Great location on a great street with supermarkets a few restsurants. Busses easily accessed..just.enough out of town to have peace and easily get to center of london. Room was easy to checkin right.across the street. Nice cleaning staff. Hotcshower and heater works great but you need to know how to turn on

Room very small no place to put your clothes. No table and chair to use to eat on. The push buttons on stove difficult to operate. But clean good bed shower and location.

Nice room, cozy, comfy, well equipped (a little kitchenette (coffee machine, kettle, napkins, kitchen detergent, pots and pans etc), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, AC). Close to the tube, train and bus stations. Many restaurants in the area. We found out that there are 3 locations because it was a bit tangled for us and we had to wonder around a bit..: 1 is for the reception, and he other 2 are for accommodation. (291 W End Ln is for accommodation, not for the reception, and you have to go first to the reception; if I remember correctly, 274 W End Ln is for the reception)

The was a very BAAAAD smell in the SMALL bathroom. They even put there an air refresher (it didn't make it any better..) We were 3 persons, and there was only 1 chair in the room, so, if we wanted to prepare ourselves some breakfast in the room .. some of us would eat standing :)) )

Great location for us as my daughter has recently moved to the area. Easy to get to from station, staff friendly and helpful. Room was small and compact but very comfortable, really liked the cupboard kitchen as we were able to make our breakfasts, it was really well equiped. and suggested

Our room 103 was located on the first floor above a bar, on the Friday night they had a live band playing which we could hear in our room. I had trouble sleeping as it went on until 1am in morning. I had requested a quiet room when booking so was disappointed about noise levels. However I did say to the receptionist when checking out and she was very nice and suggested I request a second floor room on my next stay.

Easy to find, short walk from the nearest tube (West Hampstead). Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - well stocked for a 'budget' hotel room (e.g. iron, kettle, sink, some mini milks in the fridge for making tea etc). We stayed when it was 30 degrees outside so the air conditioning was a big bonus! Perfect for somewhere to stay after a gig at Wembley - only 15 mins on the Jubilee tube.

Slightly unfinished outside the room but didn't really detract from our stay e.g. still finishing painting hall/stairs? room numbers printed off and stuck on door but honestly didn't bother us. Blind in the room is daylight blind (not blackout!) - so even though check-out is 11am, expect to be up early :)

I’ve been to several places in London. Discovered NOX through NOX Edgware. Decided to try this one too. Very surprised with the level of detail in the sense that the rooms are very complete. Small kitchenette, with everything, cups, cutlery, tea, coffee machine, milk, pans, everything. The fact that they even added a filtered water tap is AMAZING. The room also has an iron, blow dryer, space for your clothes and it notably clean. Would definitely stay again.

Only down sides: the shower was making a massive noise. I had to keep moving the shower head until it finally stopped. The reception is on the other side of the road and this was not clear to me or made clear to me before hand. I had a hard time finding it and was only able to after asking other guests.

The cleanliness, the kindness of the staff. very comfortable bed. Perfect location, close to Tube and Overground. Very nice and lively area. Loved my stay.

The room looks much bigger in the pictures than in reality and everything is a bit crammed ;-) It was supposedly quiet (facing the back and not the street) but if I kept the window open in the evening I could hear the (rather loud) noise from the pub garden downstairs. However, given the summer temperatures, I kept the window closed and the air conditioning on and had some very good nights sleep.

It was a really good stay! The reception is in another building, but it's just across the road so it's very close. Bus stop is in front of the building with really good connections. Nice neighbourhood, with Waitrose and a lot of restaurants and pubs around. The room was really clean, the cleanest I've seen in London so far. Room service available every day. A little kitchenette is perfect for breakfast or eating prepared lunch. It has AC, also the heating works very well. Good wifi. Comfy beds. Really good value for your money!

It would be great if they added some hooks where you could hang your clothes. A small folding table would come in handy. Something that was not a problem for us, but just FYI: the house does not have an elevator.

Easy to find and access; very clean, modern and tidy; good lighting, storage, kitchenette, ensuite (great shower!), toiletries, tv, aircon, black-out blinds. Comfy twin beds and very clean, new bedding and fluffy towels. Twin room is on the top 3rd floor so flights of stairs to consider but spacious corridors makes it easier than others I've previously stayed at. Would definitely stay again. Stayed 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) and the chatting from the busy bars below on Friday night were no bother to me and my friends that came to visit. Slept really well and would definitely stay again. Lovely family friendly, safe and popular area, great bakeries, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and very easy to get to the city by public transport (bus, train, underground and even a Thameslink station too!) All within very close walking distance. When travelling by bus, look for your bus stop by its letter not the bus route number as you can easily end up going in the wrong direction for London (opposite side of the road from the appartment) but that's obviously no fault of the property!

Partner & I stayed here for one night for a theatre trip, having never heard of NOX before, and were HUGELY impressed. The member of staff who checked us in was polite and efficient. The building was being redecorated, so there were vague paint smells and plastic on the stairs, but this didn’t extend to our room. The room was spotless, the bed was spacious and comfortable, the shower was incredible. The attention to detail (such as placing cloths by the sink, putting the milk for hot drinks in the fridge and supplying a generous amount of tea bags) made our stay so much more enjoyable. Even the location was fairly quiet, which is saying something for London! Will definitely stay here again.

We have been to this hotel 4 times in three years. This is a perfect location to take a bus, or train to anywhere in London. The neighborhood has character, and it has many great stores and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable. You can use your own kitchenette, and make use of the fridge for groceries. The cleaners are really nice too.

Please make sure that the air conditioning is 'on' and 'working' upon arrival for all guests. Aside from that it was great.
