The hotel is perfect and great value. We were going to a show at the Empress Museum, literally just opposite the hotel, and West Brompton tube a stones throw away, so perfect location. Nicely refurbished. Beds super comfy, air con, lovely walk in shower. Bar and restaurant, with snacks available 24/7. Decent check out time of 12 noon and a room to leave bags if you still have some exploring to do before heading home. Staff all very accommodating. Excellent. Will be staying again!

The room was very big, especially for London. The location of the hotel is the best, a few meters from West Brompton tube station and if you feel like walking a bit more, it is close to Earl;s Court station. The breakfast was good. The first night it was cold in my room, but it was quickly fixed. I asked for late checkout and the lady from reception was extremely helpful. If I go back to London, I will stay for sure at Ibis London Earl;s Court.

A fridge in the room would be nice

Review of Ibis London Earls Court I recently stayed at Ibis London Earls Court, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The newly renovated rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, making my stay feel luxurious without breaking the bank. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. The staff was another highlight—so friendly and incredibly helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable. With a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a metro station just minutes away, getting around London was a breeze. In just a 20-minute ride, I was at iconic landmarks like Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Whether you're in London for business or leisure, I highly recommend Ibis Earls Court for its comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be staying here again

Location was close to West Brompton district line, just a 5 min walk up the road. Beds and pillows are really comfy. Nice bar area. Room while on the small side was set up well so we weren't falling over each other. Good shower.

No fridge in room. One bag stand so one of us had to work from the floor. Minimal coat hangers. The staff we encountered ( reception and bar) were generally polite, but lacked a genuine connection. Felt very transactional a bit of a tick box. They may be new to hospitality, so will review again as we come back here in a week for another 5 nights.

Our check-in was simple and quick. We were greeted with a friendly smile and information regarding the breakfast venue and hours. The room was one of the newly refurbished ones, very well planned with sufficient storage space and plenty of natural light due to the large windows. Our bathroom was also well laid out. Thankfully the dreaded shower curtain has been replaced with a large screen. The breakroom was superb, very spacious, with ample choice of foods. All the staff were friendly and efficient.

Due to slight step up into the shower, perhaps a grab handle on the wall would benefit some customers. We were missing a bath towel, but this quickly dealt with. We did ask for some more teabags and milk as four of each is insufficient for not enough for two people. Personally, I dislike the ''veggie'' sausages. Mashed up vegg rolled to a sausage shape. There are better on the market.

Very comfy beds and bathroom clean with no mould anywhere. Car parking was easy to use and plenty of space available. Booked this hotel as needed to travel by car from the south West, therefore easy to access when travelling into London

Not the hotels fault but would normally prefer to be staying in more central London, as previously mentioned needed to travel by car this time. Using West Brompton station was easy except for early morning as extremely full trains. Often got on the first train even if it ws going to Edgware Road, then changed at Earls Court as one needed to step off the train to get more choices of trainlines

There were plenty of choices for a hearty, enjoyable breakfast. Once we were switched to a nice comfortable IBIS room that had A/C, we were able to enjoy our 5-day vacation in sunny London.

We booked a room in IBIS London Earls Court, but we were given a room in the Mercure part of the hotel. That "old and dirty" room was on an upper floor and was extremely hot due to no A/C, no fan, and windows that don't open. Reception was accommodating in placing us in an Ibis room after I realized that the Mercure was not the part of the hotel we paid to stay in. The old Mercure part of the hotel isn't even kept clean.

Booked through booking.com for a 2 night stay. Booked the newly refurbish standard double after seeing bad reviews about the normal rooms. When I went to check in the staff upgraded me to the executive. I was sceptic at first, wasn’t sure if it was an actual upgrade as I couldn’t find the executive room on booking.com, then I went to the ibis website and saw it. The room was refurb and clean. Even though we were only staying 2 nights the cleaners still came and freshen up the room when we went out. All the staff from domestic to concierge staff were very helpful. The lobby had a luxury feel for the type of hotel it is. If I ever go back to London would definitely be staying here again. Would recommend and very easy to get around central London

Breakfast wasn’t included in the rate

Beautiful building, nice large and comfortable bed and very nice, helpful staff. When my sister had an accident they went over and above to check that she was OK and if there was anything she needed. Very clean facilities and the in house restaurant and bar was very nice too.

We requested a wheelchair friendly room and we had an email confirmation to say that the request had been granted. When we got to the hotel they said that there were no rooms left. They gave a nice alternative room on floor 9 but it was not wheelchair accessible and bathroom, although lovely, later proved too difficult for my disabled sister who ended up having an accident. However, my sister is OK and the staff were very helpful and supportive. The room was very close to the lifts too.

The staff are all a credit to this Hotel from cleaners to receptionists, friendly and helpful! Bright, modern and welcoming public areas. Lovely arty refurbishment. Position great for Tube. Breakfast hearty esp the tasty sausages. TV in room excellent. Very close to tube and there are plenty eating places around locally too

Some drawers would be useful. More info needed in room re contacting reception etc. Pillows were sadly far too soft :( Staff sent up medium ones much better. Thank you.
