Viridian Appartments is definitely the place to book when coming to London. We stayed one week for our NY holidays, the apartment is located 20 mns away from the centre of London by metro and in a really nice street which has everything you need: a gym, 2 supermarkets, 2 or 3 pubs, a bakery, restaurants and breakfast joints, Starbucks and Joe & the Juice coffee chains, shops and the metro station is only at a 5 mns walking distance. The apartment was super clean and warm, modern and had all the amenities we needed, the bed was really comfortable and the building really modern and secured. Check-in and check out were super easy and quick, as you do it yourself with instructions sent previously by e-mail ! Lovely place and we would book it again !

The location is great. 2 minutes from Queens Park Station. The apartment is on a busy street with lots of bar and restaurants, but because the apartment is across the road from a primary school and next to Joe and the Juice and other apartments, it’s nice and quiet. The apartment is a great size. It was very clean when I arrived. It was comfortable and easy to get in. It was nice and warm. I could get by with the cooking utensils. I would stay here again.
The window didn’t open, so I couldn’t get any fresh air in the apartment and it was really warm in the apartment so the bin quickly smelled really bad! You really need housekeeping more than once in 7 days. I think it would be far too hot in this apartment in the summer, the window really needs to be capable of being opened. The cooking utensils were sparse. I could make do but it would help to have a wooden spoon at least!

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Queens Park tube station and with lovely shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Our rooms looked onto the main road but there was absolutely no noise. Spacious accommodation, modern layout and furnishings, spotlessly clean. coffee/tea tray on arrival. Would definitely recommend.
It sounds almost churlish to mention, but we would have liked somewhere to hang our coats and maybe a slightly later check out.

Location is quite good. It's in a very nice neighbourhood, there are several cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a gym near the property and it's also really close to both the Queen's Park tube/overground station and to Queen's Park itself. Furniture/appliances are brand new and the room is quite spacious.
Window doesn't open, so there's no way of getting new air into the room. This particular room was on the ground floor, so a lot of people walked by the window all the time (shutters had to be kept closed most of the time). Also, there was a school across the street and the crossing was really close to the flat so a sound signal would go off constantly, which was a bit annoying.

A wonderful apartment, clean in a way we have not seen, great location, there is a metro on both sides of the place, on one side a 4 minute walk and on the other side a 9 minute walk, next to the hotel there is a beautiful park, 2 small supermarkets, In terms of cleaning the room, they don't clean unless you come for more than 8 nights, so you don't get new towels, toilet paper and soap, so you have to take care of that.. For those who wear makeup - bring a small mirror - it is very, very difficult to apply makeup there even though there are many mirrors.. But none of this affected our enjoyment !!We really enjoyed the surroundings, the apartment and the location, highly recommended
we did not gat new towels,no soap and no toilet paper -to gat that we needed to stay 8 nights ...

I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple days, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was not only spacious but also incredibly clean and equipped w all the modern comforts I needed. Its location was simply perfect-easy to access, close to the park, and just a short walk from a delightful specialty coffee cafe. I highly recommend trying a Cortado w Salted caramel cannoli at Dark and White cafe; it's a delightful pairing. The neighborhood also offers plenty of cafes and restaurants, well- stocked groceries, and convenient public transportation. For those who love fresh and green experiences, a captivating farmer's market takes place every Sunday morning just across the road, adding an extra charming for this place. The staff were attentive and quick response, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definately choose to stay here again.
The pillows were quite thick, which was a bit unfortable for me since I have a slender neck. The door requires significant effort to securely lock.

Much bigger space than expected, clean room, good furniture and amenities, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the location as it was in the centre of Queens Park, which we loved to discover
Noise from the street as located on the ground floor close to a crossing but from the bedroom side it was fine, also a strong smell each time we got in that we couldn't identify but wouldn't bother us after staying there

The location is great: lots to do in the neighborhood and nearby the Tube connecting you to everything London has to offer.
I found the beds not too comfy, but every other amenity in the flat was impeccable, comfortable and in working condition.

Great location right next to the tube. Very homely clean and well kept. Easy check in and out. Fast communication with the staff.
Every request is extra charge so be prepared. It is an apartment that you rent for a few days with a full kitchen that you would want to cook in it wouldn't be a bad idea to offer complimentary basic amenities such as salt pepper etc.

Great location, very near public transport, food stores, and cafes. The bulding and apartment were clean, smart, confortable and well maintained. More spacious than we had imagined. We had a very nice stay.
It would be useful to have a couple of kitchen towels (tea-cloths) to dry the dishes when not using the dishwasher. Also- our bathroom hand towels were taken away on the cleaning day but not replaced. We phoned the contact number aobut this and left a message but got no response.
