it is part of the room and only separated by glass walls. You need to be VERY comfortable with your traveling partner or you will hate the arrangement. You can hear all bathroom activities while in the room. There are multiple "Z Hotels" in this block of buildings so taxi drivers have a heck of a time finding you to pick you up and it is very likely you will get dropped off at the wrong one so make double sure of the street number you are booked at. They are all owned by the same company and happy to help you find your correct location, but it is confusing.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and even though the elevator only went to 2nd floor and we walked up 2 more floors it was fine for us . Most of all the staff was so nice and helpful. Jogie, Neha, Nestor and everyone else was so kind. It’s a cozy home feeling. Cafe was open 24 hours and if you’re a member you can get wine and cheese early evening. Great location for myself and my daughter that were traveling alone for the first time to London.

It’s going through a renovation but we did not hear anything. I would love to see it when completed.

We stayed in The Z Hotel Gloucester Place this weekend and it was an incredible experience. The building itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly, polite and attentive. The room was exactly what we were looking for; a clean, comfortable place to sleep while in London. The bathroom was clean and the floor was heated. The breakfast was lovely and so were the cafe staff. Great location, it was easy to get to the nearest metro station and there's a bus stop nearby too. Overall I'm delighted with the experience and will gladly stay here again if I ever come back to London.

The beds aren’t the best so whilst I slept, my knew I hadn’t been in my own bed!

good location, easy to check in and check out. Possibility to make coffee or tea in the room the room was clean, quite small but livable people has been kind and friendly

the bed was attached to a side wall, difficult to access I find absurd to have a bathroom made only of glass with a door that didn't even close properly. It does not allow any privacy and I find this unacceptable

I always stay in this hotel when i visit London. I have stay in all types of rooms. I love the location and the fact that the hotel is renovated and offers clean rooms.

The cleaning can be improved. They can also offer more soap and shampoo (it's always less than what you need and you have to beg for extra). Also the noises in the hotel can be an issue. There is no telephone in the room to call the reception to ask for help and when you call the hotel from your mobile they don't pick it up. So you have to go down in your pjs, at least that was the case for me at 3 am when I had to complain about a nearby room having a party!

The hotel is in a wonderful location to see everything in London and the hotel room was a comfortable place to come back to. The staff were very helpful and friendly but the major positive difference with this hotel compared to others we have stayed at was the free glass of wine and nibbles that the offer twice a week for all their guests.

The design of the bathroom and shower space using glass walls (with some frosted glass) would not suit everyone. A bit more bench/table top space would have been good S the tea and coffee making facilities took up most of the room on the one bedside table.

I liked the central location of the hotel in London, it was very presentable and easy access to amenities,shops,theatres etc.

We were given a basement Junior sweet, which although was comfortable, was noisy from people upstairs making footstep noises In middle of the night.We had a different setup for the bathroom which was not your usual separate room with door but a glass wall in the room which had the shower,toilet etc and us being a bit prim and proper,found the experience a bit too open and less private for our liking but that's just us being too English I suppose.
