Kitchen facilities where on point bed was comfortable, however shower wasn't compatible for couples as small water tank and take hour and half to heat up again

Lack of information about small water tank could install a boster to lesson the heating time

I liked that the studio was exactly as shown on photos. It was clean. The towels and the bed linen were clean and soft. There was toilet paper and toiletries in the bathroom. In the kitchen you could find some sugar, salt, oil, vinegar and coffee. There was even a kitchen cloth and a detergent to wash the dishes. The manager was reachable via Booking messages. We received all the neccessary information before the arrival. The main door is locked at all times, which gives you a nice feeling of safety.

I was a bit surprised that there was nobody at the reception desk. I only noticed some cleaning ladies. On the day of our departure it was a bit difficult to arrange luggage storage with the cleaning lady, because she didn't speak English well and she knew nothing about our previous arrangements with the manager about luggage storage. So we just left the suitcases at the reception and hoped everything would be ok. Later the manager sent me a message that the luggage is safe there and that we can come and pick it up when agreed.

Very clean and warm property. Easy to travel on the tubes as the station is a few minutes walk away. Bathroom wad clean, plenty of towels available. Overall great stay

Bed was abit too soft but was still comfortable. There isn't any parking but I found parking right outside by booking online prior

We had a great stay at Golders Green Stays. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the bus and underground station, making it very convenient for getting around London. There is a large supermarket nearby, along with coffee shops and other amenities, so everything we needed was within easy reach. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, and the host was very helpful, providing clear instructions for collecting the keys. We felt very safe during our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The only issue we encountered was with the bed, which was broken when we arrived. However, we contacted the host, who was quick to respond and offered compensation for the inconvenience. While the bed was still useable, the host informed us that they had ordered parts to have it fixed, so it wasn’t a major problem in the end.

Great location, close to the metro and bus terminal; comfortable, bright, and modern apartment with comfortable beds and all amenities, including fast WiFi; good contact with the person responsible for accommodation; luggage storage available, including on the day of departure (after check-out) for a small additional fee, which is a great convenience; worth recommending, especially when visiting London with children or teenagers!

The place its very nice. Was clean all over but the toilet brush had feces on it. Such a shame as the place was so clean other than that disgusting find.

Easy check in process. Good communication with the host over WhatsApp on the day we were due to arrive. Room was a good size, worked well for us for a night (4 friends sharing). Kitchen was small but had all the essentials including hobs and a mini cooker. It was a hot day but 2 fans were provided.

It was hot in the room and we discovered the heated towel rail was switched on when we arrived. The form to complete was sent on the day of arrival and asked for photo id - it was lucky I had this with me as we had already set off when I got the notification. Could have been sent earlier.

Very nice manager who provided baby cot for our son and room cleaning on a request and answered anything we wanted to know in a very short time. Room is spacious, clean, confortable. There is a bus station to the Luton and Stansted airport and a metro station few minutes away. The photos from Booking are very accurate and there is everything you would need in the room. There was also coffe, sugar and tea provided in the kitchen.

The doors to the hallway are very thing and you can hear every neighbour comming home or going. The lighting in the room is very bright and it would be nice to have some ambient lighting from the corner.

In my opinion, beds were not comfortable. I couldn't sleep the first night because of how hot the room was despite the weather not being that way. I kept the windows open my entire stay to cool down the room. I did receive a fan from the second night onwards after complaining, and then I could sleep well. Also, the room is very lit because of the light of the oven and from the mirror in the bathroom.

This property is quite modern, relatively new with very comfortable huge beds but a rather too small wardrobe for 4 people, not sufficient kitchenware and a bit too hot on hot days but we have been provided with a fan. European sockets will have been perfect as well but Lucas, the property manager promptly provided an adapter for us. He also contacted me in advanced and facilitated an easy very late check-in due to the delay of our plane. He was very keen to help us and always fixed what we asked him to and kindly answered our requests!

Everything was perfect and it’s in a safe relatively quite neighboorhood, , with many shops,supermarkets, cafes etc and extremely conveniently travel suitable too, including to and from the airport not only buses or underground.
