Nice small and cozy hotel in Kensington. Comfortable beds, new bathroom. Everything was clean and room service everyday.

It says it is 200 meters away from tube station but it is railway station (KensingtonOlympia) and this is open only during weekends. To Hight Street Kensington underground it is about 4 bus stops. Which is ok, but I chosen this place especially that it is directly next to underground and I felt misled by the info..

Amazing location, incredible value, and brilliant staff. They were very friendly, helped me with my bags and gave local recommendations. Hospitality was top notch, the staff are a real asset to the hotel. Would recommend asking the staff if you want suggestions of what to do and where to go. Great area close to restaurants, transport links and really pretty surroundings. Cold bottled water available in the lobby which was a real bonus. Room was small but the price was incredible and definitely did the job for 4 people, included a spacious wardrobe and everyone has space to put things on the floor by their bed, so really not a problem. Sink in the bedroom was a really nice touch! Would recommend to others and would happily stay there again.

I know it’s difficult to keep communal bathrooms clean, but that being said they could be improved in terms of cleanliness. It would be nice if there were some cleaning supplies so guests could wipe down the area and clean it in the event they want to tidy up hair and any mess. That being said, the lobby area and corridors were very clean and well presented. Towels and sheets were spotless. No issues there!

Staying at London Visitors Hotel was a very pleasant experience for me and my family. The staff were friendly and attentive. Whenever we needed something in the room, they responded quickly and politely. Although the building is old, they take good care of the cleanliness. It was a lovely stay for us, and if we come to London again, we’re definitely considering staying here once more. Additional Note: The nearest underground station to the hotel is Kensington Olympia, and it’s just a 3-minute walk away. However, this line only operates on weekends. On weekdays, the walking distance to the nearest underground station is approximately 15–20 minutes.

Great place to stay in London! Fantastic location, very clean room that met my expectations (it was as described, with a shared bathroom on a different floor downstairs). The room had everything I needed for a couple of nights travelling alone. Bathroom was well equipped and clean too - I never had to wait to use facilities which was great :) My room was facing courtyard and it was very quiet. There was no lift, but I didn't have any issues bringing my luggage upstairs :) Towels and fresh linen were provided. The staff was really nice and their Cafe is also a good spot for a breakfast. I could leave my suitcase in a lobby too after check-out. Overall, I can totally recommend it - the hotel has a good price for location, comfort and facilities. It is not a new or modern hotel, but it has a really nice vibe, beautiful lobby and very basic but sufficient rooms. I will definitely stay there again if I visit West Kensington in future. Thank you :)

Only the fact that my room was on a different floor than a shared bathroom, but this was described on the reservation page, so no complaints at all :)

As a solo traveller the location was within easy walking of buses to anywhere! I was on the top floor and had a great view over towards Holland Park and it was quiet. My room was clean and comfortable and made up every day. The cafe was open until 11.30am so I could start the day with a cup of tea. The staff were friendly and the checkin was easy as they give you a door code and my key was waiting. Overall good value and a pleasant stay.

I had to share the bathroom however that wasn't a problem. The cleanliness wasn't the best but I guess not everyone looks after the facilities for the next guest. The hotel provide a bath mat in your room that not everyone uses and so the floor can be wet. I'm glad I took flip-flops. I didn't feel the hotel paid enough attention to this facility.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the water facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very nice. The café was lovely too.

The only unexpected moment came when our room was cleaned despite it not being our designated check-out day. We had left some delicate costume pieces out, and had we known someone would be entering, we would've left a note asking for them not to be touched. Fortunately, nothing was broken, no pieces were missing, and everything was treated with care. It was simply a brief moment of alarm when we saw things had been rearranged.

The neighborhood is very good, that's why I chose this place. It's well connected to the city centre. The staff are very nice and helpful, especially the cleaners. The hall and the restaurant on the ground floor look great, and they serve delicious food in the morning. It's a perfect accommodation for those who want to stay in a nice Victorian house.

Actually, there is nothing to complain about. However, I have to mention one thing that annoyed me. The key is turning in the lock, and it takes a while to close the door. Please fix it.

Affordable and Convenient: Great option for short stays, with affordable prices and a good location, offering easy access to buses and trains. Positive Experiences: The staff was kind and welcoming, and the on-site café offered delicious food.

Bed and Noise: The bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy. The creaky floors on every level could disturb other guests. Bathroom Accessibility: There were too few bathrooms. Staying on the top floor meant having to go down two flights of stairs to access them, which was inconvenient. Cleanliness: The bed linens were not completely clean.

Large room with two double beds and we had a room with a window on the garden side so the room was very quiet. Room was cleaned each day and the cleaning staff even folded our pyjamas! Very friendly staff and check in and out was extremely fast and easy.

The closest underground station is Kensington Olympia which doesn’t connect to the main lines, so arriving for the first time we walked a fair amount from what we thought was the closest station. We ended up using the bus mostly as the stops were much closer to the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel in London. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Towels were changed every day, and there was a small fridge, which was really convenient. The hotel is close to a bus stop and not too far from a metro station, which made getting around easy. The coffee was amazing, and I really enjoyed the option to order a traditional English breakfast. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
