Front of house staff were very welcoming and catered to all our request to make our stay enjoyable. Tasty full English breakfast with the best poached eggs 😋 thanks Chef. Rainforest style shower was powerful and refreshing. Good location, within easy distance from central London and right next to the Thames river.

Coat hooks near the entrance would be useful to hang outdoor coats as the wardrobe is very small if staying more than one night. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, perhaps staff need a bit more training and supervision.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and we were even able to choose our egg cookery. Coffee was poured for us. The staff in this hotel, from welcome at reception to the waiters at breakfast, were outstanding. We were also allowed to leave our car parked for free on Sunday, after checking out, so that we could go in to London

Room was a bit dark on the side of hotel we were on and no view. It was a bit small compared to some other chains. Having water in the rooms would have made a huge difference to our visit

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room and facilities were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. One of the biggest bonuses was the free parking, which made everything so convenient. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The staff were excellent and very supportive and assisted in giving me a a larger room as per my booking and a late check out. Without the excellent staff I think the hotel would be lacking some hospitality.

Due to the refurbishments going on I was assigned a smaller room however, they kindly moved me to the original room booked. Shame there was no room service for breakfast.

We were treated well by the staff and easy access to Kingston

When arriving home I checked my food bill noticed that I had been charged thirty nine pounds for two sticky toffee puddings i contacted the hotel and spoke to 2 people who said that I would contacted in20 minute that was a week ago as a regular visitor to Kingston i felt disappointed S Jeffery

It was all fine - staff were very nice, hotel was clean etc etc. But the breakfast was poor. The cooked breakfast, the staples of a hearty breakfast, were limited; eggs were dry and bland and meagre fruit selection. For the cost of the breakfast, it was very disappointing.

Characterless but comfortable and clean. A bit like an airport hotel.

Mainly the staff who decided to use a leaf blower immediately outside at 07.00 on a Bank Holiday Sunday morning! I don’t think anyone in the building would have been asleep after five minutes of that.

Excellent location, facilities excellent, staff extremely helpful. The bar reasonably priced, with good service. We didn't use the restaurant on this occasion and so cannot comment on that . Everything we used was perfedct

Lovely clean and functional room. Good size with all the facilities you need for a short stay. Staff on the front desk were also really helpful and efficient.

Breakfast quite expensive.

Agreed preparations for our meeting in the Richmond meeting room on Monday afternoon was not in place. The room itself was fine, the delivery from the staff was friendly but late and unprepared.
