clean comfortable room, very friendly staff, food was excellent value for money, free parking.

This is the same for most hotels, not just this one, there is no smart tv facility on a tv that should have one, I know big chains disable it on purpose to try and get you into the bar but this is unrealistic and especially in winter, it would be nice to be able to use smart tv facility. It would be the customers own account so it comes at no cost to the hotel.

The attached restaurant we were in was lovely, the food & drink were so reasonably priced and the food was really nice. The room we stayed in was a good size, our bed was comfortable and the room condition was fine. The others in our group said their room was ok and the bed was super comfortable. Our shower was lovely!

The shower door needs either a new seal at the bottom or a bathmat as the floor gets super slippery, when the shower is on the water runs out beside the toilet so we had to use a towel to cover the floor - it didn't impact our enjoyment of the stay though.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious although a wider choice of cereal (muesli, granola etc) would be appreciated as well as yoghurt and tinned fruit (pineapple, pear, mango etc) for a more healthy option.

I found the bed a little uncomfortable due to the springs/buttons on the mattress. Our room was number 2 at the front of the hotel. The bathroom window didn’t have a blind and the window faces the busy road so I felt I could have been seen when in the bathroom with the light on at night.

The staffs were very nice and polite. The room was spacious with the facilities we needed. It was clean and tidy. The hotel location was convenience to various public transportations like bus and tram. Car park space is sufficient.

The hotel is also running restaurant and bar business. It was noisy in the night time with people talking loudly and smoking till mid night. It is perfect if air-conditioning is provided so that windows could be closed. Overall it could be tolerated.

I liked how it was next door to the tram station which enabled us to get on a tram to wimbledon rather than having to take our car or a cab and the room wasn't too bad either plus the staff were friendly enough.

The only things I didn't like was the smells coming from the drains what I was told anyway and a couple of things in the room could of done with repairing prior to us getting the room I.e the curtain pole kept falling down and the bath overflow was missing but apart from that everything was OK.

It was clean and comfortable you get what you pay for. It was in an excellent position ideal for Wimbledon which is what we liked 2 minutes from the tram straight into Wimbledon village there you can get a red bus to the site we walked took us about 25 minutes. Staff were very friendly continental breakfast was included

Cant complain about anything really for the price we paid would definitely use again if going for the tennis. Its basic accommodation so don't have high expectations

Room is clean and staffs are helpful Car parking is great and close to Tram station and just walking 15 minutes to railway station connecting to Victoria station

QUIET PART OF HOTEL, GROUND FLOOR ROOM ,WARM THROUGHOUT, FREE PARKING-ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT NEED THIS. GOOD LOCATION-AND EASE OF TRAVEL WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. RESTAURANT ON SITE

NO DECAFFEINATED TEA OR COFFEE, POOR SELECTION OF JUICES AT BREAKFAST--ONLY ORANGE WAS AVAILABLE

The breakfast was continental so we didn't bother but on reflection... it was bank holiday and we couldn't find a cafe open to get our egg and bacon full English - but totally not the hotel's fault! The hotel serves Asian/middle eastern food so the smell is overwhelming but we love that and at the end of our stay we had dinner. The meal was superb. Customer service is excellent - our room was not quite ready but then again we were a little early but we ordered a drink and staff gave that on the house - an excellent response. This happens to be close to our family for us to attend the gatherings at their house but is a car journey from where we live so it just fits the bill exactly and we have stayed there 3 times now and never been disappointed. Just a basic room clean and with all that's needed for an overnight stay - overall Excellent and would stay again. Thank you Casuarina Tree.

English breakfast - we wouldn't mind paying separately or a little extra. Everything else cannot fault. If you don't like curry the smell could put some people off but we love it.

Staff were friendly, good shower. pints were cheap for London at bar down stairs and there was a carpark and your 2 minutes off the tram line to wimbledon. OK for value for money

Beds weren't the most comfortable and tv had issues comming on and off randomly. Room a little stuffy breakfast a bit basic.
