No breakfast available but there was a kitchenette in the room, which I wasn’t expecting. The shower was very good

The room smelled very strongly of chemicals like hair dye or similar. It gave me a headache. I asked for the room to be cleaned after the first night but it didn’t get any better

Within walking distance of the Kentish Town O2. We stayed as we went to the Alkaline Trio gig, so the location was excellent. The room had a sort of art deco vibe which I also appreciated.

They were doing some refurbishment work during our stay.

Gorgeous place, fabulous location, excellent facilities. Arrived to be told that our card reader on the door didn't work so given a physical key, which was absolutely fine with us, but 10 minutes later maintenance arrived and fixed the door there and then. 24/7 reception available, small but excellent room that was comfortable and modern. Incredibly large TV, with a comfortable bed and large shower with a normal shower head and a rainfall shower head (and good water pressure). Even had a full small kitchen in a cupboard to be self-sufficient.

As it's close to the tube, you do hear the rumble of the tube all day and night. The tap in the bathroom has a water flow that if the tap is turned on too much it misses the basin so have to be careful to slowly turn it on. Only marked down due to the rooms not being very sound proof, as was on the ground floor could hear when the phone rang too loudly or groups of people came into the building loudly.

The small kitchen in the room was really good! Microwave, a small stove, pan, utensils, small fridge (very cold!) with even a tiny freezer in it, even though the room itself wasn't very big. Awesome use of space. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very good location, quiet and peaceful. We did not hear anything from other rooms/the hallway. Good value for money! Would definitely stay again.

The blankets were very thick! Hot in a normal room temperature. The narrow stairs would have been pretty hard to climb up with larger and heavier luggage, especially when the cleaners had left their towel etc. bags in the staircase. Otherwise the lack of a lift did not bother us. We left our luggage for storage on the day of the check-in, and that meant that we just left the luggage in the hallway (next to the reception, and the front door was locked). Any other guest in the hotel could have taken our bags when walking past, but luckily did not :)

I am a doctor and I visit London almost every month for escorting patients. I have been trying many hotels in London but 1st time NOX Belsize PaPark is the hotel which I found is exceptional. The location is few steps from Belsize tube station and at a peaceful location yet in proximity to all Landmarks. The staff at reception which I forgot to ask her name was so polite and soft spoken that one would love to listen her for hours. She is no doubt very friendly, very co operative & exceptionally supportive ❤️. The rooms are very clean and tidy equiped with amenities even lacked by 5 star hotels. The compact incupboard kitchen was having refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker, hot kettle, electric cooking unit and all necessary cutlery. Iron and pressing table as well, a large TV, I guess 65 or 70" (I m not sure about size) Smart LED and the comfy bed which I can't forget was another level. I loved the large shower thats gives experience of rain shower was amazing. Above all the price of each room is so reasonable that usually this price is charged for shared hostels in London. This is my honest review and 1st time I wrote such a long review about any place because its really exceptional. I would love to stay there again on my next visits

There was no elevator

The location was ideal for our needs. Although the rooms are small, they are thoughtfully designed to accommodate everything you need without feeling cluttered. I also found the property to be well insulated, as we could hardly hear anyone while inside our room.

We experienced issues with the ventilation system, causing the room to become very hot and humid, accompanied by constant noises from the mechanism. Fortunately, the problem was resolved quickly the next day when the maintenance team arrived, and we had to move to another room. The second room had no issues, and the staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist with the problem we encountered.

A really good option to be near in London, the metro is just there, you can go in late and the neighbor is really safe. The hotel is in the main street, and the service is 24h (great for a late check in, that it was my case due to a delayed train). The room it was good also, the size were good the amenities too and it was clean. I good place to stay in London.

Only 2 negative points: There is no elevator, so it could be a problem for certain persons. There was a moisture smell in the bathroom, we need to leave open the windows the room all day to get some fresh air and attenuated it.

Loved the massive smart TV! Bed was really comfy. VERY compact room, but a great use of space. Lovely hot shower. Was great to have tea making facilities and complimentary biscuits. Location was brill. Belsize Park is a very nice, quiet area with great facilities close and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the tube stop.

Going up so many stairs! Air con was broken and the room was boiling. It was great that the were 2 fans and that really helped, but just get the air con fixed. The window couldn't open by much. I know that's a safety thing, but they could make it open more so that air can get into the really hot room.

The room was a great size and well decorated. The room we stayed in had a double and a single bed. It also had 2 small desks with comfy stylish chairs. There was an entrance hallway that had a clean bathroom on one side and two cupboards to the other side. In the one cupboard was wardrobe, with iron and ironing board, slippers, and a safe. The other had a small but perfectly usable sleek kitchenette. With a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and crokery/ cutlery as well. There is free road parking nearby between certain in the road next to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for a trip in London as there are good transport links also.

There was a minimal amount of road noise, but it didn't bother us.

Seemed to be a newish hotel when I arrived so the room was very clean and modern. Great facilities, large TV, USB sockets, very comfortable bed and a nice large waterfall shower. Even had a built in kitchenette which I totally didnt expect. The receptionist was also very kind and explained room entry etc.

Seemed to be renovation work or room refurbishment going on on the ground floor so the noise of the work was fairly loud, but this didn't affect me as I was up and about anyway. No actual view out the window on the ground floor, but again, not an issue.
