Everything was perfect. We looked at the hetels' pictures and knew what to expect eg the rooms being small in size. However for the purpose of our travel staying at this hotel and just sleeping there it suited us perfectly. Everything was super clean, our room got cleaned every day with fresh towels and everything. Hot water, comfortable beds. Nice people at the reception and extremely convenient location with metro just behind the road! Very easy to get everywhere from Kensington as well!

The room was a bit small and we didn't see an option to up or down the room temperature. I don't think there was one, there was just a small fan. Nonetheless for a few days it was just fine and we did ask so I might be wrong on this one.

This was my second stay at the Holland Inn Hotel. I had a much better room this time upstairs. As a single person I had a single room which was quite small but had all the amenities tea, coffee, TV, free wifi etc. Room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Perfect location for me, only 15 minute walk away for my work. Ideal for a couple of nights stay. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful.

What a brilliant bunch—proper friendly and clearly love what they do! The communication was spot on, super quick to respond to any queries (had to extend my stay for two more nights, and they sorted it no fuss). Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries, always tidy and comfortable. Honestly, for the price, you can’t go wrong. Already planning to stay with them again on my next trip to London. Highly recommend!

Nothing, all was fab!

The room was very clean, the location was really nice and the price we paid for it was not high at all. In London the rooms/hotels are generally expensive but here we found a very good price for really good conditions. We had everything we needed in the room and for us it was just perfect. We even had a small fridge which came in handy to store some beverages or sandwiches, and also a hairdryer.

The only downside we found was that the room was indeed small. That won't stop you from having a good time though, we only used our room for sleep only, most of the time we were out exploring.

The staff were really nice especially the lady. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond for me. Swapping me to a better room as soon as she could. Location is great

My First room was run down and needed quiet a few repairs need and need to put small bins in rooms.

We loved the room. It is small but it has comfortable bed. We were not looking for a big room because we only came to sleep or just lay down a bit. Shower could use a curtain but from that I really loved this hotel! Bus stopes are near the hotel, shopping center Westfield is not too far and Sainsbury grocery shop is near 5 min walk.

Great location and staff were lovely and so helpful. The 2nd day after coming back from exploring the city, they had all fresh bed sheets and fresh towls waiting for us, bed was so comfortable after exploring London. Room was clean and comfortable small but cute and warm

Everything. The woman at reception was very helpful and genuine. A very very lovely woman.the accommodation was fantastic and had everything i needed. The shower was fantastic. Friendly people run this hotel and the woman at reception i wish her all the health and happiness in the future.i will definitely be back to the holland in hotel in the very near future ❤️

staff very easy to communicate with. Even called me on a Saturday to see if I needed a room as I stayed there for 5-6 days. Even upgraded my room from a single to a double.. Booked late a few times and was never a problem.

It was basic but that's exactly what is wanted and it was a special rate. I felt that I was trusted as an adult should be coming and going my room opened up to a garden which was not mentioned but I discovered.yes the place grew on me. Charming.

Not everything worked like the TV but somehow I didn't mind.
