Very well located, 3 min walk from South Kensington Underground and 10 min walk from others 2 lines (Central and Barons). Location exceeds the size of the room. Well equipped Room with hair dryer, iron, coffee machine and towel dryer. Self check-in service, but supported by reception guy.

Very small room, if you have 2 big suitcases, probably it will not fit, luck me we was with two handbags, so there are spaces under the bed to suit them. And the shower is very small as well, as it is on the corner of the bathroom, you do not have much space to move yourself. But Location exceeds the size of the room.

Room was large, good lighting and had good amenities.

I had a package sent to the hotel. I called to let reception know. I visited the desk and gave the receptionist my telephone number so they could call me when it arrived. I had the package marked on the outside with the words "Permission to leave at reception". When the package arrived, they refused to accept it because they did not want to take the risk. What in the world? I missed out on showing customers a new product. I lost express postage fees. The hotel made no offer to make up for this. Disappointed.

You have a mini kitchen with a sink, microwave, basic cutlery and plates. Plus a coffee machine and a water heater + a mini fridge. This was a big money saver for us in the mornings to prep breakfast before our long walks. Amazing. Also, the hotel is located in a well off part of London, so even if you are returning home late at night, we felt super safe (2 female travelers). The hotel is a 4min walk from the train stop from the Airport (Gatwick), and has different bus stops only a few minutes away. We will definitely come back again.

Not a problem for us, but the shower was fairly small, so beware if you are a bigger person. But to be honest, I prefer to have a smaller bathroom and a bigger room.

This is a townhouse hotel with about 20 rooms. I received a friendly welcome at reception, and the facilties and arrangements were explained with clarity. My room was on the top floor but there was an efficient lift. The single room was compact but not cramped. Everything I needed was there, including tea and coffee facilities. There was also a microwave and fridge. Well designed bathroom with an efficient shower. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and well maintained. The hotel was about a two minutes walk from Kensington Olympia Station and close to Kensington High Street. I would happily stay there again.

I stayed here for work while attending the Olympia Exhibition Centre and it was perfect. Iryna was absolutely amazing – so friendly and helpful, with impeccable customer service. Shaheel was also incredibly hospitable and made me feel really welcome. The cleaning staff were a joy – always greeted me with big smiles every morning, which is rare to see! I’ve already recommended this hotel to colleagues and friends visiting Kensington

There was no breakfast option at the hotel, which would’ve been nice, but thankfully there were plenty of shops and cafés nearby.

Honestly I really loved this place! The street outside was remarkably quiet and beautiful for being so central, so there was very little street noise (at least mid-week). My room was upgraded and was very comfortable: it had everything I needed and more. I was especially impressed with the kitchenette corner which had a microwave, kettle, pod coffee maker, toaster, and fridge!

The water drained very slowly in the shower, almost overflowing the shower basin even for a short rinse. There were no decaf options in the coffee selection.

Absolutely spotless throughout - you can tell they really care about keeping everything clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant too, really friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything.

The location is a bit of a nightmare if you want to get into central London. It took me 40 minutes to an hour each way, which was proper annoying when I just wanted to pop into the city centre. Really ate into my time and made getting about quite stressful.

Cheap, mini fridge, self clean in available after 10pm, quick response from reception via WhatsApp, clean. I was worried about dirty rooms and getting the security deposit back after reading other reviews, but I had no problems with it thankfully and the room was perfectly clean.

Quite small room but not bad for a short stay. The security deposit of £100 was a scary idea to me as it was a lot of money but it was returned without any problem automatically. The location was a bit inconvenient to get to on a bank holiday as Kensington olympia was not operating as usual

Okay. I guess I didn’t mind the size of the room I got. Hotel rooms in London are never big anyway so it was decent. I also had a window that was nice The lighting was good. So you’ll have enough light for makeup which was important for me as I was dressing up

You have to pay a £100 deposit which is NOT clear on booking’s website. I knew ahead of time because of reviews. You also HAVE TO HAVE a bank card to pay this deposit otherwise they can’t check it in please note. I confirmed this with the reception. You will eventually get it back, but most transactions take I think 7 days so you won’t get your money back for a few days The main thing that would deter me from here is that deposit. More hangers are needed. There was only one in my room. Ironing board was flimsy but hey Walls are thin so beware The bathroom could do with a place to put towels. The space is quite limited

I was impressed by the room—comfortable, and very well equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the main sights. The staff were extremely polite and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and convenience in London
