We enjoyed the place until 5th Sept when there was leakage from the roof. We made a complaint and were promised it will be attended to on 6th Sept which happened to be my wife birthday. It was not attended to ,we ended up mopping the floor all through the day. We have to keep awake until around 2.00 am 7th Sept when it fell off.. it was not up to a minute that my wife stepped out from the mopping that it fell. I feel the management should think of compensating us.

The urgency of attending to issues

I’m a Westciti fan….apartments are so easy to navigate and straightforward. Very spacious, homely and well equipped. Minutes to Croydon Town Centre. Good transport links, eateries and shopping

Had two separate visits from spiders. Did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly prior to occupancy. Under bed was dusty and a comb was left in night stand from previous occupant. In basement apt near the main door so a little nosier than usual with the traffic of people/cars

The heating stays on, you are never ever cold, hot water works well to! Super clean, quiet. Lovely virtual concierge super efficient. Weekly cleaning is super duper, friendly and caring housekeeping. Corporate feel so feels clean, no mould, no pests.

That I could not extend my stay as they were fully booked. No lift only stairs to apartment but that’s ok got exercise. Sadly one or two of the walls are a bit thin so it’s possible to hear the neighbors should they be loud.

I’ve stayed here for work and leisure countless times Facilities are spot on every time nice kitchen you can actually cook a decent meal in beds are all comfy and you never hear your neighbours , customer service are rapid and helpful and any queries are answered in no time atall great price as-well

Nothing , no complaints

Great apartment, good secure building and just a 10 minute walk from East Croydon train station. The Apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

Small things need attention like the batteries need to be replaced in the wall clock and tv remote and liquid soap refilled in the shower. Some areas of the unit need some TLC and paint freshen up.

It’s located in residential area but near to high street, quite place to stay long.

The guests would must comfortable and feel secure if they provide to lock the door from inside and as well as provide door eye viewer.

I loved how clean and quiet the place was. It felt very homey and comfortable, which made my stay really relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything I needed was there.

Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations.

The location, quiet, clean and well positioned: restaurants, shops, walking and relaxation areas less than 10 minutes away by leisurely walk.

Everything was perfect .
