Its was cheapest price than everage .Perfect location. Historical charming buildings make you feel spirit of old real London.West Kensington underground in max 5 mins walk. You can get direct underground line to Westminster station. Two shops, one small tesco,and super store tesco a bit more distante but cheaper .Was warm central heating. It's equipped with everything you need. Our daughter loved being in the flat, there were stairs up to a double bed, she played and had her own private corner. Overall it was good, we been spending most of the time exploring London so we didn't stay inside of flat during the day, we just slept and had breakfast. House keeper Julia was friendly and helpful.

Apartment is small,it remind me motor home size but with high sealing.For a couple with child it was perfect .We r fit people ,for us it was ok,but if you are people with bigger dimensions it can be not comfortable.In shower no place to put the shampo.The sink was very low and it was not convenient to brush teeth and wash.Need some refresh on kitchen furniture doors. Good option for people who look for good price ,fast tube connection ,and who don't pretend stay inside of apartment during day time.

Been coming here for years, it’s a no frills budget accommodation in a good location. It compromises of compact studio flats in a Victorian town house setting. The local area has a slightly “posh” feel and there are a few great restaurants on the high road a few mins away. Manage your expectations and you’ll be fine, these are slightly dated studios NOT luxury apartments. If you just need a comfy laid back place to rest your head for the night I recommend. The hostess Julia is friendly and accommodating and helpful if you need any info on the local area.

The room was lovely and bright. Kitchen had all the required essentials. The WiFi was good and worked without issues. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom came provided with soap and shower gel as well as two lots of fresh clean towels. Check out was easy as you just return your key to the lock box. Other reviews mentioned issues with hearing footsteps however this was not an issue until past 8am and was not anywhere near as big a problem as others implied. The room was hot however a fan was provided and helped considerably. Would stay again.

My only issue with the stay was that I found it quite difficult to get a response from the property leading up to our stay. We had some questions after booking and it took several messages from myself spreading over several days and then eventually Booking.com themselves also had to reach out to them on my behalf just to get a response. When we did get a response the staff were friendly and helpful but that part I will say was quite stressful.

Very well located and clean. One night was ok. Kitchen well equipped and wardrobe space.

Very small, pictures are misleading. Pictures are of a larger flat as there are about 8 in the building. We were on the top floor. Bathroom en-suite is extremely small if you have any mobility issues or are slightly overweight it may be a struggle. Also we booked a few weeks before @£107, noticed nearer the time it was reduced to £74 which was probably about the correct price for this particular flat (number 8).

Compact, clean, comfy. Walking distance to Tube stations, numerous cafes, restaurants & convenient stores. Kitchenette had everything you'd need, yet we didn't need to use them. Excellent light & large windows.

Ensuite a little small & very compact. Shower head unable to be rotated or moved from position making it a little awkward to gave a good shower, but we coped.

Great location and really easy to travel to where we wanted to go. room on the whole was clean with all the facilities we needed. definitely will use it again

the only small issue was the cleanliness of the shower (around the plughole).

Location was excellent both for transport links and interesting local shops. The street was easy to find and quiet. The flat has the basics needed for a trip away. The person I dealt with was straightforward and clear about the key collecting arrangements. There was absolutely no hassle.

The kitchen had the basics but lacked a drying cloth for dishes..... a small thing.

property had everything that you needed. staff where great. it’s in as great location couldn’t fault it.

the only thing i would say it that there was noise coming from the flat/floor above quite a lot i don’t know weather it was a washing machine up there but was noisy. apart from that great.

Perfect for the occasion and did the job of what we wanted. Great location right near a tube stop, shops and cafes.

Quite a small bathroom, not a major thing did the job of a bathroom but very small. It was a very hot room as buildings are not built for the heat. Would have been great if there was a fan in the flat.

Near to the tennis and local amenities. Was very hot so didn't stay last night. 2 fans would have been good in the conditions

We didn't cook but the saucepans were not suitable anyway.
