Great new studios in an amazing location. just few minutes walk from Earls Court station. I will stay again . Always hot water and high speed wifi. Very Clean room. Thank you

If you are old enough to climb on stairs you have to think about this hotel . i used to stay in the third flour and i had to climb 62 steps in order to be in my room. The bed was really small for two people.

Location,very close to the metro station When we arrived,the receptionist,Galina,did everything to help us check in She even managed to get our luggage on the 3rd floor without a lift The rooms are serviced, almost daily

We got a room on the third floor,no lift There was only one face towel for 2 persons And just a tiny little hand soap for 4 days

it was big enough and very comfortable, airco was nice and the possibility to make your own food was amazing even though we didnt use it a lot. television was also very modern :)

The room was fine: comfy bed, all the necessary cupboards, excellent idea of the small kitchen hidden in a cupboard, shower and bathroom in good working condition (slightly annoyed by the fact that the water debit and temperature seemed difficult or impossible to adjust). Location in zone 1, close to two tube stations (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines). Provided daily with shower gel, shampoo, coffee pods and instant coffee, tea and sugar. Could leave luggage free of charge at reception when we arrived and returned for check in later. Communicated well with reception on whatsapp. There was scaffodling outside the room, but was not in the room during repair works (9 to 6), so were only slightly bothered by the lack of view.

Just a word of warning: this is possibly booking.com, not the hotel, but their e-security was compromised. Prior to visit, I received highly suspicious emails and whatsapp messages to access a link and validate the card or pay the deposit money online. So beware of such methods and do not access any link. If in doubt, contact the hotel.

Updated , clean place. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, stove, toaster, fridge. Great location for two undergrounds and many things in walking distance.

Shower was strange. Took ages to get warm water from handshower, from rain forest shower never once when I tried did I manage to get comfortable temperature water. Reception was ready to help but as the hand showr could be lifted up I just used that. Often during mornings took a long time for water to become warm. Also: as can be expected in London rooms much smaller than what photos give an idea for. But practical enough for one traveler. Doors make a lot of noise in the narrow hallway and walls are quite thin. But this balaces with locations and recent renovations.

The apartment was very clean, modern and in a great location, with it being close to multiple tube stations. I slept really well - I didn’t hear any noise from outside and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was powerful, the room had aircon, a big TV, a hairdryer and a kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, hob and two pans). There was also free WiFi and the option to leave your luggage after you’ve checked out.

The room was plenty big enough for just me but may have been a little cramped for 2 people eg there wasn’t much floor space to lay out your suitcase. There wasn’t a lift and the kitchenette had very limited utensils/kitchenware.

The room was fully equipped with the amenities I need for my stay and I was surprised to have a mini kitchen too. The room was spacious. The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes walking distance to train station and main street with restaurants.

I requested for lower floors because I have a heavy suitcase and my reservation said yes. But on arrival I was given the top floor. Luckily my friend helped me carry my suitcase in very narrow stairs.

The hotel is having a refurbishment. I had a room with no window as advertised. The builders started work at 08:30 M-F. I paid £185 for 5 nights for a zone 1 hotel. The bed was comfortable the linen was clean and towels & room cleaned on a daily bases if you leave the card on the door. The shower was strong. The bathroom was usable. There was a wardrobe, bed side draw set, a microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The reception staff were nice, helpful & accommodating. A tube station at each end of the road within 150m or less. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is probably geared towards short stay tourists and workers like myself. If you are looking for a 5 star experience look else where. This is a clean budget hotel.

Well as above; the builders were in, the room was tired, but clean. I would have liked a window. The bathroom was small. But but but I paid less than £40 a night for an on suit room. With the bonus of a microwave. Great for working away.

Beautiful quality facilities, great mattress, clean curtain linens and blinds, sheets and towels, very clean room and bathroom, excellently managed room space with fittings around the room for guest's comfort all thought in detail, couple of my favourites would be the in-date large smart TV, the USB type C wall sockets and little stools

Bathrooms weren't spacious enough, very cheap with their choice of satcheted shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and no hand lotion, also the tea tray could do with better coffees & teas.

Fantastic value. Staff were very friendly. The location is great - Earls Court tube about 150 yards away. This road was quiet yet only 150 yds from Earls Court Road for pubs, eating places, supermarkets etc. Room was spotless and comfortable. There were building works going but didn't start until 9.00 a.m. and could barely hear them. There is a lift. My room had a cooking area with fridge and microwave! No cutlery etc but useful to know. This is not a criticism but a suggestion but a little warm glow table lamp on the bedside table would be the icing on the cake as could turn that off from bed!! I will definitely look to stay again!!
