Recently stayed in a different hotel not to far away and was very unhappy so picking the Hilton was a great choice, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the services were excellent and the bed was so comfortable.

The bath/shower area doesn't really work for people that are slightly larger and I found it a bit tight to move around comfortably. I appreciate that this is hard to cater for. Also why don't hotels provide toilet brushes, why would someone want to leave the toilet for the cleaner to deal with.

Lovely hotel. Bright and modern. Very helpful staff. Thank you to all staff in particular to Stefano and Carlos for all their help during our stay. We had an amazing time. The one product this Hilton Croydon provided which went above and beyond our expectations was the Hyperice massage box available to rent. Best decision we made. £15 to hire / rent from reception. All our group used the massage gun and leg tubes multiple times. So needed after a long 8 hour journey. All Hilton hotels should have at least one at each location. It would be a deciding factor for me to choose the Hilton hotel over over accommodate providers. The extra hour check out time given was much appreciated. Thank you to all staff for a wonderful stay. The room and the bathroom was super clean. The bed was massive, have a king size at home and this one was alot bigger 😊 I absolutely loved the hand wash and lotion too. The man at the reception was amazing. So friendly and really helpful. unfortunatelyi didn't get his name but he made me feel at ease as I suffer anxiety going somewhere new, especially as I was travelling alone.

The room was cold I wasn't sure how to work the thermostat so i slept with my dressing gown on. Also the pillows were nice but a little too soft for me. Quite abit of noise from the hallway during the night but obviously this wasn't the hotels fault

The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptional. Very professional, helpful and courteous. The Catering staff were amazingly helpful and the only reason why I enjoyed the little on offer at Breakfast. 24hrs Gym facilities.

All the disabled parking bays were occupied by cars and a motorbike. Unless vehicles display a disabled badge, they should not be allowed to park in a disabled parking bay. The hotel needs to enforce this nationwide government regulation. The 24hrs room service menu was too limited. A salad or a club sandwich would have been ideal. Not every eats frozen pizzas and curry. Breakfast was good but overpriced because there was a very limited continental selection. Not everyone prefers an English breakfast.

The King deluxe room was really comfortable. I loved the modern decor and furnishings. Everything was perfect in my room and this left me with a really positive image of the Hilton Hotel Group. What stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff. This is in fact the biggest asset the Hilton Croydon has from a guest perspective. From Reception Service to Room Service, my guest experiences were completely flawless at the Hilton Croydon. The staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and make me feel like a valued guest. I cannot recommend the Hilton Croydon more to anyone looking for hotel accommodation in this area and the hotel is also conveniently positioned near to three railway stations.

There was not many things that I would change. Maybe having complimentary water and drinks in the mini fridge would make stays even more comfortable for guests.

On this trip I actually fell ill and the staff went over and above to help me. Also my husband had left some clothes on his last trip which again the staff went over and above to take care of until my arrival 3 months later. Truly an exceptional level of staff through out this Hilton. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello and they all seem happy. Praise must go to who recruits and uplifts the staff as it is appreciated especially as I travel international a great deal and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel may not be 5 star but the service and the extra lengths they go to is worthy of it. A hidden oasis in Croydon.

Would love the carpets in the hallways up dated as everything else feels fresh and new.

It was my D 18th birthday we got a complementary upgrade which was a really nice surprise. The room was clean and pleasant. Staff friendly and polite. Location was good for easy access to central London. The breakfast is a must have if you intend to eat the next morning. There was plenty of variety. My daughter loved it and wished we could stay one more night.

My daughter was looking forward to a SPA treat , this was the main reason we chose this Hotel but when we got there at 6:00 pm we were told they are an independent co and we would need to book it separately but had already closed for the day. Though we were told they would open Sunday 10:00 am there was no one there when we went the next day. This was very disappointing because it was the birthday highlight for my daughter who still hasn’t got over it. We thought we would go swimming instead but learn that there was no swimming pool either.

Staff were extremely pleasant at breakfast and when we had dinner at the restaurant. They couldn't have been more helpful.

My parents were asked if they would like an accessible room (my mother is disabled and this was not provided as a room option on the booking.com site) we were then allocated an 'accessible room' however this room was further away from the lifts, and had no additional accessible features. In fact it was the same as the standard room I had been allocated including with a small step up into the bathroom and without any additional hand holds or a walk in shower etc. The lift required you to use your door card before it would take you anywhere.. this suggested that security was an issue. The automatic disabled door at the front of the building did not work and was not fixed during the 2 days we stayed. The issue was noted by staff.

Everything is amazing ,very clean,gorgeous range of breakfast and dinner ,staff very polite and nice ,very amazing hotel as it should be ,expensive but worth it

The only problem was that was freezing in the room and when I called they couldn’t do anything about it because the whole hotel rooms been set up at maximum 21 which wasn’t enough for how large was the room ,been so cold the whole night ..they shouldn’t set up summer mode the temperature starting with September ,it should be winter ,Other than that everything perfect

The room was very clean , could tell that it was a new hotel. Perfect location if you need to be in croydon otherwise not sure why you would be staying there. Fab hotel and smooth check in.

No water in the room if you're not staying more than a night - think that is very cheap. Very expensive to park on site which sucks considering most people drive to hotels and have luggage. Wouldn't want to do street parking in such an unknown area.
