Everything is new, carpets, decor. The bathroom is beautiful. Everything is very clean. All the staff are lovely, but one stood out for us Dominic. After a bad experience elsewhere we had to change hotels and Dominic did everything to make our stay the best it could be. Our first night my wife asked if there was a chocolate machine, no but you can share mine, he brings goodies in as he does the nightshift. The bar had just closed but he got me a drink as he knew we'd had a fraught time. He got us bottles of water. He knew we had been upset by our accommodation elsewhere and assured me on the phone that it would be fine here, and it was, and that I needed to get booked up asap as the hotel was almost full. If we hadnt booked up when he said we wouldnt have got in, the hotel was full both nights. There was free parking. We ate out so cant comment on the food.

Everything was perfect, lovely room with amazing aircon and polite helpful staff. Very good bar too with a wide range of premium drinks and cocktails. Very comfortable bed and lovely night’s sleep. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to you all … PS plenty of free customer parking on site - as you know this isn’t always the case with hotels and can be quick costly

There wasn’t much to dislike if I’m honest, the only thing would be that there wasn’t any water in my room or biscuits. Not an issue really but would be a nice touch for such a nice hotel.

Front of house staff were very welcoming and catered to all our request to make our stay enjoyable. Tasty full English breakfast with the best poached eggs 😋 thanks Chef. Rainforest style shower was powerful and refreshing. Good location, within easy distance from central London and right next to the Thames river.

Coat hooks near the entrance would be useful to hang outdoor coats as the wardrobe is very small if staying more than one night. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, perhaps staff need a bit more training and supervision.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and we were even able to choose our egg cookery. Coffee was poured for us. The staff in this hotel, from welcome at reception to the waiters at breakfast, were outstanding. We were also allowed to leave our car parked for free on Sunday, after checking out, so that we could go in to London

Room was a bit dark on the side of hotel we were on and no view. It was a bit small compared to some other chains. Having water in the rooms would have made a huge difference to our visit

Good base for accessing Hampton Court, Kingston, Surbiton and Thames Ditton. Free car parking which was a real bonus. Pleasant staff. Good value for money considering its position.

Stayed in a 2 bed suite. Very dark with grey / black decor. One bedroom without window, mirror or dressing table. Lots of other little niggles - no bedside tables in other bedroom, wardrobe located in lounge, reception style seating in lounge area, nowhere to hang towels in bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room and facilities were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. One of the biggest bonuses was the free parking, which made everything so convenient. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The staff were excellent. John and his team on the front desk need particular applause and the management of the breakfast experience was really good. The staff were very obliging, went over and above the call of duty and we all thought it was a very good breakfast. The rooms, although quite tight for space, were very well appointed, very clean and the bed was comfy.

Lovely hotel, fantastic restaurant and huge buffet breakfast great food! The staff were very good and helped with everything I needed. Thank you to John, Dominic and Ram for going above and beyond. Great location able to walk to get essentials and beautiful river and pub just opposite.

The staff were excellent and very supportive and assisted in giving me a a larger room as per my booking and a late check out. Without the excellent staff I think the hotel would be lacking some hospitality.

Due to the refurbishments going on I was assigned a smaller room however, they kindly moved me to the original room booked. Shame there was no room service for breakfast.

Perfect location for our weekend visit to Hampton Court Palace. The room was modern and newly furnished. King Size Bed. Super comfortable. Bathroom with Power Shower and Bath. Little balcony with seating for two.

First Floor River View Rooms are more a front car park/street view. No privacy. Ask for a 3rd floor room to enjoy a river view.
