Location, convenience of local shops. Host upgraded me to double room, free of charge, Needed a basic room for single overnight stay. Room was spotless, bed was comfy. Large tv, though I don't watch mainstream tv, my loss. Didn't use, it, but the room had a fridge. Local shops include a locally run Supermarket, various food options and a Tesco the other side of the Train station. Fantastic little coffee shop next door to station, though to be honest all the local shops have very friendly, helpful staff.

Could possibly have better soundproofing on front window, but exterior noise wasn't overly loud and I fell asleep easily.

I like that it's family owned and the brothers work well together. It's an old facility that they try to keep clean. It will be a good idea to do some thorough remodeling. Being that it's in a great location, is already a plus for them. A little remodeling will be great.

stayed for couple of days good facility’s upstairs and down stairs. kitchen area with everything you would need. clean tidy warm cosy. concierge 24/7 super customer focus, super helpful. on leaving day I had issues with a change in my travel plans. so had to do a lot emails & phone calls taking 3 extra hours. the staff insisted I use their facilities while I did this supplying tea coffee and even offered their personal soups while I was working on my changes in plans… nothing was too much… 100% genuinely happy to help… Amazing. Thank you all for making me feel just like a family member….

Great location, clean and tidy for budget accommodation.

Would have been great to have the shower in the room operational, unfortunately it was out of order. However the communal showers and toilets were clean so not so much of a problem really considering what your paying for.

It’s clean,warm,has Wi-Fi and free parking.You are only 20 minutes from Victoria and central London.Yes it’s basic but represents fantastic value for under £50

The toilet and bathrooms could do with updating,but there is plenty of hot water,no bath plug .

Clean, cozy hotel and room. Polite and caring staff. Convenient location to transport. Everything is very close, both metro and buses. Supermarkets are also close. Wi-Fi is just great. Free parking monitored by cameras, which is very good.

It was a bit noisy after 10 pm, woke us up once in a while, nothing it cannot be fixed. But for the rest it was quite pleasant staying for 4 nights.

Excellent reception. Clean and warm hotel with cozy bathroom and perfect kitchen for cooking. Easy access to restaurants and supermarket and public transport.
