Central to everything in our stay, mainly St Georges. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet room ,no noise from outside. Tea,coffee and biscuits, very nice. Beautifully clean room and bathroom.

A shame that there is no restaurant/ dining area for breakfast.Although the hotel photos still show that! Please update the photos

Right from entering the hotel it was modern and clean. There was a member of staff to welcome us and help us check in. The room was very clean with everything we needed; TV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, kettle etc. the biscuits, coffees and teas were a lovely touch as were the little toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The aircon was great as it was very hot when we stayed. The shower was excellent and our towels were changed daily. The teas coffees and biscuits were replenished daily which was excellent and much appreciated. There was a small bar area at reception if you wished to purchase drinks. The hotel is in a great location for Wimbledon and there were plenty of local buses throughout the day and the evening for travelling. The hotel is in a great location close to the High Street for shops and places to eat.

Located a short walk from Tooting Bec underground station- approximately 10 mins walk. Situated next to one of the entrances to St George’s Hospital. If going to Wimbledon - use Bus 493 bus stop close by. Clean comfortable room with housekeeping servicing the room daily.

No restaurant facilities - just a small bar. It seemed that coffee and tea could be purchased but we did not use the facilities. However within St George’s Hospital there is a M&S cafe/Simply Food and also other outlets such as Pret, where food can be purchased. Would recommend that a small ‘fridge is placed in the room.

I have stayed here a few times in the past, the rooms are not very big but are way more comfortable than some of the better known budget chains. Nice to see that they have added a bar although I didn't use it, a shame they have not got the restaurant up and running again (it used to be a Chinese) but there is no shortage of excellent food places in the area. This is my go-to for stays in London and if you are a fan of 24Hrs in A and E this is on the grounds of St. Georges. Just a shame that the Manor Pub (at the end of the road) has gone from being a fun free-house to another soulless chain pub but that is not an issue with the hotel. And you still get little bottles of Shampoo etc.

It was very convenient because my husband was in St George's hospital for a planned operation and we live over a hundred miles away so I needed somewhere to stay. For the standard of decor and facilities in the room, it was reasonably priced. It was very quiet too.

Had a problem on my final evening when the fuse box kept tripping and none of the sockets worked. This happened twice and once the following morning. Was told not to have the TV on and recharge my phone at the same. I was on my own in a double room. If two people had been occupying the room would that have been a reasonable solution for them. ?

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in London. I’m a very light sleeper, but I felt completely safe and had deep, restful sleep every night — which is rare for me! The staff were incredibly respectful, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for long stays. It felt peaceful, welcoming, and truly like a second home. I’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location for St George's Hospital. A 5 minute walk to main entrance of the hospital. I had an early appointment in hospital so for ease, chose to check-in the night before. The room was small, but clean, modern. Tea/Coffee making facilities inside room but if you wanted a cappuccino, outside in reception was a small Costa facility where you pay. No breakfast facilities but lots of eateries within walking distance of hotel.

The exterior of the Pelican unfortunately looks like an old 1970's tower block of flats, which does not represent the interior of the hotel - modern & welcoming. Great view of the cemetery! :)

Housekeeping were fantastic. Great to have cooking facilities. Location was amazing for visiting relative in hospital. Air conditioning very good as it was really hot outside when we visited.

No blind for main roof light in kitchenette area which was very bright when had third person staying in there.

I had a room on ground floor which was a disabled access room. Spotlessly clean and the reception staff were lovely. Comfortable bed with tea and coffee facilities including some free biscuits. I boiled the water from shower room to drink in morning. One can also purchase ready made coffees and drinks including bottled water from reception as needed.

It was fine, it’s a basic hotel onsite at the hospital which is well located with easy access to city on northern line, also great bus services.

Booked at short notice due to being let down by other property. Staff helpful, studio room was clean, 2 seperate rooms with single bed in one, double in other. Really good property with good facilities and would recommend.

Lovely little kitchen area but no plates /cuttlery. Just noticed this and may be worth checking with property if this provided as we were late booking for 1 night. Access to bathroom was through single room area, not an issue but can create noise for anyone staying in single if need toilet at night.
