The accommodation was great! The whole neighborhood and surrounding area is nice. We stayed on the second floor in the attic, which was hot and stuffy. But there was a fan available and it was enough. The room was clean, the bathroom was large and the mattress was nice and hard (well, for British standards). The pub below us was great, no noise could be heard from it. We really liked the accommodation and would love to return.

It was hot in the room. When the window was opened, there was noise from the road and the train station. But it wasn't so bad.

I was upgraded to a fantastic room, with a sofa, balcony and lovely bathroom. The people working at the Woodman are friendly and helpful and made my stay really enjoyable. The pub downstairs serves very good food and even when it’s busy the room is quiet. They give a discount on drinks if you are staying there which adds to the fact that it is really good value for money.

There were a couple of things in the room that needed fixing but that’s normal for most small hotels. It doesn’t have the best views but the location was perfect for me

The place is located right next to the bus, and just a quick walk to the tube. The staff is friendly and helpful and can't wait to see what else they can do for you. Remember that you get a 30% discount in the pub if you let them know (I totally forgot 😂😂).

The first room we were placed in had a window that didn't open and a curtain that didn't close. It was cold and stuffy at the same time. The mattress was too hard for me (though that is probably just my opinion) It gave off the feeling of being a bit run down. The door didn't close properly etc. But when I mentioned this to the staff, they gave us a new and much better room, which was absolutely perfect.

We had an amazing time here. The hotel is located near the Wimbledon Park underground station (5 minutes on foot) and has a pub at the ground floor. We arrived at 7pm and the pub was full of people and music, it had such a nice vibe. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We had all the facilities we could need, including an electric kettle, coffee, milk, sugar and tea. It also had a lot of power outlets throughout the room (you should consider bringing an adaptor if you need to charge more than 2 devices at once). The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a tub. It was a bit pricey, but comparing it to other hotels in London I would say the price was acceptable. We are thinking of staying here next year for a longer trip.

This is a nice modern pub, though it looks worn from outside. Cheaper than anything else and mostly clean, some unsightly dirty marks on room carpet. Nice bathroom good shower, helpful staff.. Nice towels and sheets all clean and crisp. I've stayed here before, it's convenient and quite pleasant. Would stay again. and 30% off in bar for guests.

I was on second floor in the eaves. A good part of the room was too low. Kept banging my head...and carpet mentioned above

I spent the most amazing time at Woodman Pub with my four legged furry baby girl We got a huge room with a lovely bathroom and large bright windows.

I loved the clean fresh white beddings and the spacious room. The food is lovely down in the pub and you get a fair discount I’d love to give credit , to the staff, especially ANA who made my stay a time to remember. She’s very accommodating and always out on the look for your needs … she’s a huge and beautiful asset to your stay at the Woodman Pub. Thank you Ana for making my stay a pleasure and for being a shoulder to cry on in my hard time as well. I can’t wait to come back and spend again lovely time at your Pub’s inn again. It is a lovely property and a better view of this work of art can only be experienced in the inside .. Most importantly I really like the Staff at the property . They were all very lovely and hospitable. Infact I can say it’s one of the best customer service I have ever received. They were so kind and I’d love to lodge at woodman pub whenever I’m in London . I also love the activities that takes place at certain nights at the pub even though I couldn’t participate in the one that was organized the night I got there because it was almost over by the time I found out , but I learnt from my friend that it was quite interesting and some people even got gifted .

Very good location, clean room and comfortable bed. Found it quiet even though it is over a pub and on a main road. Kettle and tea/coffee provided and good quality toiletries, large efficient shower. Unfortunately the kettle does not fit easily under the tap so that has been damaged somewhat.

As others have mentioned there is no bedside table or reading light so it means getting out of bed to switch on/off the centre light. Easily rectified.

Appreciated the effort of staff to make my staying as comfortable as possible. My original room was not available but got upgraded as a result and was offered a free meal in their pub. No keys/cards... just a code. That makes everything much more convenient. Very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. High level of privacy.

Nice rooms above a pub. Friendly staff. Had a drink downstairs and it is a nice pub. Comfortable bed. Nice and new bathroom. Good value for money. Would stay here again. 5 mins walk from Tube.

There is some noise (from the hand-drier) down in the pub if you go to bed early. We were there during a heat-wave and it was warm but fans were provided.
