The hotel is located on a quiet street in the Golders Green section of London, away from the crowds of the city center but near to a wide range of restaurants, especially Kosher ethnic restaurants. The staff was exceptional, helping with our every need and making us feel extremely pampered. Mike put in so much effort in providing diverse kosher breakfasts for us. And it was reasonably priced, as well. There is an attractive sitting area on the first floor and a garden to sit and eat when the weather is warm. Highly recommend it.

Got a single room, was tiny but I don't mind at all. As in every small hotel\hostel - you hear every beep from neighbors, luckily I had no families near by so it was quiet. David at the check in was nice and friendly, and the others were very co operative when I needed help with something. Overall very nice stay. Location is very very very quiet which is great.

Nothing much, that's a very good value for money. Just don't expect luxury. It's perfect for short staying or budget hotels. Transportation will take you everywhere very easily.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area, which made for a good night’s sleep. The room was a perfect place to come back to after a long day of work (and some sightseeing). The tube station, shops, restaurants are just a short walk away. I felt safe walking around even after dark. Very nice staff, had a lovely chat. I had to change some things about my stay last minute and they were super accommodating, I am grateful that they made an otherwise hectic start of my stay in London that much more pleasant. Will definitely return one day.

I enjoyed the reception staff; the hotel is a very special place, and similarly, they are not cookie-cutter and they treat you like a person, not in the robotic way you get in larger hotels. Everything was perfectly adequate and reasonable. This is not a luxury hotel, obviously, what it is is a very well-priced kosher/Jewish-friendly hotel in a historically unique area.

I wish my fridge worked, and a pitcher of water would have gone a long way (as the sink was too small to refill the kettle in the room), but that's all.

It was so beautiful and peaceful great place to stay All staff were friendly and welcoming myself and partner were the only ones that booked breakfast for the Sunday and the chef came jn to make our breakfast even though we said he didn’t have to as we was the only ones he was so down to earth and funny we had the what we all called royal treatment I’d definitely be coming back here! We felt like at home! exceptional staff!! Exceptional service all around and the best omelettes for breakfast!! I travel a lot for work and stay in 5 star hotels but never had such a treat! 🤤 We were looked after even before we checked in by the owner who asked me how I wanted my beds set up considering I was travelling with a child. Facilities are great, just what you need after a day touring around London: comfy beds and immaculate room, and a great coffee machine available for you to enjoy until late in the evening (confessed coffee lover here!). It’s not luxurious but this is not what I needed, I just wanted a comfortable and clean place and it’s location is simply perfect, a quiet neighbourhood but many shops and decent restaurants around, and in 10 minutes you are on the Northern Line which takes you to the main attractions in London. Our little city break was perfect, can’t thank the staff enough!

I arrived at 2am wondering if anyone would be able to check me in. I rang the doorbell and Dave answered straight away and it was nice to see they had my keycard ready saving a lot of time. The service was amazing and I highly recommend. Special mention to Dave for looking after me and also giving a great service 2 years ago when I stayed previously.

The room is exceptional very good value for the price and location. Best is the free parking right outside the hotel.

Shame no breakfast or food is available now and no bar facilities all stopped but the area for these facilities are still there but closed off.

It was close to the restaurants and eateries in Golders Green and close to Wembley. Staff were pleasant.

There wasn't a lift and our room was on the second floor. The heating was on and there didn't appear to be a way to turn it off and not much room in the room to spread out. The shower in the bathroom was difficult to use as it was in the eaves of the room. The breakfast seemed expensive for only offering eggs for hot food.

The receptionist was exceptional and deserves a special mention as he went above and beyond to make sure you were settled.. My son has left his coat there and the same guy has said he will post it to my son. The room was clean and comfand had everything you needed.. Couldn't fault it.
