The location is pretty good although shops/restaurants are a bit of a walk away. The staff were excellent, especially Danni and all the concierge's. Breakfast's were good but had no variety for a family that stayed for 7 days. The food from the restaurant was excellent.

We battled on occasions to order 'room service', whilst the one evening there were a number of items on the 'room service' menu (2) that were unavailable. Our rooms were not cleaned very well, with a plate with old bread on it, remaining in the room for 3 days. Not sure if the rooms were supposed to be dusted and dirty glasses etc should be removed, but neither happened in our case.

i am taking the chance to talk about Cityapartmentstay in London because is a SCAM. They list in Booking the numerous apartments, one of them in Westminster. The list shows beautiful apartments but in reality they are not existing. I booked it because booking recommed it to me, and it was no signal of a high deposit. So, once, paid a non-refundanble payment. Next is the main scam: 3) After you paid the non-refundable booking, they send you an email requesting for a damage deposit to be paid to secure the booking otherwise money is forfeited and booking cancelled (as stated in the fine print condition under “important information”) 4) the booking site eg booking.com will state all payment handled directly by property owner. Ashamed I was not covered by Booking.

Location excellent and rooms beautiful. Would stay again.

Lift was out of action most of our stay.

We chose this hotel as a family of 3 attending Wembley for a concert and to also spend time in central London. The location was just perfect with Swiss Cottage Tube (jubilee line) being a short walk away. Day one we darted into Covent Garden, Day 2 Oxford /Regent St area then Wembley in the afternoon. Day 3 a short walk to Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park then to Paddington to catch our train. The hotel itself was very nice indeed, nicer than I was expecting, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice toiletries too!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff – I have never experienced such kindness before, not even in five-star hotels. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant is excellent and offers very reasonable prices. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast, including omelettes freshly prepared right in front of you in the open kitchen. Our room was spacious and perfectly suited for my wife and our two children. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and known for its high standard of living. You can reach Westminster directly via the Jubilee line from Swiss Cottage station. Thank you once again to the entire team – I will definitely be coming back!

I recently stayed at the London Marriott for 4 days with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, well-maintained, and our towels were changed daily. The bed was made up every day, which added a nice touch. The hotel’s location was fantastic, with the tube and bus station only 400 meters away, making it easy to travel to various tourist attractions. There’s also a Coop nearby for any grocery needs, which was really convenient. We appreciated the late check-out option, and it was great that we could store our luggage and freshen up before our flight home. The only small downside was that the bathroom seemed a bit dated, and the showerhead had a slight leakage. However, this didn’t impact our overall experience much. Overall, it was a great stay,

Check-In: Quick and easy Room: As expected, around 24 Square meter, Large double bed with Sofa bed which was enough for us (2 adults + 2 kids below 7 years). Room Service: very fast, professional. Breakfast: we didn't try their breakfast; we loved going out early and having the breakfast in the local restaurants outside, but from what we saw it appears to be yummy. Transportation: taxis are always available. Train station is 7 minutes walking distance (Swiss Cottage Tube). Swimming Pool: it was good and warm, only thing sometimes it gets crowded. Nothing, everything was as expected.

We were upgraded to a larger corner room which nis exceptional.

I didn't like the breakfast at all. I think the cooked breakfasts were probably good but I wanted a cold breakfast and was disappointed with the waffles - hard and powdery, the pancakes - doughy, the toast - undercooked on the first pass and burnt on a second pass. If no one answers the garage entry phone there is no way for registered guests to enter the hotel from the garage as the key card entry door lock does not respond to the key. It's been like this for months. The TV in the room was in need of adjustment as the definition was extremely poor and blurred.

Location is very handy, the staff are nice and the rooms are spacious. Everything works and staff are very responsive to requests. We have stayed here on several occasions and it has been a very comfortable base. Great breakfast and there are very good restaurants within walking distance plus great connectivity with buses and tube. Primrose Hill is just around the corner which is a lovely park with excellent views of London and takes you to the village (high end) full of boutiques, restaurants and pubs. In the other direction there is a high street with regular shops and restaurants. The hotel environs is urban and functional (rather than charming) but it’s in walking distance of Primrose Hill, Hampstead and Camden. Good room amenities: tea, coffee, biscuits, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel; great shower. The indoor swimming pool is a nice bonus with clean and fresh changing rooms.

On this last visit cleaning seemed a little slap –dash.

Everything was great. Location is great, a short walk from Primrose Hill/Regents Park as well as Camden town and Finchley/Swiss Cottage for lots of restaurants. Tube is 6minutes walking from hotel (Jubilee line). The neighborhood is very nice, extremely safe and the hotel was very nice with gym, pool and breakfast included. We even managed to get an early check-in for free which was very helpful! Great breakfast with a wide variety of foods. It basically has every comfort you would expect from a Marriott
