Hotel was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for Earls court. The bed was lovely and wide.

The rainfall shower was more of a light drizzle than anything else and had I known, I would had a room with a bath. The view was nothing special. The pillows were the typical hotel rubbish. The location was excellent for what we needed but the neighbourhood wasn't the nicest place in the world.

Very value for money for hotel in the center or London. Very clean, comfortable , daily housekeeping and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it. The furniture was all new and the decor was nice and modern. The lobby was also very pretty. There were nice coffee places 2’ and in general you are at a busy area with buses and underground

A fridge in the room would have been good. The carpet were clean but I believe it would be better without carpets in the room and they can get disgusting

Very poor wifi and tv cable. This needs to be improved urgently.

There was no fridge in the room and the room was quite small. I was also charged for something I didn't have, and when I called them to query this they couldn't even explain what the additional charge was for and that I have to email them.

Walking from West Brompton station towards the hotel, saw a big lump of grey 1960's concrete with an Ibis sign on it - this gave me a feeling of disappointment, as I booked a Mecure branded hotel not an Ibis. Once I entered the hotel, my disappointment evaporated immediately. The interior was new, modern and premium looking - nothing like a previous experience from staying at an Ibis hotel. Staff were lovely, room newly and tastefully renovated. Bathroom on the small side, but fitted with a great rainfall shower and nice smelling toiletries.

Powder creamer instead of normal milk cups with the coffee set.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was a little smaller, but quite sufficient for a couple. Inside, the hotel is nicely renovated. The breakfast is quite rich in choice of food, they even kindly provided us with gluten free bread for my allergic partner. The hotel staff was very nice. The bus stop is basically right in front of the hotel and the metro stop is within a 5-minute walk. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, maybe just a little soft mattress (but it's always about preference). So for the money I recommend it.

Staff were super lovely and welcoming and the hotel was beyond our expectations. Clean, very chic and super comfortable. From the time we entered until we checked out, absolutely faultless. Check out of 12pm was brilliant and also the bar was very relaxing, trendy and the food was very tasty. Bar staff were really lovely too. Many thanks for a cracker stay. ☺️ Was right beside the Empress Museum for the Come Alive show. Ideal location for this superb show also. We will DEFINITELY be back. Also very close to West Brompton tube station and the earls court area was great for restaurants and pubs. All in all we would give it 100 out of 10 !!

Fab hotel in a good location, with 2 tube stations close by. The staff we dealt with were very pleasant & the happy birthday note in the room was a lovely gesture. The highlight of the room was the bed, we had the best sleep there after being out for the day sightseeing. I also enjoyed the bar on the 1st floor, it had a cosy atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. We didn't add breakfast when booking but the guys at reception informed us if we booked breakfast the night before it would be £15 per person which was worth it for us. If we plan another trip to London we would stay here again.

The room could get really warm at times but the air conditioning in the room fixed that problem quickly.

Although not the prettiest location, the hotel is in easy walking distance of the London Underground and Overground lines plus there is a bus stop right outside. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is modern and very clean. Very nice staff on reception and we were able to access our room a little early which was most welcome. Staff member Matthew in the restaurant was particularly efficient. We did not have breakfast, just a coffee in the hotel lobby.

The hotel entrance appears to be under refurbishment so was a bit hidden but once inside it was fine. The hotel name on the side of the building as you approach still says Ibis which is a bit confusing. The hotel lobby coffee bar could have offered some slightly healthier food options. There could have been more choice of teas in the room but that is a minor point. The chicken salad in the restaurant was a bit bland.

Location for attending the Come Alive musical couldn't be better. Close to West Brompton Tube station and a 74 bus ride to Harrods. Bright and clean entrance lobby with small cafe. 4 fast lifts servicing the 12 floors. Service in evening restaurant very good.

Breakfast was standard; eggs were hard, and range of food sufficient but not extensive. Prices of evening food excessive resulting in poor take-up of what was a good facility.
