I have stayed there previously and thought it was really a decent value for money hotel, however, the prices now have skyrocketed as all London and it is too expensive. Regardless, I would recommend it and go there again as staff always extremely pleasant and helpful. Clean decent rooms. Slightly small for 3 people, but that is mainly a British tradition. Perfect location only a few minute walk to Edgware Road Station, corner affordable shops, caffes and restaurants. Also, only a 15 min walk to Leicester Gate where you can enjoy the beautiful Italian gardens.

Great location... Easy to reach from Paddington and just mins from Edgware Rd tube on the bakerloo line. Easy to find and main door is kept locked at all times. Room was clean, some marks on the curtains but nothing major. Very reasonable size.

Couldn't turn off the heated towel rail Left luggage didn't feel secure....the bag is marked but you get no corresponding ticket to collect. Was a little nervous as they're left in the reception which is, to be fair, manned 24hrs. I didn't have a problem but did cause me some worry.

Location was superb. We literally able to walk to London highlighted spots everywhere. The hotel policy was awesome and we able to leave our bags at the reception and start exploring the city after check out.

We were given top floor (steep staircases by the way) and the customer service phone was not working. We were frustrated because we had to go down 3 steep staircases every time we needed things like hairdryer or so.

Convenient for Paddington Train Station. The room price was probably one of the cheapest we could find for a brief overnight stay. Adam, on Reception was very friendly. The room was much nicer than we expected for the price. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

The Reception area was a bit dated.

All the stuff in the reception and the housekeepers were too friendly and cooperative. They gave us free croissant, muffins, coffee, tea and coke. The wifi is free as well. The location is perfect Thank you for everything we enjoyed our stay :)

Although the room is small and not that high level of expectations, will definitely book it again because what are important to me the services and the location

We travelled for the queen's funeral as a family . We were welcomed and made to feel very at home in this lovely hotel . The rooms are spacious , comfortable and spotless . The location was fantastic and easy to reach driving . The lady at reception was so lovely and did all she could to make our stay a lovely one . We will definatley be coming back . Thankyou for all of your kindness during our stay

Great location..5-6 mins walk from Paddington station..very friendly staff.lovely big room..quadruple room.2 single beds and double pull out couch

When quilt cover removed the quilt was very stained and should either ha e been washed or dumped

Great location!! Couple of minutes walking from Edgard Grove station. Rooms are perfect, great bathroom

Practically imposible to contact the hotel before the arrival day. We were offer with a free taxi from the airport to the hotel and even though that I call several times and send a bunch of emails, I never get an answer from the hotel

Good hairdryer 2000w No issue with kids and their play amd noisy voices

Woman on reception was very friendly and helpful. Let me check in about 30 mins early. Rooms were clean, a little dated, but very good for the price and location. Also much quieter than expected. Perfect for a night or 2 in London at a very good price. Thank you.

There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe could do with some new wall paper but really can't fault it. Thanks
