Kalyani was an excellent host and could not have been more helpful. the extras we asked for were supplied without hesitation.

A slightly bigger bed, though it was ok for the size of the room a bit small compared to other hotels.

The hotel is amazing, the best I've ever stayed in while in London and I've been coming here for two decades. The bed was comfy, the bathroom wonderful and the air conditioning worked wonders in the summer heat. It's close to the tube and easy to find.

The safe in the room takes a bit of effort to use (not the typical model in hotel rooms) but the staff were very helpful with this. If the adjacent rooms are occupied, you can sometimes hear the doors being opened but that is pretty much everywhere.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were modern and clean.

The rooms I was in was very small and the value for the price was low.

I checked in after my first accommodation was an absolute disaster. The staff could not have been nicer when I showed up in the afternoon, after getting caught in the rain. I was told I was given the only free room for the night, but in the morning I could upgrade to a bigger room if I wanted to. Every single staff member was lovely. My room was small but so clean and comfy that I decided to stay there. I had everything I needed and felt very safe as a solo traveller.

The room, although more on the smallish size, was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. In fact I can't remember the last time I was in a hotel this clean. It smelt beautiful and everything was immaculate - we were told the hotel is brand new so this probably helped; hopefully they'll be able to keep it this nice. The mattress was SO comfortable. The booking.com page suggested the only thing available in the room would be toilet paper, but there was everything we needed: towels, toiletries, hair dryer, good size mirrors, TV, kettle, tea and coffee (we didn't need these but for for the same of completeness: there was no iron and no little biscuits though:)). The location of the hotel was perfect for Olympia, very easy walking distance, and really quiet as it's on a side street, so we had an excellent sleep both nights we were there. Due to rushing to an event, we ended up not having breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on the food, but the restaurant area looked very lovely and inviting. The staff were utterly charming and polite, especially the gentleman who checked us in the evening of the 15th Nov (whose name we didn't ask for :( apologies), and Vivek who checked us out very early on the morning of 17th Nov.

Nothing negative to add. Loved it, will definitely return!

Hotel was very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We paid extra for breakfast, it was a continental serving. Close proximity to nearby tube stations and walking distance to central areas. The majority of staff were friendly and welcoming.

The coffee machine was out of order both mornings. First morning it was fixed but we'd pretty much finished breakfast and this morning it didn't work at all. The rooms are small but you're not really in them for this to matter too much. I wouldn't pay for breakfast if I were to stay again as it cost a lot for what was offered and there's loads of cafes nearby.

This is one of the best options you probably can get around London for this price range. It is a nice small hotel in a quiet residential area. This is not a very center of the city, but you can easily use subway (tube!) to get to anywhere you want (Piccadilly and District Lines will get you practically to any point in the city). The neighborhood around the hotel isn't very hip and live, there is not much to do, but you will travel to the city center (or anywhere else) anyway, so it doesn't really matter. There is a nice grocery store, however, about 1 min walk from the hotel. Hotel is located on Piccadilly line which goes to London Heathrow airport, so it's very convenient to get to! This is a huge advantage. Despite that the hotel resides in the old London styled building, it has very shiny new facilities. The room is equipped with pretty much everything you might need. It's clean, neat, and comfortable. The breakfast is nice too! Fresh croissants are very good^^

Size of the room is the biggest issue, though. I stayed in regular single room, and it was very small, similar to what you might expect in Japan, for example. The bathroom is so small I hit the walls with my elbows by just moving around. However, I do understand that if you want something bigger and more comfortable, you should pay up accordingly :) So no complaints there. Rooms are not soundproof, I was able to hear pretty much everything that was happening in the room close to mine. But again you get what you pay for. This is a perfect deal for this price range.

I visited London for a couple days with a friend . We easily found the hotel after walking to it from the bus stop. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly face on reception. We were able to leave put bags in the hotel as we arrived before our check in time . The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and bright . All staff are friendly and there to help any questions you may have . The lady on the front desk was more than helpful providing us with extra teabags etc when we needed , bringing them straight to our room . Our room was lovely and comfortable and breakfast was perfect . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! We will be coming back .
