Great size room with all the features you could need- kitchenette, desk, hair dryer, iron, bathroom, aircon, and a TV. Lovely location that is close to public transport and quiet on a night.

The shower was a little small and hard to get into if you are plus size. The door to the shower wasn’t very well attached and didn’t close properly. One of the shower heads was also not attached properly so it was only handheld.

Clean, quite spacious, well supplied with soaps and coffees . Comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities. Fridge with freezer box . Table and chairs. Good secure access and two door keys 😀

Too tight a squeeze getting through shower door. Kettle and toaster had to be used at side of bed as lead short and too risky to plug into socket in kitchen area. Cups and glasses a bit small. Could not move fixed bed when phone fell down the back !!!

Studio was ground floor was super clean, the bed was comfy. Had all the facilities needed, towels, tea, place to cook if I wanted. Small tv only had free view so not used. All in all good value for money located in very quite road close to transport all one needs on a stay over night in London

My window faced an alley that other guests could exit an open side door for smokes so idiots were out there after midnight.

It had all that we needed for a few days staying in room. I felt safe and it was clean. The size was just right. Would absolutely use again.

Woud have appreciated more communication/information about the nearest underground/overground links. When trying to find the location from the directions link wasn't the easiest. It would have been a little helpful to have had more information as a starting point! For anyone needing this info it is the Junilee line to either West Hampstead or Kilburn. Location is between both underground stations so you could get on/off either of these.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, 3 minutes to a bus stop, 10 minutes to a tube stop, grocery stores and restaurants. About 30 minutes to the center, with public transport. Zone 2, so less TFL charge. The room, even though is very small, it has everything. Big comfy bed, working window, TV, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The bathroom is decent sized and clean. There's also a kitchenette. There's a sink, dishes, forks and knives and whatever, a fridge (bigger then a minibar), and an induction stove with 2 burners. Oh, and an electric boiling kettle. The price is good (for London I mean). Very good, I should say.

The room is very small. There was no soap at the bathroom sink, and since I was gone visiting London all day and I didn't want someone in my room with all my stuff, I didn't asked for a refill of the soap dispenser and had to use the shower gel. Speaking about not wanting staff in my room while I was gone, I left the "do not disturbe" sign on the door, but nevertheless, 2 out of my 4 days stay, someone opened the door to my room. Don't know why. They didn't clean the room or take away the litter bag or anything. Not a huge problem since nothing was missing or anything, but the sign was not taken into account.

Great location. We liked the kitchen in the cupboard - neat! Good use of space. Room was serviced everyday.

Not enough crockery & glasses - could have done with more plates, mugs, some wine glasses. Also a tea towel would have been useful.

Location was really good very close to all amenities, Room had everything I needed and was comfortable. Room was very well priced for the area.

Dirty towels were left behind in shower from previous occupant, obviously missed by cleaners. Also kitchen tap needed fixing as was very loose. Could also do with dish towels in kitchen area. Couldn't figure out how to turn on TV either, no remote that I could find.

Location was great and so was the property - clean and modern and just what was needed for us. Air con was amazing especially in the heatwave we had whilst there.

Nothing I didn't like apart from personal requirements I would have found handy such as a chair in the room (we stayed in apartment 4) and I would have found a full sized length mirror useful as we were heading off to Hyde Park to watch Zach Bryan. But other than that it was great!

The bed was very comfortable, we had a great night sleep. The property is in a prime location. The apartment was clean and tidy.

There was no handwash so we used the fairy liquid which was in the kitchen area. There was also no shower gel in the shower which was disappointing. I would have expected handwash for hygiene purposes and towels at a minimum. The button panel for flushing the toilet was loose and kept falling, which was a little annoying.

The room was small but very comfortable, equipped with a small kitchen in a closet, there was a kettle and an iron with its ironing board, top cleaning and excellent shower! The neighborhood is very quiet and well-kept, the street is typical London and is located about ten minutes walk from the Underground and Overground stations. The self Check in and Check out was perfect and really convenient. We really enjoyed it and will keep it in mind for our next trips to London.
