Excellent location in very close proximity to the tube, pubs, cafes, shops, and restaurants. We never had to walk far to find what we needed. The on-site car parking was an added bonus; and the main reason for us selecting this venue.

I felt bad for the reception staff who had little more than a table and a laptop each to perform their duties. Located in the main lobby area, they are constantly on display with no privacy or place for them to retreat. So much so that I had initially thought that it was an open-plan hot desk for patrons to charge their computers - not a reception desk! Do the team a favour and give them a proper reception area from which they can operate! The current set-up really does not cut it - but kudos to the staff for maintaining their professionalism in their current work conditions. I don't know if I could do it!

The only thing really was the reception staff were a little confusing when giving the details of the guests names to the rooms that were booked and instead of waiting so I could give them the event voucher information it was like they panicked me that I had only booked one room for a night for myself but after getting it sorted my stay I did enjoy it just needed to be patient and not made to feel stupid at the time of checking in

Having a window that opened was wonderful - so many hotels have A/C, it was great to have fresh air. I ate dinner at the restaurant four times - each choice was excellent, The choice at breakfast was also excellent. The choice of hotel made ice creams downstairs were also wonderful.

The breakfast room got very crowded - there was an overflow room - I did notice that once it had food placed there, but I think the staff needs to manage the overflow room better so that it can actually be used more.

The hotel is perfect and great value. We were going to a show at the Empress Museum, literally just opposite the hotel, and West Brompton tube a stones throw away, so perfect location. Nicely refurbished. Beds super comfy, air con, lovely walk in shower. Bar and restaurant, with snacks available 24/7. Decent check out time of 12 noon and a room to leave bags if you still have some exploring to do before heading home. Staff all very accommodating. Excellent. Will be staying again!

Room was clean and spacious, facilities great both in the room and at the hotel. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Location was superb and easily accessible.

10% service charge added to everything bought from a pastry in the lobby to drinks at the bar. Service is the bar for drinks and food was poor and absolutely no notice verbal or written that a service charge was being added. Only noticed it when we checked the receipt. After that we asked before buying. Not the way to do things and let the reception know about it.

The room was very big, especially for London. The location of the hotel is the best, a few meters from West Brompton tube station and if you feel like walking a bit more, it is close to Earl;s Court station. The breakfast was good. The first night it was cold in my room, but it was quickly fixed. I asked for late checkout and the lady from reception was extremely helpful. If I go back to London, I will stay for sure at Ibis London Earl;s Court.

A fridge in the room would be nice

We didn't have any meals in the hotel, so cannot comment on the food. The location was ideal, as we were seeing a show at The Empress, which was just a 5 minute walk away. The room was nicely decorated and recently refurbished.

Just a couple of minor things really - only 1 spare pillow, but once we asked for another, it was delivered to the room. Our room was at the back of the building, and there was some (generator?) noise outside, if we had the window open for fresh air. Nothing major though.

The Hotel itself was perfect location food etc

I travelled with my registered assistance dog and also being listed as a dog friendly hotel in any case did not expect any problems but going into breakfast the first morning was told that I could not bring assistance dog in I did explain that they cannot stop me as they would be breaking the law however I was ushered into the bar area to have my breakfast. I did send an email to the accor group who own the ibis hotel chain of hotels amongst others

Location was close to West Brompton district line, just a 5 min walk up the road. Beds and pillows are really comfy. Nice bar area. Room while on the small side was set up well so we weren't falling over each other. Good shower.

No fridge in room. One bag stand so one of us had to work from the floor. Minimal coat hangers. The staff we encountered ( reception and bar) were generally polite, but lacked a genuine connection. Felt very transactional a bit of a tick box. They may be new to hospitality, so will review again as we come back here in a week for another 5 nights.
