Superb location. In the middle of Oxford St, Baker St, Marylebone High St and Marble Arch. Our Superior Room was large in London standards. Spotlessly clean, the hotel consists of 6 adjacent buildings.

The bed matress should definitely be changed. It even interrupts your sleep. The only downfall of the hotel.

Our experience was amazing at this hotel from Arianna at front desk making us feel so welcome with her warm hospitality. And Arani who created a beautiful love heart towel display for our anniversary! Alberto, the manager, who was amazing at promptly fixing any issues in our room. Such a fantastic experience!

Only thing we would have changed was the ability to dim the lights in the main room or have a bed side lamp. Other than that, nothing!

There were 2 staff members, Augustine and Nva, who provided excellent customer service and went so far as to make sure they were always available for us, when they had to leave the area for short times, they would ask if there was anything we needed before they left! Their food preparation was excellent. Snacks were great and very pleasing to the eye. The room was small, nice and neat but the lighting needs to be improved

The lights in our room are very bright and when you turn on one switch all lights go on.. I would suggest installing lamps on wall near bed with dimmer switch would be great. Please work on this as it is very important for your guests comfort. Towels need t9 be changed. They are old and not in good shape. Also need to have small face towels for bathrooms.

This was my second stay at Z-Hotel, and honestly, it won’t be my last. I choose it every time for two simple reasons: the size of the rooms (generously spaced), and above all – the location. The location is simply chef’s kiss – you’re right where you need to be, without the chaos. The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning – fresh, varied, and satisfying. A very solid start to the day. This time I had booked a room on the ground floor, but being incredibly sensitive to any kind of noise while sleeping (yes, even an ambitious mosquito would wake me up), I asked to be moved. And they kindly did – although it turned out to be more of a downgrade. But to my surprise and delight, it didn’t bother me at all. The new room was smaller, yes, but perfectly quiet, cozy, and clean. Housekeeping was great – everything spotless and well cared for. It was genuinely a lovely stay.

Now, I do have one single complaint. It may sound trivial, even funny – but trust me, it’s real. The bottled water provided in the room? Feels like it was sealed by the Hulk himself. Opening it requires Herculean strength – and first thing in the morning, that’s just not my vibe. I ended up exfoliating my palms trying to get a drink. Please, Z-Hotel, consider switching to bottles that open with human effort, not giant-level force. Still, I would absolutely stay here again. The staff, the comfort, the vibe – and of course, the unbeatable location – make it a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and even though the elevator only went to 2nd floor and we walked up 2 more floors it was fine for us . Most of all the staff was so nice and helpful. Jogie, Neha, Nestor and everyone else was so kind. It’s a cozy home feeling. Cafe was open 24 hours and if you’re a member you can get wine and cheese early evening. Great location for myself and my daughter that were traveling alone for the first time to London.

It’s going through a renovation but we did not hear anything. I would love to see it when completed.

Location was a short walk from Marylebone, fairly easy to navigate. We had a ground floor room which we knew would have no windows in. Was clean/compact, met all our needs to sleep and get up, and hit the shops again around London. Clean room, and as it was in the basement it was really quiet as not much traffic walking up/down corridors.

I'm not sure on the reason, but we arrived at 11am and dropped bags off, for the room to be ready around 15:00. We later returned at 16:30 but the room wasn't ready. The staff member on the desk did assure us it'd only be 10 minutes, and a helpful staff member gave my son a drink and snack free of charge. By no means a big problem, and we appreciated the nice touch from staff.

Nice boutique style hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent cafe for real food inside the hotel. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet location and rooms. Close to underground station.

There is no privacy in the bathroom as it is part of the room and only separated by glass walls. You need to be VERY comfortable with your traveling partner or you will hate the arrangement. You can hear all bathroom activities while in the room. There are multiple "Z Hotels" in this block of buildings so taxi drivers have a heck of a time finding you to pick you up and it is very likely you will get dropped off at the wrong one so make double sure of the street number you are booked at. They are all owned by the same company and happy to help you find your correct location, but it is confusing.

Food, drink, staff and location. I got the room for 100gbp on a deal Booking.com, probably wouldn't have paid 170gbp. I would stay at this hotel again.

I bit difficult to get an iron asked at night, asked twice in the morning. They should have just given me one right away, kept on saying "there is one in the room etc" there wasn't. I had a presentation and wanted to iron my clothes for the following day. Which was annoying. No room for laptop and desk in the room. Not ideal for business travel if you have to do some work on your laptop. Also no USB charger next to bed for phone alarm.

Excellent welcome when we arrived. The location was great and the standard of the rooms, bedding, shower etc was also excellent. The staff were super. They obviously have been trained very well and were so friendly. Every member of staff made such an effort to help and make sure our stay was good. The air con in the bedroom was amazing and appreciated during a heatwave!

We had a basement room, which was high quality and spacious. However, we had to have the blinds closed all the time, as it looked out to the laundry cupboard and staff entrance. This needed to be accessed by members of staff and we were also conscious people in the street could see into our room. We could not hear the traffic but we could hear staff working outside our window at times. It was only for one night, so we did not request a room change.

Definitely like 'club'. We had previously stayed at the standard version which is a few yards away from the club entrance and the club suites does provide a much better experience and would recommend staying in a club suite

Our room was on the ground floor and overlooking the outside seating area. It was disappointing to have our allocated room here, as we could hear and see the kitchen and check-in area. I did ask if we could change rooms as we weren't comfortable having our room overlooking the seat area but was advising no other rooms were available. Disappointing so say the least. The front door slams rather than quietly closing, which could be heard during the night. Breakfast though included the selection is very limited.
