The hostel is on the upper floor of a traditional pub, just beside a tube station. It's a very strategic location to go anywhere in London, and there are a lot of stores and supermarkets around, which can be very handy. I stayed in a 6-beds room and space was good. Beds were comfortable enough, and the linens were impeccably clean. There are very few showers, but they're good and kept very clean.

Because of the location, there's a lot of noise coming from the street, which can be a challenge to sleep even late at night. Beds are a little squeaky adding to the noise, too, and there are no individual bed lights.

The pub is ideally situated just next to Edgware Road station so getting around the city was a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast and tea was excellent and the sound isolation in the room was good so there wasn't much noise. No restrictions on staying in the room during the day like I've seen with other places. The lockers in the room are large and there was plenty of room to move about, and the bed was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom and toilet facilities could have been a little cleaner but with so many of us staying there it's hard to maintain.

Good location, close enough to Paddington Stn, 1 minute frm Edgware Tube, 5 min frm the other Edgware Tube, a great Pakistani food eatery very close. Meals (brekkie, lunch, dinner) available under 12-20pound/pop in the bar downstairs, a choice of ales etc.

The room sleeping 3 (bunker beds) really tiny. No kettle. Mold on windowframes. Ventilation in bathroom very weak. Residents from 1st floor dorms queue to toilets/bathrooms on 2nd floor. Noise at night (guess its London though).

It was centrally located,clean and budget friendly. The staff were generally friendly. Some much more than others. Thanks to Daisy for sorting out some small problems.

They said I'd be in the same bed so I left some stuff on the bed. When I got back it had been moved to a locker but my dirty washing was nowhere to be found and it contained a vital medical piece of clothing.

The staff are really friendly and professional and you can have a laugh with them, they're all good people

Well I got into my room and some guy was asleep in my bed so since it was after 1am, rather than wake him up and cause a fuss I slept in some bed that didn't even have a pillow or sheets on it just to keep the peace but I woke up to some guy giving me a bollocking for sleeping in his bed so not a great experience. But that's not on the staff, the staff are great. Just cautionary tale if you stay here you might have to be the bad guy if someone's in your bed.

Easy check in, helpful staff, bag storage, clean rooms, powerful showers, lockable cage for bag in rooms (bring your own padlock), really well located even if there isn't much to do nearby (boring area but great tube links).. Try walking the canal from near the pub, ask the way to Camden. Takes half an hour, so lovely. Nice boats, people, flowers and a view of the zoo. Bonus! Manager Amy was absolutely tip top managing a situation that occurred in the vicinity, kept everyone informed and safe, still made coffee for guests and liaised well with police and dealt with press (who were phoning up to hassle and get info from her - she had none of it). She managed the whole situation with no support or calls of solidarity from management, so ten stars to her.

The downstairs luggage store is unsupervised.

Extremely good location.Great Italian night staff member,very helpful to myself and a friend when we experienced a problem and came up with a knowledgeable solution.The downstairs bar area is very cool and shady on a hot day with an orange juice and soda water.

The staircase is very difficult to negotiate with a heavy suitcase as it twists and is narrow.I also think they need an on site maintenance man as issues on a weekend don't get dealt with until the Monday.Its a shame we couldnt open the windows wide on a hot night due to the restrictor as it was very stuffy.

The lady in the morning when we checked out I was with my friend just deceding if we should get something to eat or leave as we was kind of late for work already and the bar staff she was very rood and disrespectfull the way she came up to us and asked as to leave in very disrespectfully way I was really disappointed of that and felt a bit as she was being racist towards my friend as he was black . She really need to be told of ...this was on the 26th Feb at 10:20 ?!

Room very nice clean and comfortable and warm.Important this time of year.Nice meals and coffee drinks etc available until late in the cosy bar area and very important...great showers.Be careful pulling out a mobile to do selfies in this area and use safer cashpoints like inside the bank or the Marylebone station.Its central London so of course you have to be a bit careful but nothing out of the ordinary.
