Hotel was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for Earls court. The bed was lovely and wide.

The rainfall shower was more of a light drizzle than anything else and had I known, I would had a room with a bath. The view was nothing special. The pillows were the typical hotel rubbish. The location was excellent for what we needed but the neighbourhood wasn't the nicest place in the world.

Very value for money for hotel in the center or London. Very clean, comfortable , daily housekeeping and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it. The furniture was all new and the decor was nice and modern. The lobby was also very pretty. There were nice coffee places 2’ and in general you are at a busy area with buses and underground

A fridge in the room would have been good. The carpet were clean but I believe it would be better without carpets in the room and they can get disgusting

Very confortable bed and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff very nice and friendly. Very close to west Brompton station (5 min walk)

Very poor wifi and tv cable. This needs to be improved urgently.

Breakfast was good, no more no less. For London prices this hotel was just fine as hotels seem to be very expensive in London. The hotel is located close to the stations so it’s easy to travel to different parts of the city using the underground system. It’s just a regular hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here if your budget is something like 200€/night.

Sheets were a bit dirty. The cleaning staff kindly replaced them with clean ones, but unfortunately they also took my white shirt with the sheets. I believe I will get compensated for the shirt soon, but it has already taken multiple weeks.

The place has a fresh and calm vibe with decorations being beautiful and comfortable in the lobby, restaurant and bar. The room was very clean with space enough storage space, safe and complimentary tea / coffee. Bathroom was very clean, with shower/shampoo supplies and staff were changing towels every day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a good rest every night. Charging you electronics is made easy, as they have the usual 3 pin british plugs but also usb type A and C adaptors integrated in the plugs. Being one of the tallest buildings in the area, for rooms above floor 5, you will probably get a nice view over the traditional brick building below - we had a view directly towards Chelsea stadium at Stamford Bridge. Breakfast and restaurant/bar menus have a fair diversity and they use high quality products so you can expect food to be tasty and well prepared, Location is great, just 5 min walk to underground/overground station West Brompton on the District Line, but also close to several bus stations for easy access around town.

We arrived early at the location, around 12:30, given the check in time of 15:00. Understandably, we went out for lunch and a 2 hour walk, living our luggage safely in the hotel luggage room. When we came back, we were told that the room would be ready in aprox 20 mins, however we waited far more than that and we were finally checked in around 15:45. It seems to be a busy place around check-in time, so I suggest you get in touch with them beforehand to arrange early check in if possible, to avoid waiting, that is if you would arrive early. You can also expect the limited space found in most hotels across Britain and London.

The breakfast

There was no fridge in the room and the room was quite small. I was also charged for something I didn't have, and when I called them to query this they couldn't even explain what the additional charge was for and that I have to email them.

The Breakfast was a really wonderful selection and always well stocked. Anna was so friendly and welcoming each morning! A short walk to West Brompton tube station was very convenient for getting around. This neighbourhood is in a quieter location which is good if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The room was more spacious than I was expecting and the shower was luxurious. Great value for the price.

A fridge in the room would be a great addition as there is space. There are a few bars down the street but all seem to close relatively early in the evening if you were looking to go out close by.

Walking from West Brompton station towards the hotel, saw a big lump of grey 1960's concrete with an Ibis sign on it - this gave me a feeling of disappointment, as I booked a Mecure branded hotel not an Ibis. Once I entered the hotel, my disappointment evaporated immediately. The interior was new, modern and premium looking - nothing like a previous experience from staying at an Ibis hotel. Staff were lovely, room newly and tastefully renovated. Bathroom on the small side, but fitted with a great rainfall shower and nice smelling toiletries.

Powder creamer instead of normal milk cups with the coffee set.

The hotel was in a good area close to the metro and bus station. The room was good as well, with daily cleaning, they refilled the instant coffees provided in the room daily as well. The rooms were clean as well overall. The breakfast was open until 11 AM in the weekend which is pretty nice and the checkout was at 12 as well. We had a pleasant stay with my girlfriend.

A fridge in the rooms would be a really nice addition and some water to drink as well. The lights in the room are a bit weak in the night, but the windows gave plenty of sunlight during the day. The breakfast could have had a bit more options and variability between days, but what they offered were good.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was a little smaller, but quite sufficient for a couple. Inside, the hotel is nicely renovated. The breakfast is quite rich in choice of food, they even kindly provided us with gluten free bread for my allergic partner. The hotel staff was very nice. The bus stop is basically right in front of the hotel and the metro stop is within a 5-minute walk. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, maybe just a little soft mattress (but it's always about preference). So for the money I recommend it.
