We loved the welcome, the location and the grounds. The beds were comfy and the food from the bar and restaurant was tasty. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They all went above and beyond for us and were very polite and accommodating. We felt welcome. The pool was brilliant and the gym. The views are lovely and the grounds are peaceful, well kept and relaxed. We loved it. And we would highly recommend afternoon tea. We will come back!

Overall we loved it all. If we were to be picky the carpet in the room could do with a deep clean and some of the walls/furniture felt a little dated/well loved. The pool tiles and changing rooms also felt like they needed an update. But this is 0.1 out of a 9.9 scoring as we thoroughly loved the stay.

Warren House Hotel was perfect. Check in was swift and easy. We arrived early and it wasn’t a problem at all and brought us a lovely pot of tea as we waited. It was our wedding anniversary and they made the bed up with rose petals and turned the towels into swans. They also left a cheesecake out for us with happy anniversary written in chocolate on the plate. How thoughtful and lovely is that? The breakfast was vast and expansive and absolutely delicious. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and modern and all facilities were top notch. Loads of channels on the TV and a big comfy bed. The building is historic and posh and the grounds are beautiful too. A really lovely stay and thank you to the lovely staff for making it extra special for us

The hotel is easy to find, and it's a wonderful hotel . As i walked through, it seemed very lively but peaceful at the same time. The staff were very helpful welcoming and friendly nice hotel beautiful room very well lit. The view from our window was worth the upgrade wish I chose a better time of year to come so view the garden but it was still very well kept and tidy. All waiters and staff bar/restaurant/front of house couldn't have been more friendly and helpful it was nice to see staff so happy.

My only complaints are very minor, which are. Lack of beer on tap. Only one shampoo and body wash for two of us to share. The room above the floorboards was creaking. Other than that, I could have easily spent more time there.

For once, I got a lovely room as a single traveller!!! Very spacy room, including table, chair and sofa. Had plenty of space to open my suitcase. Wonderfull large bathroom. Beds very comfortable, satin sheets! The one thing missing was a hook to hang my jacket :-) You also get a voucher for a free drink and 10% off for a meal in the restaurant. The hotel is situated in a lovely green environment, and is very well accessible with public transportation. I also liked the swimming pool.

Food in the restaurant is tasty, but rather expensive for what you get. Also: check your bill: they forgot to take into account my 10% off-voucher and at checkout some drinks were suddenly more expensive than expected.

This was a comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel. All staff were professional, welcoming and could not do enough for guests. The hotel was beautiful, clean and full of character. The only issue we experienced was, the lack of a lift. Having an elderly relative, did cause a little problem however, if staying again, we'd request a downstairs room. Bedrooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and had good quality bed linen. The food was of good quality, both in the restaurant and bar area. In summary, this was a lovely hotel and was good value for money. We would have no problem recommending it to others.

The lack of a lift. Although we had good mobility, our 80 year old mother did struggle with the amount of stairs.

We had a lovely Christmas here. Hotel is charming with great service from all the staff, very welcoming, polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious - vegan sausages available and cooked to order, and plenty of soja milk lattes. Many thanks to all the staff who made our stay so special. And to Robert who was very attentive and polite serving our breakfast and making our lovely lattes! Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Character of the building, surrounded by lovely grounds. Great views from our 2nd floor room. Communal areas very nice. Brilliant gym, small but everything you’d want and good size fun pool.

Room was clean and tidy with an old money vibe. The property has a nice clean pool and a well kept English walled garden. Lovely hotel in a great outer London location where you can feel the history and vibe of the property has been respected in how it is presented. Close to Richmond park which is a beautiful spot for a nature walk. To get to central london there is a bus stop near the property. The bus connections to the hotel from central London underground are OK. Ubers can be used to bridge any gaps if there are public transport issues.

Everything from the staff to the room no detail to small. Perfect and will definitely recommend again. The staff are so attentive when my partner order a drink she'd never tried with dinner. Unfortunately didn't like it and left it on the table. The waiter came to us the next morning and offer her a free drink on her to apologise. The area around it is beautiful and having doormen on either end of the street where the hotel is given a you a real sense of security. The constant music from the automatic piano was lovely to hear.

The room and bathroom were a lovely size. The outdoor area was beautiful.

There was only one mirror in the room which was not near the window or a table/surface, so using the hairdryer and doing makeup was not easy. The food in the bar was unusual - the sandwiches seemed to be standard sliced white bread with the crusts cut off - perhaps as part of afternoon tea this would be ok, but they were served with chips. Breakfast offering was not vast, I attempted to order a vegan breakfast off the menu, to be advised it was a choice of whatever was out, plus avocado. All Eggs had to ordered off the menu, with the idea that you then go and add to the plate from the buffet - my husbands arrived whilst he was still eating cereal, so it was either ditch the cereal or eat cold eggs.

This looks like a baronial style manor house converted some years ago. The dark paneling and labyrinthine hallways lend a classic charm of a bygone era. The lounge looked very smart and I only had breakfast (copious by the way) in the restaurant. My room in the eves was wonderfully quiet and cozy.

The hotel is located on a private road, think bucolic country road in suburbia. The price to pay for tranquility is that it is off the beaten path. Although the hotel was very clean and smart, the carpets in the common areas were a little worn.
