Very clean, liked the bathroom & air con! A great breakfast too.

Honestly couldn't fault the staff or the hotel. A little further out of the centre than I would have liked but everything else was spot on. A nice quiet room too, although the hotel was full!

Good location. 5 min walk to West Kensington tube station. While going to to center and returning back to the hotel, use the district line. If you have to take the piccadilly line, change to district line between one of the change stations so that you walk only 5 min to the hotel. Breakfast was more than we expected. We had to work remotely for a day, and wifi was ok. Not encounter any issues. Staff were quite friendly. There are several restaurants around the hotel. Tesco and lidl available within 2 min walk.

Staff were welcoming and helpful with travel information. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good for the price but could have done with a little more variety. The location was perfect for all the places we had booked to go to. And because it is such a good place to stay the reviews were very helpful and gave great ideas of travel places to visit, restaurants nearby which were good and they were. Would come back again as bed comfortable too.

A bit more variety at breakfast, fried eggs a couple of days, mushrooms. But understand as the price is very good. We just changed our choices around ourselves and adapted. Cannot complain.

The breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of options, from a continental selection to a full cooked breakfast featuring bacon, sausage, hash browns, beans, and tomato. There were two coffee machines and two moving commercial toasters, meaning little to no waiting. At night, it was very quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep in their comfortable bed. The location is excellent—just a 6-minute walk from West Kensington station, with plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. They also kindly stored our luggage for the day, which was very convenient as we had a late flight and could spend our last day sightseeing without any hassle.

Our room was in the second building behind the main building on North End Road. The room was quiet with strong WiFi so we slept well each night. Also, the customer service and hospitality here cannot be faulted!! Breakfast includes 3 or 4 cereals with milk, 3 juices, hot drinks, bacon, sausage, cooked tomatoes, baked beans and bread, croissants. They also offered 2 fruits and 2 muffin types. The patrons complaining about Breakfast ought to remember that you get what you paid for. The hotel catered for hot and cold preferences and there was enough to choose from each day.

Well-connected location = a few stops by tube to the city centre and also the direct train to Watford Junction to the Harry Potter studios. Both tube stops and train stop are located within 10 mins walk of the hotel. Breakfast was great, absolutely sufficient for us, gave us a great base for the whole day. Everything was clean and the staff were nice ;-)

Room is too small for 4 people, but we only came here to sleep, so it didn't matter. Only the sofa bed is really already quite narrow for two people and combined with the shared blanket it was a daily struggle between the kids. We also missed a small fridge in the room.

It was convenient, modern and overall pleasant. We had an issue with our room on the first night but were relocated and had no further issues. The staff were friendly and helpful and they had a good supply of essentials for those who forget a thing or two whilst packing.

We had a room on the top floor the first night but it was too loud to sleep as it sounded like a generator was next to the room (we were informed this was due to the wind) but we were moved to another room on a lower level without any issues and had a pleasant rest of our stay. In both rooms the air conditioning created a constant noise which was a little annoying but that was the only issue we had and it could be ignored.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It exceeded my expectations, even though I was already expecting a good experience. If I visit this area again, I will definitely stay here. Unfortunately, we got sick during our trip, but the hotel provided a comfortable environment for us to rest and recover. Thanks to our membership, we were even allowed to stay longer on our check-out day, which gave us extra time to relax before our journey home—something we truly appreciated. Our room was spotless every day when we returned from sightseeing, and the reception staff were the sweetest and most helpful! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was very helpful. The ladies at the reception were nice and gave us lots of advice (Especially Janet). We were able to leave the bags before checking in and checking out. Breakfast was a big advantage of the stay. The buffet was full of lovely food and snacks available until 10/11am. The hotel was located in a quiet area of London and we really appreciated it when staying with kids. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. TV was available with lots of channels. Free WiFi working perfectly.

The room was definitely too small for a family stay 2+2. No wardrobe to store the clothes. It was difficult to move around in the room. The standard of the room was medium as the carpets and curtains were old and we could smell them. However we used the room for sleeping and showering only so it didn't really matter that much. The hotel was located in between two metro stations (west Kensington and west Brompton) and unfortunately it was an unexpectedly long walk to the hotel. The weather wasn't great and we had to walk at least 13 mins in the rain. Next time I will choose a hotel located closer to the station when travelling with small kids.

Staff was very nice. There was no restaurant and not many facilities in the hotel, but one could use the breakfast area and bring food from one of the places around the hotel. As we travelled with another family this was a very convenient option for us, so we could stay there together for a while. The hotel is already in the zone 2 for the London public transport but on the border and is conveniently connected both with bus and underground.

The room had a really nice size for 2 but with the sofa bed open it was really packed. It is ok if you are planning to use it only to sleep there.
