This small 'Hotel" nicknamed the HUB is in the flight path of the landing jets. But that is a unique experience for the 2 night stay over. It has a large kitchen with the minimal useful tools. The Backyard is very large good for a group wishing to do a large wedding or party event. The 'hotel' building holds 20 guests. The beds are good, water pressure good and hot. The area is within the Hounslow area known for its India/Sri Lankan cultural qualities. It is perfect for a no-fuss overnight at very reasonable rates. The desk leadership is well informed and friendly and there is excellent BIRIANI eateries 4 stops toward the "BELL" Hounslow.

Plugs are inadequate requiring tape to hold the plug in its place. IT is a specific style location for those travellers with resources to cook and live humbly for a reasonable over night stay. Buses are running on time and get you anywhere you need to go. Glass Windows need regular cleaning. Check in time is strict at 2pm not before.

I really liked the location — it’s conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible to shopping centers, grocery stores, and transportation services, whether public or through their private car options. What I appreciated the most was how clean and tidy the room and bathroom were — everything was well-arranged and spotless. The complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch too; after a tiring journey, it truly made my heart feel light upon arrival.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like — the place was very good, clean, and reasonably priced. The staff, especially the receptionist, was kind and genuinely caring, even making sure I had a safe ride to the airport.

It was convenient and close enough to the airport. The room was clean and convenient. We liked that someone is at reception 24/7.

I didn’t realize how loud the planes would be. It was hard to sleep with all the airplane noise. The beds were uncomfortable and wish they were firmer and I don’t think the cleaners did a good job at making the beds. It looked haphazardly done.

I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels this hotel is one of the best. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are very nice, clean and quite. Very clean and spacious bathroom. I stayed 2 nights and were very relaxing stay. Location is excellent walking distance from shops, restaurants and public transport. For sure I would stay in this hotel again.

A nice little place based close to Heathrow airport. It was clean and comfortable, surprisingly so. Quite at night time and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I had two good nights there. Big comfortable bed as well.

Was very last minute booking and easy! Reception was open and quick no faff. Room very basic and exactly as itbshould be for the price. Needed more plug sockets. So close to the airport and staff were great.

The location, as it is very close to Heathrow airport. And the bathroom that was renovated. The reception team was friendly.

There were spiderwebs on the ceiling. The pillows and bed matress were not comfortable. Plus the furniture were quite old.

I stayed for a week in this hotel. Clean hotel, great location with free parking facilities and very friendly staffs. We got a big room, enjoyed staying in the Heathrow travelers hub.

Location is close to the airport. Nice and clean bed and room. Suitable for a short stay.

Pillow and duvet are so thin and the heater in the room isn't working but portable heater was provided. However it's a good value for the money.
