WI FI in the room does not work.

Great location, quiet area, accommodation near train tracks but sound of trains passing is barely noticeable. 4 min walk to West Kensington Tube stop. Lovely building. Great hosts. Wi-Fi. Big, clean room. Super comfortable bed and soft towels. Shower gel, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities provided. Check in was easy and simple. Front and back doors to hotel were always open during day which I wasn't too keen on being in a ground floor room but room was safe and had multiple locks. We borrowed an ironing board and iron which was great. There are a set of steps up to the front door and the front doors both have a lovely, festive wreath on! I'd 100% stay here again!

Unsure if the hotel owns the floor above but someone did washing all night the first night and we woke up each time the machine bounced around on the floor. We asked the owners and it only happened once the second night so we were grateful. Windows in room were open on arrival and heaters off so room was cold as it's winter although I imagine that would be nice in summer!

For London the room was very spacious. The property is recently renovated so everything looks fresh. The shower is very good and the bathroom has quality fittings. Check in is simple. It was convenient to be able to leave bags after checkout. The property is a short walk to several tube stations and bus stops. The area is very quiet. Within 15 minutes walk there were a go number of cafes and restaurants.

The cleaning could have been more thorough. The bathroom was well cleaned but the room was dusty especially around the edges and skirting boards. There were washing machines available but no instructions. We used one machine and had to use another washer dryer to attempt to dry our clothes. We couldn’t work out how to use dry only. We spoke to the manager but she wasn’t sure either. We ended up with wet clothes draped around our room to get them dry.

Overall, we were very satisfied with this find, the aparment is in a nice neighbourhood, spacious and looks great. The added bonus of having a terrace was truly enjoyable, and it all comes at a great value for the price.

For people who are used to taking shoes off inside - the floors were dirty, do not recommend :/ Everything else was clean, though. We were unable to figure out how to turn on the fridge, it didn't seem to be connected to the power. Reported it and it probably won't be a problem for the next guests. Bathrooms got very humid after showering, even when the van is going.

walking distance to the tube. it had a shared little kitchen with washing machine and a sitting area in the garden. nice touch with fresh fruit and waters available in the fridge for everyone

no a/c. we had 3 fans still was very uncomfortable for sleeping. we had to drag our luggage up 48 stairs, no elevator. got messaged after we left saying we hadn’t checked out, no one there to check out with. they have a nice area for a sitting garden, but full of weeds and had plants there that needed to be planted. they really just need a little more effort into making that area a little more pleasant. would recommend anyone over 60 to not stay there unless they could guarantee they are on the main level or maybe first floor only.

Bright, clean, stylish and comfy room in a great location for our visit. This well maintained building was just what we needed. I managed to drop bags off earlier which was very helpful. Messages were responded to quickly and efficiently which was greatly appreciated especially as no staff were on site.

As we were on the ground floor the window had to be shut during the night even though it was very warm. The fan was appreciated and necessary but louder than was ideal, waking us up a couple of times before we borrowed the very quiet one from the shared kitchen.

The rooms are in exceptional condition, the owners are very nice and helpful and the location is great. Would like to come again in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kensington apartment, and I must say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, We were impressed by the clean and modern design of the space. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully-functional kitchen (shared with other residents), a spacious living room (also shared with other residents) and a comfortable bedroom. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, as it was located in a quiet, residential area but still within easy reach of the bustling city center. We would highly recommend the Kensington apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London. The attention to detail and quality of the space, coupled with the outstanding customer service we received, made for a truly exceptional stay. The owner gave us a lovely living room where we could hold a small celebration for one of our friends. She was so kind and gracious and we really appreciate the help she provided.

The room was clean, spacious, with good wardrobe/drawer space. En suite was clean and well laid out. Loved the Dorma duvets and pillows. Would book again and recommend to others. Good location for transport.

Firstly, there was no reception, so no-one to ask for the key and no instructions given. Thankfully, the cleaner found someone to let us in. The sofa bed wasn't made up despite booking for 5 people and asking specifically for it to be made up. There weren't even any sheets or pillows put out for us to make up for ourselves. The bathroom had no soap, only hand cream (which was lovely). The room was quiet most of the time, but there were loud conversations in the kitchen next door in the early hours of the morning. Despite these issues, we were very pleased with the room and comfort and would use again or recommend. Due to rail strike, we had to drive. Be aware no parking spaces available (though we did find some near Olympia Station).

Great location in quite residential area. We had windows open all night and we’re not disturbed by any noise. The owner was lovely and check in and check out was straight forward. Complimentary fruits and water was a welcome touch, as we’re the additional shared kitchens/utilities.

I had some trouble using the door lock (you have to swipe with the back of your hand). Maybe it’s just me but it would have been helpful to inc this in the welcome email.
