The apartment is new, nice, clean, big size. Very good location, only a 1 minute from the train station and hight street. Everything was perfect. The agency helped us straight.

Small bed for 2 adults The shower leaked Constant visits by Hybrid Resi staff member to repair door lock. We finally asked them to stop coming until departure. Door had several holes left by tradesman in unsuccessful effort to do repairs.O

Very clean property with a modern aesthetic. Great location next to new Malden station. Bed and pillows are really comfortable and we had lots of good nights sleep. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Nice big Smart TV with cable and streaming apps. A great bonus for me as I was bedridden for a week after having undergone a surgery from the local New Victoria Hospital. Bathroom and shower very clean, shower head has good water pressure. Had a little balcony which was good for getting some fresh air into the room and drying clothes. Entry point into the property and Apartment feels very safe and secure. The property also provided some basic amenities, sachets of milk, sugar tea and coffee, a minuscule bottle of washing up soap and extra large bottles of shampoo and body wash. You’re able to empty your apartment bin bags in the wheelie bins right outside the property which are kept tidy in a little wooden shed.

The apartment was far too hot. We were on the top floor which probably made it a little bit worse and we were waking up swollen in the face and hands. We had to take the duvet out and sleep with just the duvet cover. I had asked for a fan, and to the credit of the property they did provide one, but it was an old and fairly useless fan that blew out warm air. Ended up having to buy a table fan myself to keep us cool at night. After we had the fan the temperature in the room was significantly cooler and made the stay 100x better. I hope the property can do something about the heat, it DESPERATELY needs air conditioning. We had the guests in the floor below us knock on our door because they had water leaking from their light fixture. The next day the property manager assessed their situation and told us we basically had to ration the shower time. You just don’t feel totally clean after 1 minute of showering. So that wasn’t ideal. As I mentioned before the property is very modern with nice interior design, however all the mirrors are really high up on the walls, if you’re very short you’re not going to be able to see yourself. The apartment NEEDS a full length mirror installed, plenty of options of where to put it. If you’re getting ready to go out, it’s hard to tell if you look a mess or not because there’s no mirror to check. There were no scissors in the apartment. Which we needed a lot of times. Some more cleaning products would’ve been helpful too!
