The staff is super friendly. Molly and Sophie are super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there! It's in an amazing location! We walked through Hyde Park to Buckingham Castle, Big Ban, and the London Eye. It was really awesome! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was warm in all senses.

the kitchen could have some more light and the bathroom is kind of small, but that's minor!

The location was great, just down the road for buses and Paddington Station. The room was super large, and while it had a small kitchenette, it didn't have a washing machine but there is a laundromat directly across the road so that was super convenient. The bed was REALLY comfortable and the shower was amazing, though I did find the shower floor a bit slippery but the actual shower was really awesome.

Unfortunately I couldn't always connect to the WIFI, it wasn't a massive issue as I have a really good data plan but some people might find it frustrating. The sofa wasn't too comfortable as it is a futon I believe but the TV was on a swivel so I watched it from the bed most of the time. Oh and also there wasn't anything to wash dishes with - like a dish cloth or similar. But they are small things that didn't really impact on my overall stay

Family owned 11 room hotel, small clean room, good balcony, good quality towels, clean toilet, good pressure in shower,  daily changing towels, unlimited water bottles given,  Very friendly helpful girls in the reception, in particular Malaika from Pak, Isha from India, to be mentioned.  Very good location, Arabic/ Urdu dominated, 5 min walk to Edgware Road train station, very many good restaurants, Marks & Spencer's grocery mart, etc nearby. There was no towel rod, but on pointing this out, Isha right away provided clothes hanger on the door, much appreciated.. 

No place to keep baggage. Our 3 bags were on the floor. Kitchen cabinet above sink was very low,  head kept hitting it. One table provided  2x2 feet, too small, that didn't serve any purpose

Great location. Convenient to public transportation options. Safe area though there is a pub downstairs so can be a bit noisy at night. I brought my ear plugs so the street noise didn't bother me much. Staff was friendly and helpful. I Whatsappes them what I needed and they would get it done before we came back from activities outside. There is a Tesco nearby and many restaurants and coffee places in the areas. It will be our top choice to stay if we ever visit London again with family.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The cabinet in the bathroom is rotten. May need a replacement soon.

Very convenient location close to Paddington station and in quiet area, comfortable mattress, nice shower, very helpful and friendly staff

One of the main lights in the apartment didn’t work properly due to fault in electrics. Staff did their best but it was an engineer’s job. Apartment could do with more (reading) lights. Cupboard above sink is inconveniently placed so you can’t stand up straight when washing up.

The size of the room and also the bathroom was perfect for our stay. There was a lift (good size and condition) in the small hotel, which made managing the suitcases easy. The air-conditioning in the room was a real bonus. The room was equipped with a kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven, a small fridge and a sink (also cups, glasses, plates and cutlery for two) and there were complementary drinks and treats (new water bottles every day). The bed was comfortable and there was enough room (and also hangers) for our clothes. But best of all was the kindness and hospitality of the staff, who were there from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to help. The walk-in shower floor could do with a bit of refreshment, but that's all.

I had a very good stay overall. The location was excellent—just a short walk from Paddington Station, which made it easy to get around the city. The cleanliness of the place was also impressive, and the ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The only downside was that the windows weren’t completely soundproof, and there’s a pub right downstairs. On some days of the week, especially in the evenings, it could get a bit noisy due to people gathering outside.

I was travelling solo with children and they couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. The staff were lovely and the complimentary snacks when we arrived tired after a long day, were just wonderful! The sofa bed was already made and the bedding and towels were all lovely and clean. The location is perfect - so close to lots of amenities and sights. The price was brilliant. I was struggling to find anywhere that would take an adult and three children, without needing to book two rooms and then I wouldn't have been in one of the rooms with my children. This was just perfect - we were all in one room and had our own little kitchenette area, which was also good for keeping meal costs down that evening.

Our bathroom door handle was quite wobbly and I just told my children to push it too, rather than fully close as I was worried it would fall off. It really is a minor point and when I explained the staff were genuinely happy to have been told so not really a negative!

Great location. A few minutes walk from both Paddington and Edgware Road stations meaning all parts of London were easily accessible via good transport links. Staff were really friendly and helpful on check in and throughout the stay. Room size was above average for London, we booked a studio and it was really comfortable. Bedding was really clean, fresh towels daily. Excellent value for money for a hotel in such a great location.

Great location, in between Paddington & Edgware Road underground stations. Lovely studio apartment with (what was much needed) air conditioning! Complimentary water & snacks in the room. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. All the staff were nice and hospitable. Would definitely return and recommend, also great value for money for a London stay!

Was quite a lot of noise from outside during the night. Never expect a quiet night in a city centre so generally bring ear plugs which solved that problem! Think the old wooden windows didn’t help reduce any of the noise
