Hotel close to cental london even on foot. We shared a suite room. However, it was really small but beautiful, nonetheless. We faced a problem with water on our arrival which was unpleasant and had to change rooms and unfortunately from the 7th floor we went down to the 4th and the view was not that good. Breakfast tasteful although not big; but with good choices nevertheless. The staff was always willing to help us and was friendly at all times.

The breakfast area was extremely small, and if all occupants had breakfast at the same time they had no chair to sit. Room size was very small, and the lack of a closet/ wardrobe made it very difficult to even leave your luggage to a small corner where you could barely walk or move around. Some hangers near the fridge did not solve the problem.

Firstly the receptionist who checked us in was lovely. So friendly and helpful. The room was clean and airy. We loved the fact the windows could be opened. The shower was great, push the button for shower on or off. So simple, but so many others try and complicate it. 10/10 for the room and en-suite

The breakfast, whilst the selection was good. The ‘hot’ food options were cold. We had bacon that had just been put out and it was cold. The breakfast room is also very small. It’s almost as if this was an afterthought.

This was a last-minute booking for me. Another hotel had cancelled my prior reservation as I travelled down to London on the train. So, with about 2 hours to find a new hotel, I happened upon this one. It’s about 5 mins walk from Edgware Road tube station. It is a new hotel, with very few reviews, so I was a little apprehensive about booking it. I needn’t have been! Everything feels fresh and clean. There’s a lovely smell of Oud as you walk into the reception. The rooms are feature packed, with automatic blinds and advanced lighting control. They have crammed a lot of facilities into the (relatively) small rooms. A folding desk, safe, ironing board etc. Everything I needed as a solo business traveller without having to ask. The en-suite bathroom had an excellent, hot powerful shower too. The staff are very very friendly and eager to help. Rizman, who showed me to the room, took the time to show me where everything was and how it worked. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that

My room had an adjoining door to the next room.. although locked on each side. I opened my side, assuming it was a closet of sorts, only to hear an exclamation from behind the other door. I think someone thought I was trying to get into their room! Not a complaint.. just an FYI for other travellers who might be uneasy with this arrangement. I stayed in 102

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We found out after check out that our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in London an extra night. We came back and reception were able to sort us out with a room for that night. We were able to stay in the same room we had been in which was great. Room was spotless. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Close to transport links. Nice base to come back to after a day exploring London.

We didn’t realise our first morning we had to put on the cleaning button for our room to be serviced so it wasn’t cleaned that day. Not the hotel’s fault but it wasn’t immediately obvious.

The room was decently sized (but I think I got the accessible room), and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Lovely view out the window. Close to Edgware Road but quite a trek from Paddington. Lots of eateries and a supermarket around makes this a convenient place to stay for a conference.

The temperature and flow limit on the hot shower is a bit of a dealbreaker especially when the weather is cold. There was a large brown stain at the head of the mattress that was visible through the clean sheets which I hope was coffee. Management calling and/or knocking on the door every evening to ask about the satisfaction with housekeeping felt kind of intrusive and inconvenient. Also echoing a lot of reviews on the lack of “storage space” in the room. The room has plenty of space but a lack of any surfaces to put things on.

Great location in London, Friendly helpful staff, within walking distance to Oxford St, nearest underground is less than 5mins walk away also within walking distance to Paddington station. The hotel itself and the rooms were quite small, however very modern and exceptionally clean and comfortable, considering we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel it was perfect for our needs. We also had breakfast included which was quiet good. We would definitely stay here again on returning to London.

As mentioned rooms were quiet small may not suit family’s or 3 or more. Otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Our room, overlooking in the back, to the neighbouring houses was very quiet and spotlessly clean. We had a bigger room with a very spacious and comfortable bathroom. The staff was wonderful both at the reception and at breakfast as well. They even have guest slippers individually wrapped which was very helpful since I left mine at home. The restaurant, where breakfast is served is a bit small compared to the size of the hotel which can result in it being a little crowded but we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the perfect coffee. The hotel is near Hyde Park and if you enjoy walking Buckingham Palace is only 30 minutes on foot. Bus stop and subway superclose. I would definitely book again.

The rooms were fully equipped, they completely maximized the small space they have! The beds were comfortable and everything was modern and in great condition! The rooms are ideal for solo travellers mostly for business reasons, amd I believe that was what the room was designed for. The staff was friendly and attentive! The location is great! All in all I was happy with my stay!

The room could be a bit cleaner nothing major but it wasn't immaculate! The rooms are very small but functional, it's hard when you have a large suitcase and if two people are staying in the room, but it's ok we made it work.

Hotel is relatively new and facilities are in excellent condition. The bed, linens and pillows were good quality and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful design touches in the room to make the small space more functional. It's close to the Edgeware Road tube station, and about a 15 minute walk to Paddington, so very convenient for the train if you aren't loaded down with luggage (and the weather cooperates).

The room was very small, which was fine for our single overnight but would have been cramped for two guests for a longer stay. The lighting and curtain controls are high-tech enough that some of the nuances of operating them escaped us and there were no instructions that we could find.
