the location was great, close to all major stations for day trips and several tube lines, walkable distance from many interesting points and room had enough space to live comfortably for a couple of days. The staff I met were all super nice and friendly. There was a kettle in the room, and I was allowed to leave my bag in the hotel after check out.

It was very impersonal, there was only one staff until 18h or so and, in their absence, you’d have to press a button to communicate with someone over intercom. I did not manage to understand the cleaning schedules, but the only day that my room was visibly cleaned I arrived after 18h to find out I had no towels, despite having followed hotel rules to indicate I didn’t want them changed. Had to press the intercom button through which someone told me to go to the basement to fetch towels myself. There were only flimsy disposable paper cups in the room, which not only creates unnecessary waste but also is not great if use the cup and it does not get replaced until the room is cleaned. Overall ok hotel for short stays, just not very eco friendly.

The room was very well thought out, and had everything I needed. /might have needed. Hot modern shower, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board, mirrors, windows which open for fresh air, a TV which worked properly. Clean and efficient, very well done. Nice floor too, and good 'finish' to the room.

The girl at check-in rapped 'photo ID' but I didn't have any photo ID, and she seemed very displeased, although then accepted the matter. On morning 1, the nice chap asked if there was anything I needed, and I said no, all was great, just the bin to be emptied please. He made a note in a large book. When I got back at 6pm, the bin wasn't emptied (but never mind!). On check-out at day 2, the next chap just took the card off me without a word and that was that. The staff were 'hit and miss'. Saturday morning chap was best, and also helpful about trying to book an Uber.

Great location for taking part in the Regent's Park Runthrough race, and great price for such a centrally located room! We were allowed an early check in so that we could go and enjoy the day luggage-free, which was great! Also for such a centrally located room, it was actually quite quiet during the night, which was a bonus!

Can't complain as we were allowed early check in, but we were told it would be a 10 minute wait which ended up being a bit longer than we might have wanted (as we were running short on time to get to the theatre). But like I said can't really complain as we didn't have to be wondering around London with our bags!

The location was great. The room was big and comfortable, with a big wardrobe, fridge, hair dryer, tea making facilities. You can watch TV, although it's far from the bed and a bit small it was still nice.

The water in the shower didn't really get that hot and the pressure was non existent. Once there was even no water coming out. Perhaps because only a certain number of rooms can use water at the same time and there isn't enough water for the whole building? The bathtub also feels somehow slippery to stand in as you shower. The street sound is pretty prominent which we didn't mind but light sleepers might be bothered (our room was facing the street). You couldn't have only the bedside lights on in the room. There is a tiny elevator for one person so there is an elevator but you might need to wait if you have to use it.

Cleanliness and tastefully decorated. Modern too. Room was cosy but spacious including en suite bathroom. Ample tea/coffee supplies in the room. An iron, ironing board was available in our room. The full length mirror is a good touch too for when you're dressing up to go out. Big window provided a view of the BT tower. Swipe card entrance key is modern and slick. The hotel is well located very near to Marylebone train station and Baker Street tube.

Although it was good that there was a lift (elevator), it was very small and could only transport one person at a time. That said, it didn't affect our stay. I I was happy taking the stairs.

Great location, easy checkin via a lock-box. Impeccably clean. Great towels and bed linen. Fresh and inviting. Nice small kitchen behind like wardrobe doors that had fridge, toaster, 2 hot plates, kettle, microwave glasses cutlery etc; good shower.

The safe was locked and as it was late and no one on reception I didn’t disturb them for my one night stay. But the maid should check the safe is operational when preparing room for new clients. Bed was bit too soft for me.

Room was good (clean, sizeable, well stocked with tea and coffee, warm shower, nice towels, fast internet and a fridge) and the location was great (very quiet, an easy walk to Bond St underground, and close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, mini-market for supplies etc,.

My only things were that it took me a night to realise the electric radiator wasn't switched on when I arrived, so I had a cold night (rectified when I realised in the morning, and then it would have been really good to have a microwave. Otherwise nothing bad.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Our room was comfortable and practical. The WiFi connection was strong, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Yahya was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Although it wasn’t a big problem, the fact that the windows couldn’t be opened made the room feel a bit stuffy. Having a sheer curtain in addition to the blackout one would have been better. Also, the bathroom entrance and exit were a bit difficult, but we were still happy with our stay.

My favourite location when in London. It was possible to get early check in which we appreciated . We had a comfortable basement room, clean, spacious, with kitchenette and a mini fridge which was quite useful. The spacious bathroom was a plus. Will stay again if price is reasonable.

The only problem was that there was no service on our phones, no wifi signal and no mobile data either, probably because of the basement room. A bedside lamp would be useful to avoid switching on the lights at night or first thing in the morning, given the 3 people in the room. Not cheap, but given the location it was expected.

It was very close and easy to get to and from Bakerloo station. The hotel had a lift to make it easier to get to your room with your cases. We had a front facing room on level 4 and the views were lovely. Staff were friendly and the hotel front was always clean and presentable. The staff were also really helpful in letting us leave our luggage and come back for it later. The room was clean and well presented. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect.

Our window did not fully shut and we struggled to get this shut. We never asked for this to be sorted as it was 2am when we returned and really wasn’t a big issue.
