I like the location and the atmospheric building itself. We found the area to be safe, with lots of amenities such as grocery stores and other conveniences. There was also good communication with the city center and the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds, as well as nice hot water. The staff was very friendly :)

We felt a bit cold in the room and couldn't quite figure out how to adjust the AC to make it warmer. We didn’t ask for help, though, but I’m sure the staff would have assisted us if we had. The walls felt a bit thin, so we could hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t an issue - just something to be aware of :)

The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, as did the room. The hotel is very charming, and the room was quite spacious, with a television, a large bed, a desk, two armchairs, a decent wardrobe, and a safe. The bathroom was very spacious, with a bathtub. They kindly left us two bottles of water, some biscuits, and a box of snacks along with a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel. The staff were very pleasant throughout our stay.

The pillows were extremely thin, even when using two. The location is not ideal—very far from the city centre and in an area that is not particularly pleasant. The streets were very dirty, the buildings around looked poorly maintained, and arriving at the hotel at night felt a bit unsettling. The streets were very empty and dark, and while the main road was a bit livelier, it still didn’t feel very safe. If I had to stay here alone or with female friends, I would definitely think twice. This time, I was with a male friend, and having him there made me feel much more at ease.

Air-conditioning was malfunctioning in our room and they immediately transferred us to another, even more spacious one, which was warm and cozy. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts (which was a minus just because the overground didn't work due to rain and some tube lines were off during the weekend), but everyone at the hotel was very, very kind and accommodating, so we felt very welcome! There's a small shop across the street that's open 24/7 :) In the overall, very good value for the price! Staff (reception desk, room service/support, restaurant staff, everyone): five stars/ten points! Special thanks to Graciella!!! :)

Strangely, the tub had only a shower, there was no faucet in the tub. But there was, of course, a sink in the bathroom, so it was perfectly ok! :)

Decent hotel, good size room (stayed in a standard double). Only used as a base to sleep for 1 night visiting central London for christmas. Food at breakfast was good enough, full English, pastries, toast, cereals etc.

Bed pillow wasn't very comfortable, bit small & lumpy & no additional in the wardrobe but we only stayed the 1 night so wasn't too bad. If you're bothered about pillows & are staying a while, maybe take your own. That was my only downside.

The hotel is well located, with the bus stop in front of it, and the metro about a 15-minute walk away. Also, the hotel is very quaint, with friendly staff, the breakfast was enough for us. The rooms were clean, and spacious.

We had a triple room. And we only had one big towel for the shower. After much insistence at the reception, they brought us another towel. We stayed 3 adults with a towel or 2 towels the whole 5 day stay. We had no soap in the bathroom, no hairdryer. We had to go to reception 2 or 3 times to get someone to bring us what we needed in the room. The AC was very noisy.

Rooms were well appointed. The staff was very kind and accommodating for us. The room was very clean and comfy! The bus stop towards Kilburn Station is in front of the hotel. The bus stop from Kilburn Station is across the street from the hotel. There is a lift at the station. There are two markets within a minute of the front entrance.

Location...it's a bus and a few tube changes to get to the sites of London. On the flip side of that, though, we LOVED being part of how the locals live! The area is not glitzy or glamorous, but we felt safe walking at all hours of the day and evening.

What a lovely hotel, and in the middle of shops. The amount of places we have stayed and have to walk a distance to a shop. Sit in the gorgeous foyer in the many seating areas, they have, tranquil. enjoy the moment especially if your life is work and stress. Clean airy, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, pub, room service. If you come by train, a taxi is the best way to get here and to leave

Guests could be communicated to sit down and there is a menu to look at. that are cooked to your needs on the table i.e vegan, but you don't know that until you sit down with the food you got, Lovely layout, but the food was lukewarm with storage in metal servers—wonderful polite staff.

Staff were helpful and although there was a problem with choice of food on our second night we overlooked that there was a problem as we were enjoying our stay. Given the position of the hotel, busy area, main road, the hotel manages to isolate you from the noise and traffic.

I did call the hotel before arriving to ask about disabled parking facilities. I was correctly told that there are disabled parking bays but I was incorrectly told that there would not be a charge. On arrival I was informed there would be a charge as the car park is managed by a different company. This was my only complaint. I was incorrectly informed about the charges. I made a point of checking the situation and I was misinformed. I am still not sure what to expect next time if I book again because the charge was wavered because I didn’t think it fair that I had been given conflicting information.

The windows were massive with an open view of the city skies. The bed was big, clean and comfy, big mirrors well lightened, hot water shower, hair dryer, safe inside the closet, air conditioning, phone call from the reception to my room inmediately after my arrival to check on me and some Pringles crisps to welcoming me.

The sockets are too low above the desk, so you can't actually use them for the kettle, and the only one found in the room to charge my phone was behind the tv, far from the bed.

Room was large and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable which doesn’t normally happen when you stay at a hotel. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing and the catering staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel was beautiful in the reception and high standards all throughout.

Would have been better if there was a mini fridge in the room and if the prices for drinks weren’t so expensive. For example a small bottle of diet coke was £4 which in my opinion is expensive and no bottles of water were available to purchase.
