Location, clean and good room size and facilities . Full size fridge, kettle, tea/coffee etc , iron and board, good hairdryer, shower and a fan as well as AC. Easy late check in and out. Nice staff.

Traffic noise, no secondary glazing in place although units were there. No crockery just Paper cups instead of crockery and no spoons or dishes which could be useful for a simple breakfast. No hand towel or other items in bathroom except soap dispenser. Shower cap always useful.

the location was great, close to all major stations for day trips and several tube lines, walkable distance from many interesting points and room had enough space to live comfortably for a couple of days. The staff I met were all super nice and friendly. There was a kettle in the room, and I was allowed to leave my bag in the hotel after check out.

It was very impersonal, there was only one staff until 18h or so and, in their absence, you’d have to press a button to communicate with someone over intercom. I did not manage to understand the cleaning schedules, but the only day that my room was visibly cleaned I arrived after 18h to find out I had no towels, despite having followed hotel rules to indicate I didn’t want them changed. Had to press the intercom button through which someone told me to go to the basement to fetch towels myself. There were only flimsy disposable paper cups in the room, which not only creates unnecessary waste but also is not great if use the cup and it does not get replaced until the room is cleaned. Overall ok hotel for short stays, just not very eco friendly.

Room was well-equipped, nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the fact you could open the windows was a bonus. Shower was good. Very communicative ahead of my stay, which was appreciated. Good location, with transport links, shops and restaurants all in short walking distance.

Wasn’t the easiest to access after the 6pm self check-in came in to operation, despite mostly helpful instructions. Shower tray needs some attention with thorough clean. The photos on the listing need to reflect what is in the actual room, as the one I booked suggested there was a bath tub, but when I checked I was told there were no tubs in any of the rooms.

Location is very good. Small kitchen in the room is good option. Coffee and tea in the room, nice welcome. Size of the room is good.

We got the room practically in the basement. Ok, we had a window but when we entered the room we could feel humidity. And every time when window was closed it wasn't pleasant. Especially, when you have respiratory problems such as asthma. Also, cleaners are too loud. I understand that they have to clean but they were talking loudly, first morning we were waken up by a vacuum cleaner outside our door even though there are no other rooms in that part of the building, only staff room. What they were doing there who knows. It was around 10am, but still... Before that we were awakened up by some works, some drill.. I think from neighbouring building... some renovations.

Great location for taking part in the Regent's Park Runthrough race, and great price for such a centrally located room! We were allowed an early check in so that we could go and enjoy the day luggage-free, which was great! Also for such a centrally located room, it was actually quite quiet during the night, which was a bonus!

Can't complain as we were allowed early check in, but we were told it would be a 10 minute wait which ended up being a bit longer than we might have wanted (as we were running short on time to get to the theatre). But like I said can't really complain as we didn't have to be wondering around London with our bags!

The room was very well thought out, and had everything I needed. /might have needed. Hot modern shower, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board, mirrors, windows which open for fresh air, a TV which worked properly. Clean and efficient, very well done. Nice floor too, and good 'finish' to the room.

The girl at check-in rapped 'photo ID' but I didn't have any photo ID, and she seemed very displeased, although then accepted the matter. On morning 1, the nice chap asked if there was anything I needed, and I said no, all was great, just the bin to be emptied please. He made a note in a large book. When I got back at 6pm, the bin wasn't emptied (but never mind!). On check-out at day 2, the next chap just took the card off me without a word and that was that. The staff were 'hit and miss'. Saturday morning chap was best, and also helpful about trying to book an Uber.

It’s near Baker Street underground and is near lots of cafes for breakfast and lunch. I liked the hotel was on a quiet street that feels safe. we went to Wembley stadium for a concert and the underground is only two stops to Wembley so very handy

on our first morning at 8am, the fire alarms went off because a resident burned toast. there was no reception and I phoned the emergency number. they said they would get someone to come to the hotel but it took 40 minutes. We all waited outside for 40 minutes while the alarm went off and it was difficult waiting that long. Reception was open at 8-6pm online but no one was there. This could be rectified by having a member of staff in the building at 8am or by having a better toaster

The location was great. The room was big and comfortable, with a big wardrobe, fridge, hair dryer, tea making facilities. You can watch TV, although it's far from the bed and a bit small it was still nice.

The water in the shower didn't really get that hot and the pressure was non existent. Once there was even no water coming out. Perhaps because only a certain number of rooms can use water at the same time and there isn't enough water for the whole building? The bathtub also feels somehow slippery to stand in as you shower. The street sound is pretty prominent which we didn't mind but light sleepers might be bothered (our room was facing the street). You couldn't have only the bedside lights on in the room. There is a tiny elevator for one person so there is an elevator but you might need to wait if you have to use it.

This hotel is what it says on the tin - it suited us perfectly as a base for London. We didn't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the centre, so staying in Marylebone was ideal. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from Marylebone tube station, or 6 minutes to Baker Street station, where you could also get a number of buses. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Oxford Street which was fine for us. The hotel reception closes early in the evening, but it's easy to get in using your key card and we felt perfectly safe staying here. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The shower was a little dated appearance wise, but functioned fine.

The lovely gentleman on reception checked us in quickly, he even gave us a choice of which floor we’d like & I joked that I didn’t mind as long as it had air conditioning so he very kindly went & checked & the one downstairs was the coolest so I went with that one ☺️ I was attending a concert in Hyde Park so I chose this hotel as it was half way between Euston station & the concert, about a 20 minute walk to each which, for the very reasonable price, I thought was a great location. Plenty of amenities close by - bars, restaurants & shops & again, about a 20 minute walk to carnaby street so plenty of shopping was done too ☺️ the room itself was lovely & clean, it even had a little kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, a hob, microwave & fridge so would be idea for staying more than one night.

The only niggle I have is there was a quite a large crack in the shower that looked like it had been filled more than once with filler so it was messy & a part of the lino in the middle of the room was split. These aren’t small jobs though & they didn’t affect the stay so maybe in the winter months when it’s quieter they will be fixed.
