I liked that it was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. There were good amenities, and I enjoyed having an air conditioner/separate sink in the room. The staff was amazing! We were greeted by the same woman both times, and she was so amazingly helpful and sweet. What a great time chatting and making a new friend! I also was very appreciative of the extra towels, shampoo, and body wash - they came in handy as I had forgotten my own.

Good location overall, but it's a bit far out from what we wanted to see. The wall outlets were a bit far from the bedside tables, so I had to get up if I wanted to charge my phone and couldn't lay in bed while it charged because my cord was short. Lastly, the water pressure was kind of low, but I was still able to get clean. :)

A great wee place in a very quiet area. Just north is Kensington High Street and walking distance to Holland Park and Hyde Park. To the South North End Rd and Chelsea. Staff were lovely and the room and shower were great. Good value for money. Definitely be back.

If I was to say anything at all , the con was a wee bit noisy. I'd prefer just to open the window as the area is quiet enough; however, this is a minor point which didn't detract too much from a lovely stay.

The hotel was exactly what I expected for the more than reasonable price for London. The room was clean and was cleaned every day by a maid. It had a bed, a shower, a teapot with selection of teas, coffees and biscuits. It was reasonably comfortable with everything a person needs for a short stay. My room was on the ground floor - didn't have to climb stairs. Location was good - 5 - 10 min walk to bus stops and several underground stations. Plenty of good places to eat in the neighborhood. The place was in a quiet part of the neighborhood.

The pillows were very flat - I used all four provided and they were still not amounting to one decent pillow. Wifi was weak - the signal was disappearing periodically. The mini-split AC was not functioning properly - temperature control was not adequate. I know from experience - these units are finicky. Fortunately, the weather was mild, so it wasn't a big deal. My room was probably the cheapest - so the window was blocked by what seemed to be a staircase - in essence there was no window.

The reception staff were very helpful. Upon arrival they helped us book an additional night in the same room, as we were there for some medical appointments. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. As we stayed for two days, we really appreciated that there was a microwave, small fridge, some plates, glasses and cutlery. There was also a kettle and complimentary tea bags, coffee and biscuits. The room has a big window, which makes it bright. Some stains in the walls but nothing that bothered us. The room we stayed seems slightly smaller than the one in the picture, but it was still very spacious. The area was quiet and felt very safe as well, as we went for a walk late at night.

The only 'issue' was that the hotel's wifi was very weak (weak signal in the room at least) and disconnected frequently. Signal was also weak for our own mobile networks, which made using the internet difficult. Also, there was no power socket near the bed. Otherwise, we are very happy with our stay.

The hotel is relatively close to the center and public transport is within walking distance. We used Uber as public transportation was very busy during our stay. The room had everything we needed. We appreciated the kitchenette, given that there is no cooking in the hotel and there are plenty of delivery services available in London, if you don't want to eat outside. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel room is really too small (not that it's a problem because the size is indicated in the reservation), but it's a bit difficult for two to move around freely sometimes. The price of the reservation was higher at the time of our stay due to the BST festival, which is understandable, but in other cases, perhaps the price will correspond to the type of room and services.

Was travelling across Europe, was staying in guest houses and not at the star hotels. This one was the best one. Very neat small hotel. quiet and clean room with a comfortable bed. They provided coffee and tea sachets that are not too common in small hotels in Europe. They even provided cookies. Bathroom was decent sized. Much bigger than that we had in some other cities. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, well connected by bus and metro. I will highly recommend this one if you are trying to control your budget, yet want a decent place to live in.

Pillows could be a bit thicker. and I wish that they had a breakfast option.

Great location and an overly spacious room which also had a small kitchenette. Reasonably comfy bed and all the facilities you need for a good overnight stay

Not a lot to be honest… a bit of a shame my biscuits weren’t replaced on the second day! 😉 Parking is a little tricky if you’re in your car (only street parking available between 8pm and 9am) - but certainly not an issue with alternative parking being available relatively nearby! I used Westfield which is a 20 minute walk away!

My room turned out to be like a mini-apartment with a kitchen that had a stove and cooking utensils. There was no fridge or microwave, though. It had a full-size ironing board and an iron. The A/C worked well as did the hot water.

The front desk wasn't always staffed when I had questions. There's no elevator/lift at this property, so I had a bit of a hard time getting my heavy suitcase to the third floor.

Staff was welcoming and kind to assist. The room and its facilities looked clean and modern (though there were some minor damages), and the beds were fine to sleep on. The location is good, near Olympia, small supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants, and multiple tube stations.

There was a bit of noise from around the room and outdoors, but nothing that bothered us too much. The only issue we had was the fact that the water tap in the bathroom had no cold water.

The location is excellent. Just across the road from Olympia. Close to Barons Court Tube Station and a short walk into town. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. The En Suite is great, a nice hot shower. The bed is comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were excellent on booking in and check out.

A warning to any traveller staying in room number 3 on the ground floor. Check the weather forecast before staying in this room. The window is a foot from a plastic lean-to conservatory and the noise of the rain hitting the roof was so great, even with the window shut and the curtains closed I couldn't sleep. For 2 nights I ended up with the TV on all night to drown out the noise. Even when it had stopped raining the noise continued as the guttering on the main house is leaking, so there was a constant tapping on the roof from the leak 3 storey's up. A pity as otherwise the room was superb.
