Location and facilities are first rate, just across the road from the station. The local amenities make it better than staying in downtown London.
1. The Wi-Fi strength in room 204 was not strong enough. My devices kept dropping the connection. I was unable to watch Netflix. You could easily solve that in 204 with a signal booster device through the electrical system. 2. The bathtubs are generally always used as a shower. they lack grab handles. These are easy to install and cost very little. A long overdue improvement.

I was really impressed by Bosco the room was a good size, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was concerned about noise from the bar downstairs but I didn't hear it at all. I was lucky enough to have a balcony room, whilst the view wasn't great it didn't matter, as the terrace was huge.
I was disappointed by the lack of kettle, I love a cup of team in the morning. I don't drink coffee so the coffee machine was no use to me.

The serene and warm atmosphere, excellent reception and check-in, exquisite rooms with all the necessary facilities including iron, iron board, blow dryer, work space of you need it. With elevator to the various floors. The provision of breakfast included in the price was very thoughtful. As well as other services available via phone call. All the necessary information needed to make your stay worthwhile were provided by note cards and handouts. And on top of that, the location is and security is Hotel Bosco’s greatest advantage. The closeness to the central train station in Surbiton, bus stations just a stone throw away, as well as shops, bars and restaurants is just impressive.

The room attendant made sure our room was tidied up even though we reassured her she didn't need to. She was truly a gem!
We were given first floor accomidation right above the nightclub. The music was very very loud on the Friday and Saturday night whilst we were staying at the hotel. It disrupted our sleep.

Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was great, toiletries were lovely and actually had towels that fitted! Bath and shower were great. Breakfast was fine. Good air con. Extra pillows and bottled water and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Car parking is £7 per day and available until 12 noon on check out day (only a few minutes away). Great location to get in and out of central London. Surbiton station is a couple of minutes away and is on TFL.
It was hard to get cold water in the bathroom of our room. But this was only a minor thing.

It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room itself was roughly the size of my flat! Lovely and spacious, comfy bed with a choice of firm and soft pillows. It had a bath and shower with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap, several towels and a non-slip bath mat. There was a coffee machine as well as the usual sachets, which is standard, but as someone who doesn’t like tea or coffee I was very pleasantly surprised to see a sachet of hot chocolate too! I don’t think I’ve ever had that choice in a hotel before! I was staying in a room very close to the bar area and was warned about the noise level through the night at check-in, and there was a supply of earplugs in the bathroom which was very considerate of them. Breakfast was included in the price, and the spread was a lovely mixture of help-yourself fruits, toast, juice, croissants, and cereals which was really nice. Staff were lovely, and it’s only a minute walk from Surbiton station, in a very quiet area- right until you get into Kingston town.
The noise level when I got in for the night. I got to sleep quite quickly after getting into bed, but from early in the morning, every time someone opened a door in the corridor I could hear it.

I stayed in a room with a balcony so it was very nice to have some outside space. The bed and pillows were very comfy and I generally slept through the night which doesnt happen often in hotels for me. The bathroom was lovely with a bath and shower which had good water pressure.
I had to crawl under the dressing table to plug in the hair dryer which may not be easy for some people. The kettle is in the wardrobe which meant I had to leave the doors open once the kettle had boiled or the steam would be trapped, it would be better on the dressing table. The room wasnt cleaned after the first night, I mentioned it to the front desk and they ensured it was cleaned the following day (not a major issue but as i was eating in my room the bin was getting quite full).

Staff was very pleasant. Cleaning was great. Bathroom was fully renovated and big. Towels are really good quality - fluffy and huge size.
Room was on 1st floor the view wasnt something. And since it is close to the bars/puns it is can be loud on Fridays and Saturdays evenings.

Large room overlooking the High Street, the hotel was very quiet and it was really convenient for my meeting.
I arrived very late and local parking was a nightmare, you need to be in before 2300hrs to make use of the Hotel's parking, so I would advise you to make contact before arrival if you are coming with a car and have a late check-in.

Nice situation very convenient for station. Room nicely furnished, well provisioned.
Change of board basis without prior notification. Reluctance to deal with matter necessitating phone call to booking.com before resolution. Coffee machine not working had to be changed next day .
