Jeremaiah was kind and prompt to attend to us. Hassle free. The apartment was beautiful, plenty of room for children to walk around. Centrally located near to edgeware metro. There is plenty of halal food around. Honestly, it was worth it. Two thumbs up!
It just happened that a fight broke out at one of the restaurants nearby. Be careful when going home in the late evening. The bath tub has a bit of mould and floor can be slippery. Keep toilet tiles dry for children and old folks safety.

The property is in an excellent location with all conveniences easily available. Being close to the main tourist and shopping areas of London and good bus and train connectivity was an additional bonus. The property is nice and spacious with decent amenities. Key things like air conditioning and bidet in toilets was good. The team is very friendly especially Jeremiah who is the property manager. He is very friendly and responsive.
We stayed for 16 nights and expected the property to be cleaned/services at least every 5 days. The beds were a little uncomfortable as the mattresses are spring based. The views from the window are not great. The water flow in the bathroom is very slow and consistency of hot water is poor.

Location is nice nearby Edjward road A5 with lots of Arabic restaurants, grocery shops, and currency exchanges. 10 minutes' walk to Hyde Park, and beginning of Oxford st. Price was very reasonable, and the two-bid apartment was accommodating to our family needs. Just make sure apartment cleaning is inclusive of the price.
No one there was to receive and guide us. Only thru Whatsapp. Windows shades or curtains are not covering the inside fully especially the ones for the living room. They need to carry out more pest control because ants do largely exist in the apartment especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hence, frequent cleaning.

Great location, about 5 mins walk from Edgware Road tube. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift within easy reach of the front door. While the outside appearance is modest, inside the apartment is well fitted out with modern bathrooms, a decent shower, and good flooring & tiling throughout. Two good TVs are provided; the modern one in the Living Room includes streaming clients for Netflix and all the other major services. Two generous king-size beds are provided, along with a single; we slept very well. The kitchen is also well fitted out, with a nice stone countertop and substantial fridge/freezer, along with plenty of cutlery and dishes.
There were a couple of rough edges to the fit & finish of some parts of the apartment. These didn't negatively affect our stay, and we mentioned them to the landlord, so they will likely be addressed by now.

The best thing about this apartment were the comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. You will get a good night's sleep! There was also plenty of space and it seemed clean. It was well equipped and there was a dishwasher and tablets. It was great to have an oven as there was a Waitrose 2 mins walk away. It's a good location.
One sink was blocked and the shower dripped (could not be switched off completely). The duvets were not very thick. Some mice came one night but if you put your food in the fridge it will be ok, they didn't affect us much! All windows were single glazed so it was a bit more noisy but it didn't bother us. It was warm and comfortable.

The apartment is large, equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. Central location, away from the main street and it was quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with good things.
The door to the main toilet was warped and difficult to open. The toilet lid was held on by one hinge. The heating worked partially, and it really was a nuisance that the towel dryer in the small toilet did not work. We dried towels near the radiator. They never cleaned or changed the bed sheets in 11 days, although it says that it is a 4 star hotel. Also there were no tools to clean the floor yourself.

A lovely 3 star apartment and great value for money. Plenty of space and enough for upto 7 people. The beds were very comfy and we loved the coffee in the morning. Huge bed I main bedroom. We all slept well. Host was very helpful and it was easy to get into the building. Near to the station and plenty of shops and restaurants. We felt safe in the area. We came with 2 adults and 2 children and would highly recommend. Thank you.
Nothing - however an oven glove I couldn't find, also the smaller beds all need duvet covers not just blankets. Our children were not worried but this may bother others.

The apartment was very conveniently located near transport and eateries. It was within easy walking distance to Hyde Park and not too far from the city. The apartment was very cosy, in a fairly quiet area and well appointed. The apartment block has a lift which was excellent.
One disappointment was that the contact number we were originally supplied with was not correct and it wasn't until we got to the front door of the apartment block that we found a number to contact. After that small setback it was easy to gain access to the apartment. Great to have two bathrooms but sadly the plumbing couldn't cope with both showers running at the same time but you just had to manage.

Excellent Stay at Crawford Place I had an amazing stay at Crawford Place! The location is fantastic—close to so many shops, making it super convenient, and near some of the best tourist attractions like Hyde Park, Green Park, Baker Street, and Marble Arch. It’s perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed readily available. A special mention goes to the house manager, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The staff overall were polite and professional, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend Crawford Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of London!
