Friendly hosts, very good location near tube and bus stop, walking distance to Hyde Park and Holland Park. Modern and nice bathroom, simple and functional furniture with everything you need for a short stay.

This hotel was exactly what we needed to spend one night before heading to the airport. We arrived late and the staff arranged for us to be able to check in on our own which was much appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed. The awesome location was a surprise when we arrived. We were able to walk a few blocks over to a bustling street with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We really appreciated this at the end of our trip.
The bed was quite firm, we’re just used to a softer bed. The lights in the room were a bit tricky to figure out.

I expected basic functional accommodation for a lone traveler. That is exactly what this is but it is a very good standard basic accommodation. Super convenient for Earls Court access through its rear entrance. Probably 500 yards away. Overall the room was clean but with various signs of wear and tear. The room was small but as I was travelling light it was fine for me. Room has some storage, a table, fridge, sink and microwave. Bathroom was absolutely fine with a decent shower and plenty of towels. A kettle was provided with a decent stock of tea, coffee sachets etc. Access to the building and room are remote but this process worked very smoothly with the room key accessed from a key safe at the side of the bedroom door. Accommodation is within easy walking distance of shops and eating options at Earls Court.
Only real issue is that the accommodation is accessed from right on the main road. This leads to a lot of traffic noise particularly if you open the window for some fresh air. Furnishings in the room are pretty cheap and cheerful with lots of light wood effect everywhere but it all served its purpose well. The premises are a functional option but not somewhere I would bring the wife for a week.

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in London. First of all, the room had AC, which was a big plus. The design of the space was smart and efficient, exactly like the pictures online. The smart TV was a nice bonus, especially for longer stays. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. There’s also a lift though during my stay it wasn’t working due to maintenance, it didn’t take away from how impressed I was with everything overall . i will be staying here again

Location is 100/10, so convenient, we walked to Kensington Palace, Natural History Museum, Victoria &Albert, the neighbourhood is just superb to wander around. The next street is full of restaurants and shops, and the subway is right there, we could take a direct line to most popular spots The room is small but cosy, comfortable bed too
The bathroom door was a sliding door that only closed 3/4 of the way, my friend had to help from the other side to close it all the way and open it again, that was pretty annoying Also it is indeed a bit noisy as the street traffic gets loud in the morning, but for us it wasn't a big issue, we were dead tired each night anyway. Just to keep in mind for light sleepers

Excellent llocation to tube station, only 3 mins walk away. Clean studio & fresh cotton bed linen and towels Air con worked well. Great value for money for a London stay.
Wi-fi and TV didn't always work so well. Needed a few more toiletries along with some more tea, coffee & milk sachets for a 2 night stay. Lift out of action. No ironing facility No full-length mirror. There was only 1 wine glass for 2 people staying. Although perfectly adequate for our stay in London, the studio was quite a small space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kensington Stay, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, with the Earl’s Court tube station just a minute's walk away. This made exploring central London incredibly convenient, as the journey only took about 15-20 minutes. The apartment itself was wonderfully equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it for singles or couples looking for a cozy getaway. The only minor drawback was the bed, which was a bit hard for my personal preference, but this was a small issue compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Adnan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. His helpfulness made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated his assistance. Overall, Kensington Stay offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I look forward to returning in the future!

1. Great location! Very close to the Tube (5 min walk) and to the bus station (right under the hotel). 2. The room was clean, The shower was new and the cleanest we have ever seen in a hotel. 3. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
1. During the day (not at night) you can fill the train passing underground the hotel 2. There is not good noise insulation between the rooms 3. There is sunlight in the morning through the window because the curtain is not 100% light-blocking

Excellent location for our visit to the Come Alive! show which was 5 minutes walk around the corner. Tube station across the road and bus stop outside the main door. All that you could need in a base in London for an overnight stay. Excellent shower. Little cooking area (which we did not use), but having a fridge was helpful. Good price for a night in London.
You might not want to stay more then 2 nights as space was tight around the bed but was suitable for the purpose we booked.

The best location with Earls Court Underground just a 2 minute walk. Earls Court is on the direct line to Heathrow AirPort and to major London sites. A bus stop right outside the door, and a five minute walk to a host of fast food chains, pub’s and restaurants. The room is small, but has everything you need, a great bathroom and mini kitchen. The staff are super helpful and friendly.
The lift is broken so if you are not physically able to carry your bags upstairs, maybe ask for a room on a lower floor. But the perks of the location to Earls Court out weighs the negatives.
