The cleanliness of the apartment and all the facilities including. I also love the location because it is near the train station which allowed me to get central London easily.

It’s not possible to connect the TVs to my Netflix and YouTube accounts. Since it is an apartment I wanted to feel at home to get access to my favorite movies.

Nice Hotel, close to restaurants and bus stops and train station. The premises are new are and nice. The staff is available when help is needed. If you need to go to London city centre, you can go by train for less than 40mn.

In a week long stay, we experienced two false fire alarm. One waking us up. Note enjoyable.... We would have appreciated a phone in the room to call the desk, or be called for information. Shelves in the cupboard would be nice too.

The Adagio apartments were only a 5 minute walk to the Sutton train station which is then about a 45 minute ride into either London Bridge or Victoria Station. The apartment building is also practically on the Main Street of Sutton with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hot breakfasts prepared by Aziza were great - they filled you up 👍🏻😊

Sadly I had a Sunday evening meal here as it was cold and raining and I didn’t want to go out again. I ordered fish and chips which were out of the freezer and over cooked in the fryer - the peas were also out of the freezer and had been microwaved for too long and were shriveled up. For nearly £14 (Australian $28) it was a rip off.

It met my needs in an emergency situation of arriving home to discover my bathroom fitter and tiler had left me without a toilet! Convenient(!) location; easy and friendly check in; the studio had all I needed for a couple of nights.

The kitchen could have been better equipped - there was the bare minimum for cooking anything. Information about parking wasn't there until I was in the apartment - so I paid almost twice as much as I needed to for a night's parking.

Has kitchenette with fridge and combination oven which is good as I always travel with fresh milk and actimels/kefir for breakfast. Dog allowed which is great. Had washing up liquid and things to wash up. All clean and spacious.

Not many parking spaces , so was a bit stressful when got there and none free. Drove around the town twice looking for somewhere else without any luck and when came back to hotel a space had opened up, phew! It is a bit more expensive than other hotels in town so don’t always stay there due to parking.

Staff went all the way to ensure we had a good stay. They were very responsive and helpful. We were also able to borrow a buggy which made our trip much easier as we had an 18month baby. Location was great as easy to navigate to and fro London.

Nothing really, would have been nice if the breakfast menu could be varied as it becomes monotonous for those who stay longer, pancakes, muffins and waffles would have been nice for d kids

The location is perfect for commuters, 3 mins walk to the train station. The studio is spacious and it has all the amenities you need, dishwasher, washing machine, oven,iron etc.

The cleaning is non existent, if you really want your studio cleaned after 2,3,4 days of staying, you will have to pay a cleaning charge. There's no clear communication about how you can request for a fresh set of towels or bedding. Other than that, all good 😊

Hotel is handy to shopping and restaurants plus train station. Kitchen was ok, well stocked for the most part. Shower was nice but lack of small shelf for soap, shampoo was awkward. Bed was comfy.

No tea pot (just tea kettle). Since there were 2 of us, another easy chair for TV watching was asked for but not received. The shower floor was slippery so we asked for a bathmat (as per your sign in the washroom) but none was received. Concerned about lack of safety for large windows.

The location is excellent, town centre is only 5 minutes walk away. The room is clean and bright.

I stayed for 2 weeks and the fire alarm has gone off twice. We walked from 8th floor to the ground, we just stayed in the reception until we realised that it seems fine to go back to the room. Staffs were not there to help nor explaining what happen, unless you approach them. I think when that happen, staff could be more active to communicate the situation, so that the crowd at least know what happened.

The hotel is very close to the train station. There are many entertainment places and shops around.

There is no connection to the center with the metro, only trains and buses
